my wife and i had an absolutely wonderful two-month stay at summer house 14.
The property was incredibly comfortable and came equipped with all the necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, as well as a variety of restaurants and activities to keep us entertained throughout our stay. We were particularly impressed with the management company, Newman-Dailey. They were exceptionally responsive and took immediate action to address the two very minor issues we encountered during our stay. Their prompt and efficient service made our experience even more pleasant. We will definitely consider returning to Summer House 14 or exploring other properties managed by Newman-Dailey when we start planning our "snow bird" destination for next year. Thank you for providing such a fantastic experience!

the place was incredibly comfortable
We had a fantastic time! The location was absolutely perfect - just a stone's throw away from the beach, restaurants, and all the activities we were looking forward to.I must say, the management company, Newman-Dailey, was top-notch. They were super responsive and efficient. We had a couple of very minor issues at the beginning of our stay, but they were resolved quickly and without any hassle.Thanks to such a wonderful experience, we are already looking forward to our next visit. We would absolutely stay there again!

Super close to the beach (2year old walking distance). It fit my family of 7 perfectly! For sure a deal and pool is right outside the back porch!

clean and comfortable
Large size with amazing kitchen. Beds were super comfortable. Master bath was amazing. Loved the upstairs and downstairs patios. Location was great too, close to everything. Would def stay here again.

great experience
Overall experience was great, our check in has a little hiccup but the host was very responsive and it was quickly resolved. The house and location was easy to find and very homey and clean like in the pictures. Check out was easy. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We go to Destin every year and always stay in hotels so this was our first Airbnb experience, which will be Airbnb from now on. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
