first family vacation with grandkids.
Post COVID we wanted someplace safe and not too crowded. This place fit the bill perfectly. The actual condo was beautiful and well taken care of. The facility was excellent with great pools, spring fed lake and boat ferry to the beach plus a fantastic exercise room. Several good restaurants close by along with grocery and other stores. The Santa Rosa area is so much more calm than in Destin so we will look here again on our next vacation.

wonderful experience
The condo was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed a month at this condo during December and we didn’t want to leave. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Our family had the best time ever. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. The boat shuttle to the beach was fun and the staff is so courteous and friendly. We even took the walk to the beach one morning, not a short walk but beautiful and so peaceful. We can't wait to come back.

Great time at this clean, roomy, 2nd floor condo. Nice view of the pool area, and the gulf in the distance. Easy to get to the beach via a boat, or about a 15 minute walk along a path. Plenty of room for us and our three teenage sons. Would like it if the free bike rental was at the place a half mile away, rather than the one on the other side of Seaside. Was easier and more practical for us to eat $35 for the sake of convenience picking up and returning the bikes. Plenty of good places to eat within a five minute drive. We all had a wonderful time and will certainly return in the future.

We had a great time and the accomodations were very nice. Only issue we had was that there was a bit of sand in certain places, but what do you expect when at the beach. Still a great stay and we will stay again.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The condo worked out well for us but we will need a larger one or a bedroom with another bed for kids next time. We took advantage of the Explorie card for golf and that was great! Thanks for the communication during our stay.

awesome experience!
We had an incredible time at Sanctuary at Redfish with three generations in the condo. The condo was excellent, the pools were amazing, and the ride to the beach on the pontoon boat was one of the highlights for our kids. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for outstanding accommodations that boast both a coastal dune lake and the beach. The Newman-Dailey team went above and beyond to help us create a memorable family vacation!

best place to stay for a family vacation
We loved the resort and it was close enough to restaurants and nightlife but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. The Beach Taxi was amazing. Captain Bob is the best.

escape to the sanctuary at redfish
We spent a week at this great property at Santa Rosa Beach and thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed the stay. The condominium was attractive and comfortable. The property and pool area was large and never too crowded. The beach was white sands lining the emerald green waters of the gulf. My family had a great time and hated leaving.

best vacation ever at sanctuary at redfish
My family and I can't say enough about Sanctuary at Redfish. The grounds were immaculate and the beautiful pools were never crowded. Our view from the balcony of Unit 2115 was the best of all worlds; the pool area, the beautiful Redfish Lake and the gorgeous beach. The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the short boat ride to the beach with Captain Chris and Captain Bob and really felt like it added a special touch to the trip. We made the walk to the beach also, and I would suggest that directions to the boardwalk should be included in the welcome package, as we did spend a little time trying to find it! My husband and teen boys fished every day in Redfish Lake using one of the boats that was provided and we took advantage of the kayaks and canoes. The beach was perfect--our chairs and umbrella were waiting for us every day and the private beach was never over crowded. We also appreciated the underground parking garage, as it helped to keep the vehicle cool and out of the hot June sun. Blue Mountain Creamery was great and just a short walk or bike ride away. We have stayed in other areas of 30A in the past, but this has definitely become our favorite and we will be back. We are so glad to have found Sanctuary at Redfish.

awesome sisters' get away
My sisters and our daughters enjoyed our annual girls trip immensely. Santuary at Redfish 2115 was a great condo and offered everything we needed. The pool cabana was an excellent feature as we have a combination of sun and air-conditioning lovers. The cabana allowed us all to be together which was awesome. Loved the less crowded atmosphere at Blue Mt. Beach. We highly recommend lunch at Local Catch and Stinky's. The lake allowed us to kayak and yolo which was great fun! The only minor negative is the distance from the beach. It wasn't as convenient as we had hoped. But I have to say, the pool cabana made up for it. Overall, our vacation was relaxing, fun, and the weather was beautiful. Can't wait to go back!!!

We love this unit and this entire complex! The pool area is outstanding and the short trip over to the beach with Capt. Bob is great! Our boys also love the canoes. They always want to go to Capt. Bob's beach :) I would recommend Sanctuary at Redfish to everyone!

Condo 2115 is well appointed and well maintained. Sanctuary at Redfish is the ideal beachside condo if you really love being outdoors. There is kayaking and canoeing on the lake and getting to the beach is like an adventure. We saw lots of wildlife while we were there. Redfish is definitely different from the condos in Destin. The four pools are very clean and well maintained. The fire pit was perfect for the cooler days. It is a very peaceful, relaxing place.

amazing condo!
Amazing condo! Underground parking a huge plus when it is raining. The whole complex is super clean. Pool area is awesome-there is a separate area for kids and adults. Fun to ride boat with Capt Bob or take leisure canoe or kayak ride to beach. We had chairs and an umbrella set up every day on the beach. There is an ice cream shop just down the street that we enjoyed walking to with the kids.

beyond amazing!
This place was beyond amazing! The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The complex had tons of amenities including an exercise room, 4 pools, hot tubs, fire pits, grills, canoes, kayaks and a boat ride to the beach! We had a fabulous time and can’t wait to be back.
