amazing experience, amazing location, and amazing trip.
The check-in process was smooth, simply check your email and follow the directions. I even received a text message earlier than expected letting me know our room was ready. The room itself is spacious, comfortable, and the views from the kitchen to the balcony are worth the trip alone. It is a full size kitchen, 2 full bedrooms, and the smaller bedroom with the bunk beds. Beach access was quite possibly the best part of the entire trip. This beach is private, with complimentary chairs and umbrellas offered daily for those staying in San Remo. You just leave the condo, walk past the pool, and take about 50 steps and you are on the beach. No need to fight for parking, get to parking lot early, just walk from the condo. Also got some discounted deals for other events to do, which we did with the Sea Blaster dolphin viewing boat ride. Which was a 5-Star experience itself. This entire trip was a great vacation, and started with the smooth experience of San Remo Condos.

perfect for a memorable beach vacation
Our family of six had an amazing stay at this condo! The location was absolutely perfect for a family vacation, just steps from the beach, shops, and restaurants at 30A. The beach is not crowded and so peaceful. The included chair and umbrella service made our beach days effortless and relaxing. The bunk room was perfect for our teens and the 2nd bedroom secure for our younger ones. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to enjoy a fun, comfortable, and memorable beach vacation.

Very family-friendly, but we enjoyed just as a couple's get away, too. What I love most is it's the perfect beach of 30A, but just 3-5 minutes in-between each "downtown". So the beach was MUCH less congested and enjoyable, but we could walk to get dinner. Such a spacious layout of the condo and a huge balcony with two glass sliding doors/entrances. The view was spectacular and unobstructed. Just the recharge and relaxation and fun we were looking for! Also, the beach chair/umbrella service was a must! Walking to the beach hands-free with a spot saved for us and shade ready to go. It was perfect and so relaxing.

It was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacay. The kitchen had all the dishes and cooking utensils we needed to feel at home, and the selection of movies, music and games were a great added touch. The view, pool and easy beach access made our stay perfect!

Condo was very clean, communication with property management company was excellent. The location of the property was great. We really appreciated that the community, overall, was pretty quiet and respectful. I feel like the busier the area gets you sometimes don’t know what to expect. The private beach access and complementary beach service were a plus!

wonderful trip!
This is our 3rd time staying at San Remo but in different units each time. We love San Remo bc the large hot tub and private beach access so it’s not crowded. We also like the proximity of San Remo to restaurants. The unit we stayed in was nice. I have no complaints.

This was a great location and a wonderful stay for me, my wife and our 2 teenage daughters. Condo was significantly larger than we expected so we didn’t feel crowded. It was a short walk to gulf place with restaurants and shops. We will definitely go back.

beach condo
It was nice to be able to see the ocean (and pool area) from our patio and the beach was just a short walk away. There was only a small supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, & dishwasher detergent, so you need to bring all that yourself. And only salt n pepper for spices, just an FYI. The area was very safe and family friendly. We could easily walk to stores for shopping and restaurants. Bike and golf cart rentals were nearby too. Beautiful sandy beaches and clear turquoise ocean. They gave us free rental for 2 beach chairs and a sun umbrella, that was very nice, however most days it was too windy or over cast and they wouldn't allow us to have the umbrella/chairs. So be sure to have your own with for back up. The pool was heated, we were there beginning of April. At times the pool area got pretty busy and loud, but my younger kids really enjoyed it. Evening swims were enjoyable too, less kids. Hot tub was nice to have.

beach trip with the grandsons
Enjoyed our stay! Condo was just as described and very clean. Well appointed with attention to every need. convenient being on the 2nd floor but still having an ocean view from the over sized balcony. Will definitely be coming for another visit

one of our favorite vacations!!
This was one of our all-time favorite vacations. We loved the beach and the water! Having two free beach chairs and umbrella included was greatly appreciated. Thank you all for doing that and please keep it up! This entire town is wonderful. The most inconvenient part was the time of check-in and the time of check-out. Checking in wasn't allowed until 4pm, even though our condo had already been cleaned. We know it was cleaned already because my husband sat outside in our vehicle from 2pm until right after 4pm and kept checking the door code. No one had either been in, or out of the condo. But we weren't allowed to be in until after 4pm. It seemed ridiculous to keep us out just for the principal of it. And checking out time is really early with getting our whole family out before 9am while in vacation-mode (lol). It was EXTREMELY easy to do the check in/out. That was the easiest/smoothest I've ever experienced, other than just the timing of it. BUT we definitely want to come back each year and would absolutely stay in this exact condo again. The pictures are 100% accurate. We had been dreaming of this vacations for months leading up to it, and it absolutely did NOT disappoint. Thank you SO MUCH for the wonderful memories you helped create for our family!!!!

absolutely gorgeous
One of the best places we've ever spent a holiday! This place is absolutely gorgeous and we've fallen in love with the location. Very grateful we got to spend this time together in a safe and clean condo on the beach. Will definitely come back if we have the chance.
