My wife’s 40th birthday, my 42nd birthday, and our 10th wedding anniversary all in one week! Family from both sides surprised my wife and we stayed in this beautiful condo with outstanding views that was within walking distance to local shops/restaurants even with 2 kids under 3 years old. We typically vacation to Miramar Beach where we got married, but we found the low key less crowded beach vibes is more our style. Santa Rosa Beach is our new go-to. We will be back. Thanks!

Very clean, very spacious! We would definitely return to this condo for the view, space and amenities. Excellent communication with property management throughout our stay. Overall property was very well maintained and clean. Location was walkable to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

The Condo is beautiful. The view of our balcony is spectacular. Took some beautiful pictures day and evening. Overall, the condo was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was amazing. Location was also good. We really enjoyed our stay and so did our guests.

Apartment is very spacious and has amazing ocean and pool view. It was fully equipped with all needed items. Walkable to near by town center and few great restaurants. The pool was a great to have with little ones after the beach. Overall very happy with our short weekend stay :)

We enjoyed our stay! Newman Daily maintained good communication and even called to let us know they found something we left behind before we even realized we left it. The condo was a good size for our 6 adults and 1 child. One improvement they could make is to update the living room furniture… the sofa has seen better days and the chairs aren’t super comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and everyone slept well! The beach and pool were clean and easily accessed. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Every year my family and I take a beach trip. We have stayed at Navarre, Pensecola, Fort Walton, Destin, Miramar, and now Santa Rosa. To be honest, they all were beautiful but there’s something sweet about less of a crowd. That can only be found in 30A. The accommodations were simply amazing and we will be back. awesome place
We have a large family with 5 kids plus one son-in-law. So sometimes finding places we fit comfortably in is a challenge. This condo was perfect for us, the proximity to the beach was an ease, and the location surrounding our favorite restaurants and shops was great. Our only issue was the door code did not work when we arrived because of a tripped breaker that controlled the door and we had all of our groceries with us. So we were a little delayed getting into our unit, but the company responded and sent a technician out very quickly to get us inside. Overall a great property with a a pool and hot tub, controlled access with wrist bands to make sure non-residents aren’t using the amenities and we walked to the Local Catch to eat as well as Be Bold Coffee. Short 3 minute drive to Blue Mountain Creamery.

wonderful stay!
The place was very spacious. We had more than enough room for our family of 5. (Kids aged 6, 8, 10). The pool was warm and always cleaned each morning. Access to the beach was very close and simple. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops and enjoyed the slightly quieter area of Santa Rosa. (Compared to Seaside and other towns that attracted more spring breakers). We were able to bike to Grayton and Seaside for the day and avoid the hassle of parking in those areas. I was disappointed the condo didn’t have any beach/pool towels, but they did provide a few beach chairs. I would stay here again!

our favorite place!
We have stayed at San Remo since 2010, 201 is by far our favorite condo. I was surprised to see the same furniture there as when we stayed in 2011…all was still extremely comfortable except for the round chair in the living room (actually felt like it may be broken)….but I assure you the chair did not impede the amazing trip we had. It is unfortunate that the beach is becoming more and more crowded in that area, especially with the large house. If you get anywhere near the “border” of their private beach you are immediately approached, which seems a bit ridiculous to have a large portion of the beach with absolutely no one on it. Regardless, we will continue to stay at San Remo and love every moment of it!!

We loved the condo. Our stay was quite pleasant . Newman Dailey was always there when we needed them. Service was warm , friendly and efficient. The care taker of the condo, Annette, was amazing. beauitful place to stay
This condo is absolutely perfect the master was large with a walk-in closet and has its own jacuzzi tub with a stand up shower. Two other bedrooms with queen suites makes it’s easy for everyone to get ready at the same time and a bunk room for the little ones. The kitchen has everything you need and then some, a coffee pot and k cup machine with all of the utensils and pots and pans you could need. Very clean and plenty of room for our two families to enjoy. The view is stunning and the porch is perfect. The pool and hot and work out facility were and clean and maintained well. Just a short boardwalk to most breath taking beach that you ever seen. We will definitely be back.

We were very apprehensive about coming to the beach with Covid 19 being so rampant, but this condo was ideal. It is a corner unit with no other units nearby. It is on the second floor directly accessible from the stairway. The unit itself is spacious and set up so that each room is very private. The extra bunk closet is great for kids, and it has a nearby half bath. The balcony is over sized with a good view of the ocean and a neighboring mansion.

