we couldn't have had a better time!
Let me start out by saying this property's location is MAGNIFICENT. It has 2 AMAZING views of the beach and a lake. The condo is utterly spacious yet feels very cozy. Everything you could imagine wanting to do is in walking distance...shopping, ice cream, restaurants. Beach entrance is right across the street, and we were able to get to a spot right away. The pool was clean and taken care of with a view of the lake and wildlife. We were not disturbed by any noise from the street while sleeping in the very comfy beds. The condo was clean and the sheets and towels were a very pristine white. Access to the condo is right by the elevator, and parking is close to all entrances. We will definitely be coming back to stay. Thank you, Newman-Dailey for suggesting this condo. We couldn't have had a better time!

We had a wonderful vacation and comfortable stay at the Empress 404! Comfortable beds, so much room (a second living room on the lake side), all the kitchen amenities too! The bedrooms are big, the living area is spacious and well decorated. One of a favorite places we have stayed. Easy walk right across the street to the beach and all the other local places near by. We can't want to visit Miramar Beach again!

perfection!
My family and I come every year and stay at the Empress. Condo 404 was our favorite. Very up to date and beautiful. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very clean! Plenty of room for the whole family! Will definitely stay here in the years to come.

everything was wonderful.
Our stay was excellent. We love Destin because of the beautiful beaches and the family environment. 404 Empress is centrally located with stunning views. The location allows you to enjoy the beach or walk for ice cream without having to worry about parking or forgetting your umbrella because its easy to walk back. Overall, we love 404 empress.

Such a beautiful and spacious condo with a prime location. The unit was comfortable and well equipped. Comfortable beds and tons of space. We enjoyed having front and rear balconies. The view over the beach is gorgeous and so nice to sip coffee in the morning! It was a quick walk across the street to the beach. It is also located right down the street from the outlets and many restaurants making the location very convenient. The common grounds and pool were well kept and clean. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Empress. Plenty of space for large families or groups. It is beautifully decorated and has a very home away from home vibe. Very clean! The parking is very convenient, which makes loading and unloading super easy! The view from the balcony is superb; I could sit there all day! Easy beach access, and my children loved the pool! We will definitely be back again!

our gulf coast vacay
We enjoyed almost everything about our weeks stay. The one thing was our welcome packet didn't have a parking pass, the office in the building only had 8 to 10 am so that was unexpected. The a/c was a bit cool no matter how much we turned it up. No biggie though. Two things missing that I though would have made it much better would have been complimentary chairs and umbrella at the beach since it stated The Empress at Seascape? Also the pool area had old broken chairs and no tables with umbrellas which would have helped us to stay out there longer. All in all we had a great time!!!

We just got back from Miramar Beach and we had the BEST time! The Empress unit 404 is in such a prime location and that view of the gulf is simply spectacular! We loved the separate living areas so our kids could enjoy themselves in the TV room while the adults enjoyed conversation looking out to the emerald, green waters. The direct check-in was seamless and easy. The condo was well maintained, clean and stocked with everything we needed for our weeklong stay. We especially loved and took advantage of the free activities provided by Newman-Dailey. The kids would not stop talking about the dolphins they saw while parasailing. We are looking forward to our next stay that we have already booked for the fall.
