The master suite on the third floor features a king bed, while bedroom 2 located on the third floor offers one queen bed with its own bathroom and bedroom 3 located on the first floor offers two double beds and a private bathroom. For convenience, a half bathroom is located on the second floor. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, the townhome offers a gas grill and seating area for alfresco dining.

This property has parking for 2 vehicles.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

we felt right at home in seamist 2.

It is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. If you want to cook, the kitchen is full of all the necessary tools and appliances. We watched the sunrise and sunset from the deck and spent the time in between on the beach. Love that we walked right out to the waiting chairs and umbrella. Can’t wait for our next trip.
