The townhouse is clean. Each toilet has one massage (soap) bar, two toilet paper rolls (enough for 6 people to use for almost a week) and many towels. We brought shampoo, shower gel and hand wash. It has a big top load of washing machine and a front load dryer. We brought plenty of laundry detergent for our beach towels and swimming clothes since we went to the beach everyday. The public beach is very close ( just about 3 to 5 minutes walking). We had 2 chairs and umbrella setup every day. It was nice since one day we got to the beach kinda late and the setup was all reserved but the guy told us that they had one for us when we showed him our pass. Overall it was an excellent stay. It was like home away from home. If we come back to Destin, we will definitely stay here again and for longer time.

We enjoyed staying at this townhouse! Pictures are very accurate on Newman Dailey website. It was very clean on arrival. The beds and furniture were good quality and really comfortable. I loved the deep sinks in all the bathrooms! Lots of upscale accommodations which made our stay cozy. Beautifully decorated! Family oriented, very peaceful location. Swimming pool was straight across from house and the beach was just a short walk. The location was great!

cozy and clean
The accommodation is very cozy and clean, with all the necessary amenities for living and cooking (and we cook a lot). Towels are also included (for some reason, we thought they weren't provided and brought our own). It's about a 7-minute walk straight to the beach. Also, right across from the property, there is a very clean pool - probably one of the cleanest we've seen in such communities. Overall, it's a great place.????????????????

first time in destin, definitely coming back!
For being our first time in Miramar, Newman-Dailey certainly made it feel like home. Everything we needed was close by, especially the beach. We walked to the beach and didn't have to fight for parking spaces. We definitely will be staying here again in the near future.

Love staying at Woodland Shores and using Newman-Dailey but I will have to admit we were disappointed with this condo. The cleanliness of the condo was subpar. At first glance, the condo seemed clean but once we settled in we discovered many things had not been cleaned as they usually are. The shower curtain in the guest bathroom was so dirty we didn't even use that bathroom to shower.
I know things happen and hoping this was a fluke but this condo needs some attention and a thorough cleaning. We did enjoy our stay overall and loved how close we were to the beach and Newman-Dailey made the checking in and out process exceptionally easy.

absolutely loved it
Absolutely loved everything about this place. It’s walking distance to the beach, pool a few steps away, and very spacious. Honestly what’s not to love about it?! Also enjoyed that the unit had a wash and dryer. Highly recommend this place. My family and I really enjoyed the time we spent there.

great walking distance to beach
This is a very nice property! The pictures were spot on. Plenty of space and the kitchen was stocked with all that we needed to do our own cooking. The door code was a nice and convenient and didn’t have to worry about keys. I would definitely stay again at this property.

We had a lovely holiday , we stayed at woodland shores 27 for the second time and we will be back next year . But a few things have to taken care of . The mattress in the guest bedroom has to be replaced it has had it had , the chairs at the front door need to be replaced but other then that it is a lovely place to stay and we are looking forward to next year.

nice and quiet
Nice townhouse. Pool is great, and the distance to the beach is perfect. Very quiet, too. Only complaint is the skylights in the bedrooms make it very difficult to keep the upstairs areas comfortable without making the downstairs frigid.

great condo with great amenities!!
Cute and comfortable condo. The beach is just a short walk and there were beach chairs set up for us. We also like the amenity card that was provided giving us tickets to the Track a dolphin cruise and movie rentals.