We took a quick vacation after Christmas to Santa Rosa Beach and found San Remo thru our searching. What a wonderful find!!! The location can not be beat and the pool - amazing!!! And it was heated during our stay!!! Condo 201 is very spacious and beautifully decorated. We will be returning!!

great location...loved the generous floorplan!
We had a lovely family vacation at 201 San Remo! The family consisted of 5 adults, 2 yr old and 6 month. So you can imagine the toys, pac and play and all the baby stuff! But, we felt very comfortable in the space. I liked the separated bedrooms, each had their own bath! Comfortable beds.
Wonderful patio, close to beach, enjoyed the large pool, as well!
The only negative I have, is the furnishings felt a little tired and worn. But, saying this, it would not stop me from going back.

san remo review
San Remo 201 is an excellent location, with a very friendly set-up. We enjoyed our stay. Check in and the info provided was great. The porch furniture was very nice.
A few things could make this unit even better:
#1 - the furniture in the unit is very worn (coffee table, particularly bedroom furniture). Carpet in bedrooms needs replacing badly.
#2 - in the bedroom near the front door of the unit, the closet door is hanging off track and could not easily be fixed.
#3 - the refrigerator is horrible. It's small, which I understand it can't be large due to the location of the island, but it's old, small and needs an ice maker in the door.
#4 - The biggest issue is the availability of beach chairs and umbrellas. It's very mis-leading to advertise that 2 chairs and an umbrella come with this unit daily. That is simply not true.
Chairs and umbrellas are only available on a first-come, first-served basis and we found out the first day (per the young attendants that show up anywhere between 7:45 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.). Chairs are reserved for the "owners" first, and that leaves no other options for anyone else. Options for bringing your own chairs are limited due to the beachfront private property of the house being built right in front of the complex. There's just not much "beach room" without being crammed on top of each other. If chairs and umbrellas are being advertised as a perk to renting this unit, then they need to be available each day without exception.

Loved our stay at San Remo 201. The amenities are so nice & the pool & beach are easily accessible. Free beach umbrella & chairs for the week were an added bonus. The condo was well appointed & the décor was pretty too. Loved the balcony with plenty of seating & tables (including rocking chairs). Only a couple of things needed attention to repair. The property manager was always helpful & attentive too! Would definitely consider staying here again! Giving it a 4.5 star rating because of a bedroom patio door not working & a broken towel bar in one of the baths.

This is the first time we have taken a beach vacation in Florida with our 2 adult kids & their families. We loved staying in San Remo 201. The layout is perfect with plenty of space for everyone. We even used the walk-in closets to put pack n' plays in for our 2 babies! The weather was perfect, and the water in the ocean and big pool was very nice! The beach chairs & umbrella that came with the condo was a nice addition that we used every day. We would love to stay in this condo again. The staff at Newman-Dailey couldn't be any nicer or more helpful! What a pleasant experience all the way around!!

We loved the condo. The view was perfect and the layout was good with the bunkbeds for the kids. We loved that it wsn't crowded at the condo or the beach in this area. Might need some better knives to cut with in the kitchen and the pipes when you used the toilet or took a shower were very loud. Great parking and right on the beach. Had a great time.

beautiful condo
This was our second stay in this beautiful condo - we love San Remo - and Newman Daily is a pleasure to stay with. This condo is one of the most beautifully decorated in San Remo and the "01" units have balconies twice as large as any of the others, and are the most protected from the pool noise. The enormous home being built right in front of the unit does significantly obscure the previously remarkable ocean view, but there is still a nice stretch of beach that is visible from the main part of the porch. That home has been under construction for a couple of years and there is still a good bit of work remaining, so there is likely to be construction noise for many more months, if not longer.
The pool is a nice size for the condo building, however it appears that this year the neighborhood adjoining San Remo was given the access code to the pool/hottub/BBQ , and that completely overwhelmed the space available. There were several days when no chairs were available at the pool for San Remo guests due to the sizeable number of families from the neighborhood using the pool.

We stayed in San Remo with a number of other families, and 201 was by far the best unit we saw. It is one of the largest in the resort, a good fit for our family of 5, it was nicely appointed and updated. San Remo resort has a very nice layout for both poolside activities,beach-going, and dining. Santa Rosa Beach is conveniently located between Seaside and Destin so there was much to see and do when we weren't on the beach. I have spent a lot more money to stay on that area and quite frankly was not as pleased as I was with San Remo 201. I recommend it highly.

another wonderful week on 30a
The unit accommodated all of our needs. The common areas are well maintained and very clean. Located near the stairwell we were able to come and go with ease. The balcony provided a wonderful place to enjoy a cocktail and take in the view or play cards. Unfortunately a new construction is being built that will reduce the view of the gulf. We had wonderful meals at Local Catch (shrimp tacos), Stinky's Fish Camp (Stinky's Stew) and The Red Bar (Key Lime Pie). We rented bikes from Jongle Beach and rhode to hearts content. We are ready to do it again.

stunning piece of paradise
San Remo is simply amazing. The stunning beauty of the complex to the luxury accommodations was everything we could have wanted and more. We felt like we were truly in paradise. The large pool provided our kids with plenty of entertainment through the afternoon and into the evening and the beach was never busy so we were able to enjoy peaceful beach time as well!

