The location was absolutely perfect - right on the beach. Beautiful home - clean and comfortable. Balconies overlooking the beach. Just sorry we could only stay for 1 night.

this was an excellent home that i will be bookmarking for the future.
Right on the beach, which, in this area of single family units, was lightly populated compared to the large condo areas. The property was clean, accommodating, and comfortable. Plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The management was very responsive and helpful to our questions.

this home was absolutely perfect
4 balconies with endless views no matter which one you sit on. The location is perfect equidistant to the Destin harbor area to the west and seaside to the east and right on some of the best beaches the area has to offer. Plenty to walk to and gulfside restaurants all around. We will definitely be back!

great location, awesome layout, beach access is fantastic.
We had the best vacation staying in the Sea Mist property. We travelled with another couple and the layout of the townhouse is perfect to share with its 3 level design. The beach access is outstanding and sitting on the deck listening to waves was a bonus. We will be back soon!

all around it was a great place for our family to stay.
We loved to view from our rental. We loved the quick access to the beach, the multiple decks, the private beach, the clear water, and the outdoor hoses and shower to keep the sand outside. The washer and dryer were helpful as well.

family get away
We had a blast on Miramar. We’ve stayed in a few different places while visiting Destin, and this is by far our favorite. The pricing might seem a little high at first glance, but with the location and perks, it’s definitely worth it. Walking out of our back door and landing on the beach is definitely the way to go. We enjoyed a free round of golf and was going to use the free parasailing, but we got rained out. The property was super comfortable for all 8 of us. We did not need to contact the property owner, because everything was in order the entire time we were there. We’ll be back here for sure!

We had a great time! This property is right on the beach. Coffee over looking The Gulf of Mexico and even saw a few dolphins in the process. Grand kids loves that they could walk to the beach and then back up for lunch, so convenient.

This townhome was beautifully appointed and what we liked best was that both of the "master" bedrooms had beachfront views. We had a child with us so needed the upstairs with the king bed & the second bedroom. But we wanted the other couple to have a view of the gorgeous beach as well since they were the ones that were truly visiting the area. We loved having the beach chairs set up for us every day and found a nice supply of other beach paraphanelia to use compliments of the home owners.

This is a beautiful place to spend your vacation or weekend. The location in front of the beach is excellent. By early morning there are beach chairs and shade under you name waiting for you. We enjoyed the house is clean , it has everything you may need and parking is excellent too. I will comeback with more family.

great place to stay
This property was amazing!! Super convenient with kids since it’s just steps from the beach. I was very nice to wake up and walk to your chairs and umbrella already set up for us every morning. House was clean and cozy!! If I was to have anything negative to say it would be that the wi-fi is terrible, but we where there for the beach and not for the wi-fi. We would most definitely stay there again!!

Great location with great views. Can't beat the proximity to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and really like the Townhome. The only downside was the Internet/wifi was very slow, but it wasn't a big deal. We'll definitely look into the Seamist Townhomes for our next visit.

Have been going to Destin area for over 20 years. This is the second time we rented the Seamist #4. Loved it the first time and the second time was not a disappointment. You can't beat the location. It is close to everything (shopping, restaurants, etc.) not to mention the fact that you can step onto the beach from your balcony. Amazing views from the balconies. Will definitely be back at the Seamist 4...

wonderful week!
Our family rented Seamist #4 for a week at the beginning of June, and we absolutely loved it! Everything was fresh and clean. The bathroom and kitchen upgrades are very nice. The view of the Gulf from the balconies was breathtaking, and the private access to the beach was really nice, especially with three kids...It made it so much easier to keep track of them! The location of the townhouse for non-beach activities was convenient. We didn't have to drive more than 15 minutes. We loved it there so much that our family has decided to make an annual weekly visit!

Our annual fall girls trip this year was to Miramar Beach. The house was great, right on the beach and so convenient to everything. We spent our vacation week in Seamist #4 and could not have been more pleased with this townhome. We loved the view of the beach and the gulf from 4 balconies, and stepping right onto the white sandy beach. Maybe the prettiest beach anywhere. How beautiful and convenient. We watched porpoise daily. We loved the townhome itself, very modern and comfortable for all. Lots of parking too. Great escape to paradise. Don’t know who loved it more, the kids or us adults. We’ll be back to Seamist #4. Can’t wait for next time.

seamist #4 is a great place to spend time
We would like to express our appreciation for the lovely townhome we have rented every year while visiting Destin for our winter respite. Seamist #4 is a great place to spend time. Not only is the view out on the deck spectacular with the vividly blue waves rolling onto the pristine, sugary beach just feet away, but the home itself is like home away from home for us. The home has been recently remodeled with new cabinetry and granite countertops in all of the bathrooms and kitchen. The furniture and walls are lovely with a tropical/beach touch. The new appliances are just another bonus! We have easy access to all of the fabulous restaurants, golf courses, and shopping that we so enjoy during our stay. We just cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Destin.

we had a wonderful time in a place that was just right.
It was wonderful to be right on the beach. The view & sounds were great all the time. It's the only way to be in Destin - on the beach. It was absolutely beautiful - sands were fine & clear. We went w/family & grandson & it was perfect.
#4 was great - clean, had everything we needed. Loved all the decks. Don, our neighbor that lives there, was so nice & friendly. Shared sand buckets & paper w/us & whatever we needed. We will return, Lord willing.

great home for beach lovers
The website does not do this home justice! We've stayed in Newman-Dailey Resort Properties three other times, and this one was our favorite. Words cannot adequately describe the experience of being able to walk right out on the very private beach from the townhome. When we arrived we were pleased to find out both master bedroom AND bottom floor guest bedroom had walk-out balcony/patio overlooking the ocean. This is in addition to living room walk-out as well. This is the best location to stores, restaurants, etc. However, we enjoyed it so much we ate most meals in because we didn't want to leave this beautiful location. We even cooked our own fresh seafood one night and ate at the large table on the spacious balcony off the living room. This was the perfect beach vacation, one which we'll remember always. a fun time was had by all!
We were thrilled with SeaMist 4 during our week-long beach vacation. The townhouse was comfortable and roomy enough for our family of five (including two teenaged sons and 7-year-old daughter),the kitchen was stocked with any gadget we were looking for, and the unit was quiet and peaceful.
We especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella placed near the shore each morning identifying our "private" section of beach.
Our week could not have been more wonderful and we would definitely stay at SeaMist again.

quiet spot on the sand
A quiet and private spot with excellant permanant resident neighbors. Complex has everything you might want and none of the things most visitors try to avoid. Lovely panorama of the coast, plenty of room and is well maintained. I've been doing business with Newman-Dailey Resort Properties since 1986 on a semi-annual basis and have been more than satisfied with the properties they represent and the firm's level of care of guests and trustworthiness are above reproach.
