Like we said last year, it’s not really an Airbnb. The property is managed by a large rental company. The place is beautiful, the property comfortable, the beach access sublime, and the 30-A location perfect for us. We were sad to leave.

From the moment we checked in until we checked out, this location had everything we needed. If you are looking for a location that provides an opportunity for peaceful relaxation away from large groups of people, this is it! From the time in the sun with beach chairs and umbrellas to the family meals on the balcony looking out on the gulf, this place has it all! The beds were amazing as well as the spacious room in the condo. If you feel like going out for dinner, there are restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back to visit!!

it was a great place to stay!
You can't beat the location, Semi private compared to the large places, but conveniently located to eating and entertainment to the east and west. SAN REMO is very well maintained.

a great space for a couples getaway!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at San Remo 203 and would definitely stay again! The condo is secure, easily accessible, very clean, has a nice view and conveniently located. It’s within walking distance to all the local shops and the beach is just over the boardwalk.

perfect week
The place was spotless.
The location was 5 stars
Walking distance to great food - Shunk Gulley, Sunrise Coffee with great donuts
Drive to Mimmos Ristorante Italiano for their 6 woodfire baked garlic butter rolls.
Then top off your meal with dessert (Dolci) Nutella & pistachios woodfire dough pizza.
Drive to Skink's Fish Camp- Want dinner, must be there 4:30 and give your name inside.
But enjoy a Pyray Punch drink. Check out the back while waiting for your dinner.
Wish they would use their security gate in and out of there parking lot on the grounds.

outstanding stay and service
We had a great stay at San Remo 203 and outstanding service from Newman-Daily. The condo is fully equipped in the kitchen which, as we do cook in, was appreciated. The unit was very clean upon arrival. Furniture was comfortable except for the dining table on the balcony. It is about the height of a coffee table so hard to get legs under. That is a minor complaint.
Newman-Daily was so easy to work with from the beginning. Any question was answered in a short phone call. A representative even stopped by late in the afternoon on arrival day to help us figure out the complicated TV system. Instruction sheet received ahead of time and in the unit were inadequate. TV reception was spotty but we don't go to the beach to watch TV.
Pool and hot tub were enjoyable except for all the small children (some in diapers) who filled the hot tub every day. The sign advising no children in hot tub needs to be more prominently displayed and near the hot tub. Adults just had to wait them out if we wanted to enjoy a soak.
Beach service was another plus. Dillan took good care of us every day.

Did not really care for the fact that the office is ~25 minutes away and you have to physically check in. Otherwise is was a great stay.

We have visited this property over 4 times now! Love it ! Great Views, Great Beach, Great Location. Highly recommend it for couples during the off season and bring the family back with you in the Summertime! Within walking or biking distance to meals or stay in and prepare a meal in this super nice condo! Newman Daily has done a great job on information and up keep of this property!

This was our 3rd time @ San Remo over the past 5 years. Nice location & condo units. Nice View. Perfect Beach Area.... Very crowded in July but will continue to come in the off season if possible. Newman Daily booking was easy and informative! Loved getting to chat with Annette each morning as she worked hard making the grounds look awesome! She was such a joyful person!!!

last minute change
After having to cancel my trip to the Dominican Republic due to inclement weather, I was desperate to find another option late minute. This condo was the perfect find on 30A. It is really nicely set up. It was close to the things we like to do. The bike rental and beach set up were great additional freebies. The access to the beach was perfect and the pool fantastic. It was pretty quiet since school had already started. The property company was very courteous and quick to respond. Thanks for helping to save my vacation! It was sunshine all week and a truly relaxing vacation!

great stay
I wasn't too pleased with the fact that there were no curtains on the sliding door. Being on the second floor, you could see right into our living room at night. The kitchen wasn't as equipped as some other condos where we have stayed. A little too far to walk to the beach and we were unable to actually see the beach (could see the ocean) from our room or balcony. Very clean and well maintained. All in all, the condo met our needs.

beautiful week. the weather was just perfect
Everyone at NewmanDailey was extremely friendly and helpful. The unit was very nice but needs curtains in the living area due to no privacy at night. The ones that were up don't close. We have stayed in this condo before and plan to in the fall but do wish there was a lighter weight bedspread on the master bed. Also, please vacuum the headboard. Even with these complaints, we enjoyed our stay!

We loved our condominium #203! It was beautifully furnished. Much nicer than a lot of the other condominiums we saw. We loved the location. It was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Everyone at this complex was very friendly. I would highly recommend it.
Although the condominium was clean, the floors needed a good cleaning/mopping. The staff was very accommodating, but I feel like they lacked communication prior to our visit. I don't remember receiving information of where we needed to go to obtain keys, etc., and I had to ask what the condo provided (toiletries, etc.).

a nice area to stay in santa rosa
Generally a good experience. The time period of rental was spring brake, premium prices. Good location. The only issue with the rental property was numerous light bulbs burnt out. I replaced them. Would have expected that the rental property would have been checked for operation. Reason for stay was my Daughters Wedding.

My husband and I enjoyed it greatly. It was comfortable, convenient, and had all that we needed. Our view was wonderful. We were able to get places very easily, whether we going to Destin or Panama City. We would go back again, and we have already recommended it to friends.

