this home was perfect for two families of four.
The location was quite, quaint and safe to walk. Our teenagers loved being so close to the beach in one direction and close to Starbucks in the other direction. The adults loved the private backyard and pool area.

we enjoyed staying at this house.
Lots of space to hang out in. Could use some lamps in the living room for more ambiance instead of big glaring ceiling fan light. Also no ice maker. Also, they were building a house across the street so there was lots of noise and congestion due to workers parking in the middle of the street. But all in all it is a nice house. Bonus, heated pool!

can't say enough positive things.
We love this house. It is one of our favorites and since the grandchildren no longer want to come with us it is just my daughter, her husband and me. So it is absolutely perfect. Pool is wonderful and feels great. We can walk to the beach and sit for a while before it is crowded and it is convenient for all the restaurants and shops. Always clean, never have to worry about linens. The new furniture for the second bedroom was wonderful and so pretty. Great property.

We have been coming to Destin for years and have usually had my grandchildren with us. However, this year they are older and busy with their own lives, so this trip was my daughter her husband and myself. This house was just perfect for us. Plus the location was great as we could walk to the beach or just around the neighborhood. It is so picturesque and close to everything. We love the restaurants as there is such a variety. Of course after so many years of coming here, we have our favorites but we do try to look up new places every year. The shopping can't be beat either. It is the absolute best destination location for a vacation. A rally beautiful place and people are unbelievably nice everywhere. Even the grocery store is wonderful. We have used Newman Daily the most in our visits and find they have so much more to offer and are so responsive to any issue you may have or to answer any questions or provide assistance if you are looking for something specific. In summary, we loved the house and we love Destin and can't recommend Newman Daily enough.

great 4 day weekend.
We stayed for 4 nights everything went great. The house is great and the communication with your staff is great. No complaints whatsoever. One minor suggestion the doors tend to squeek put a little WD40 and that should fix it.

We enjoyed our stay again this year, My husband is 90 years old and we wish the pool had a railing going down the steps. Also, we wonder why there are no screen doors - hate to leave the doors wide open. If we have a problem, Newman Dailey is quick to respond.

Great beach house. Close to beach and commons. The pool was perfect. It’s where we spent most of our time. Large oversized Comfy couch was awesome. Dining table was big too. We loved our stay. It was the perfect area! We definitely will be back BUT NOT on the 4th of July. ??

I stayed at this house with my teenage daughter and a couple of her friends. From the moment we walked in the door till the unfortunate time of departure, we had a great time. The house was fantastic. It was much larger than it looked like in the pictures. The bedrooms were large with large closets. There was a large TV in every room with more channels than I would ever expect. Not only was there an abundance of TV channels but they were all internet ready and had all kind of viewing options ready. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were very new and easy to use. Outside the pool was fantastic and I spent most of my time at the Tiki Bar. Having a TV at the bar was awesome. We also used the grill and it worked great as well. Location to the beach was a very short 5 minute walk. I would most certainly stay here again. Thanks for such an enjoyable week.

The property was better than expected. Great place for our family of 8. Great pool (they even came and cleaned halfway TBRI the week). Great living space. Loved the tiki bar outside. Was able to sit outside even when it rained. Kids and adults lived the pool. Just 2 blocks from a great beach. Game room was a bonus. Awesome stay.

We were here for 2 1/2 months and totally enjoyed our stay at Under the Sea. The home is very light and cheerful even on gloomy days. This neighborhood is wonderful and it doesn't take long to feel like home. If any problem comes up, Newman Dailey is easily accessible and handles almost immediately. We will be back next year!!

We had such a great time during our week at the beach. The pool was clean and the outdoor area was awesome! We enjoyed grilling and hanging at the Tiki bar while our boys splashed in the pool. We would definitely stay again!

What a lovely property this is! It was absolutely PERFECT for my family of four, my brother’s family of three and my father. I’m pretty sure we never turned a single television on. My father is disabled, so we rented a golf cart to go back and forth to the beach, but it was maybe a block and a half...so easily walkable. I couldn’t recommend “Under the Sea” more. Oh...and Newman Daily is super duper easy to work with and extremely responsive. Their were storms the night we came in, so the pool was a little dirty from debris. I called the management company and we had someone cleaning our pool within 45 minutes. Great stay!!!!!

The weather was a little yucky from Alberto but the house and pool were awesome! The kids loved the bunk room and the tiki bar with all the pennies was pretty cool. The bikes at the house were great as well. Ryan with Newman-Dailey was very helpful. I suggest renting a street legal golf car if you have a lot of stuff to bring to the beach. I definitely recommend this home!!

Always nervous booking a rental, this time I got it right! We had 6 adults and we were all comfortable and all together. The house was the best part, spending time together as a family. We had everything we needed. Very nice private pool. Love the app! Made it easy to check in and get info or message someone. Responses were quick and helpful. Close to beach an easy nice walk. Houses in this area were very nice and fun to walk around neighborhood. First time in Destin and planning to return and I found this company worth my time and money. I will use them again.