The experience from booking to the departure was a pleasure.
My family really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and just as described. We had the best view every morning. Although I brought my bike, it turned out that I could not use it with my son's child seat. The amenity card for a free bike rental was a life saver. All in all, the location, the room and the staff make this the perfect combination.

a family favorite!!!
Our new favorite vacation place. We usually stay in Destin, but now that we found San Remo, I don’t think we will stay anywhere else. It is so quiet and peaceful away from all the hustle and bustle. If we wanted to go back to Destin it was only 15 minutes or so up the road, but everything we really needed was right there. The condo was beautifully decorated and very cozy.

thanksgiving at the beach
We decided to spend Thanksgiving at the beach, which was a first for our family. It turned out to be absolutely fantastic! We had rented from Newman-Dailey before and, as always, were extremely pleased with their service and friendliness. The unit we rented was gorgeous and a perfect layout for us; (our grandsons loved the bunk room.) The beach was beautiful, and the large heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with this unit. The decor was very nice and plush. . It was very clean and we loved the layout. My 8 year old loved the fact that he could choose bunkbeds or a regular bed both with tv in room. The view was great and the beach access was so convenient. We would love to come back and would recommend it to friends. We watched the sunset everynight! The Newman-Dailey staff was so helpful in making the reservations and helping to plan activities. We liked being away from all the hi rise condos . This was out from everything big but had enough stuff close to drive to.

excelent space, appointments, decor and location!
We really enjoyed this condo. It had a great pool and hottub and a beautiful beach. The Santa Rosa area is charming and quaint - great for bike rides! My wife loved the decor and furnishings. My kids loved thier rooms, and I loved the great HD Tv's in all bedrooms and family room.
We would love to stay here again!

Just wanted to send you our comments on the unit...WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY @ 203... The property has tons of potential... We were surprised to learn that the guests staying at the condos next door had full use of the pool & hot tub... It was was sometimes very busy at the hot tub with children and young adults... The unit was exceptional... The drapes in the living room don't
close & the gusty winds on Saturday blew them down... (I think people have been pulling on them thinking they should close) Perhaps a set of
sheers would help with privacy at night... We thought the place was very tastefully furnished & exceptionally clean... We really like the 30A area and we will probably stay here in October if we can find the time...
Once again, we really enjoyed our stay and the service we received from Newman Dailey was over the top...

The condo was more than I expected. It's listed as 2 bedrooms, but it is really 3, the bunk beds are in a little room by themselves. I was very very pleased with everything about it. Planning on comming back next month, just my husband and I, (no kids this time) and we have already booked with Newman-Dailey for that trip also. They more the met our expectations. Would recommend them to anyone.

The service was great, everybody that we spoke to was very polite and helpful. The home was very nice, the only thing that could have been improved was there was not a can opener, bottle opener, not much silverware, no grilling spatulas. We love the location, the pool was great. We love this place because it is very quiet and a good place to relax, that is what a vacation is all about.

nice place but could have been better.
My family and I have stayed in a lot of condos on our vacation. We stayed at San Remo 3 years ago also. San Remo 203 was nice but not perfect. When you are paying the rate we were paying you would expect all the bare essentials to be provided. Some of the things the condo did not provide were: a can opener, bottle opener, alarm clocks (no clocks at all in the unit except on the microwave and stove), and a laundry basket. The furniture was very nice but not really that comfortable. The living room did not have curtains that you could close to cover the balcony door, so if you wanted to take a afternoon nap on the sofa or lounge chair you had the full days sun light in your face. Also I did not notice this right away but the bed in the master bedroom did not have a head or foot board. There were just two big decorative pillows at the head of the bed.
Outside of the condo the only other biggest negative was that there is not a Newman/Dailey office in the 30A area. It would have been nice if we would not have had to go out of our way deal with all the hassle of going into Destin on our first day to sign the paper work. We arrived at the rental office around 2:00 pm. I know check isn't until 3:00 to 5:00 but when I called ahead they said come on in and you can go ahead and take care of the paper work which we did. While I was there I asked how long before our unit would be ready. The person checking me in said they would just call us on our cell phone. I told them we would like to go to the grocery store if we had some time and asked if they would call the housekeeping crew to find out where they were on it. She did call on the radio and I heard the conversation. She was told it was being worked on right then so it should not be long. We got done shopping at 4:00 and still had not received a call so I called the office. The person I spoke to was rude and said they would call us. I finally convinced her to call housekeeping. Turns out it was ready.

great condo in a great location!
This is one of the best vacations that our family of 5 has ever taken. Access to the beach was easy and close. We stayed in room #203. When we arrived it was just as we saw it online - a property with security gates, wonderful beds, stocked kitchen, and beautiful furniture. The only thing missing was it could have had full drapes on the back patio that could have been pulled closed at night. Newman Daily made our stay easy and fun with the "Funtastic" package they provided. We loved this property and we will be coming back again soon!

great condo-wonderful location
My girls and I love San Remo. It is located in the perfect spot for our fall vacations. We love the nearby shopping and dining.
The condo facilities are wonderful. The pool area is really nice and the beach access is built for an easy walk with beach chairs. The security of the grounds is good and we feel very comfortable staying in this complex.
The condos themselves could be furnished better. The first one we stayed in had very uncomfortable sitting furniture. This past October the furniture was comfortable, but the style was very "unbeachlike"....but who cares about furniture when the rest of the grounds and the beach are perfect!