We were thrilled with the location of the unit! It was situated on a lovely stretch of beach and in an area that allowed easy and quick access to food and shopping. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and had a great floor plan.

love it!
I stayed in a different unit at this property last year and loved it, so I brought my sisters and nephew with me this time to stay in unit 201. It was a wonderful vacation. The complex is quiet and relaxing, but located conveniently close to restaurants, shopping and water sports. The unit is beautifully decorated and vary spacious with a nice view of the water. There were a few minor items that needed attention in the unit like a blender that leaks, lightbulbs that were out, the dryer took awhile to dry the clothes, no wastebaskets in two of the bathrooms and a couple missing dresser knobs/handles. Also, the frogs in the pond are a little noisy at night. Nothing, though, that would prevent us from coming back over and over again. Everyone I worked with at Newman-Dailey was very helpful and courteous. I've been to several locations in FL. Santa Rosa Beach is an area I can see myself retiring to some day.

best beach vacation ever.
The property itself is perfectly located right on the beach and has a huge wrap around deck to ensure much time just enjoying the view and gulf sounds.The pool is very large,great for lap swimming,and well maintained.Beautiful walkway to beach.The unit is well decorated,rooms and beds very comfortable. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped,but lacked pot holders,and the knives were not very sharp.The common grilling area by the pool was a huge amenity. There is excellent resaturant food and a fresh seafood market within walking distance. There is a bike path,and it is easy walk to bike rental shop.This was by far our favorite location in South Walton Beach,as it was not crowded

love the place
Beautiful condo in a great location. Love Destin, but not the busy-ness of the area. Santa Rosa beach is perfect since you are near everything, but not right in the middle of it. We have stayed at the San Remo for 6 years now. This is the first time in unit 201. Very nice; beautiful views. Not quite equipped enough for renters though. Our other unit had a tv with DVD player in every bed room and this one did not. That was nice before to have the kids have their own space for quiet time to watch a movie. Also, this place did not enough towel bars so we had no where to hang our shower towels. Also, the kitchen needed more -- no hot pads or 13 gallon garbage can for everyday use. Just little things like that. But other than those, we had a great time and would stay there again.

lovely way to spend the winter!
This is the second winter (Jan-March) we've spent in 201. We love it and it's one of our fav. units in San Remo. Large and comfortable it has everything you mite want or need for your vacation. San Remo is a great building and the location both to the beach and shopping is wonderful. You couldn't ask for a better rental company than Newman-Dailey and we've tried others. Newman-Dailey is by far the best. We look forward to spending many more winters in San Remo 201.

santa rosa/san rema 2011
After having stayed at both Destin and WaterColors, we wanted something somewhat in between these experiences. When I shared this with the associate at Newman Dailey, she recommended San Remo at Santa Rosa. She was right on target! We had the most incredible time. The weather was perfect, the beaches were spectacular and our San Remo unit was everything this family of 7+ could possible ask for. This area allowed us to appreciate the wild life and foliage the sand dunes had to offer as well as a turtle pond on site. We were able to be near the Destin and Water Colors amenities without being in the hustle and bustle. Perfect! We will stay here again.

Love this location. San Remo is perfectly located a few miles from Destin in Santa Rosa Beach. It is located very close to everything you need. It is like having your own personal beach and pool. This makes for a great family vacation. 201 is exquisitely furnished, very large. I would highly recommend this condo.

third annual san remo vacaction
This was our third vacation at San Remo Condos. The condo we had was beautiful, well laid out, great kitchen, and the balcony was fantastic. We traveled with our kids and another family and their kids. San Remo is a safe condo with a gated entry. (I love the entry gate!!!) There are so many things about San Remo that we love: the large pool, the easy access to the beach area, the ease of entry into the condo (because of the coded entry doors) and the beautiful condo itself. This condo was large enough that the kids had a place to play on the day that it did rain and the parents were able to sit on the back porch and enjoy themselves. We would and do recommend San Remo to our family and friends. We love the 30a area because of the great local restaurants and shops.

intimate, classy beach retreat
San Remo never disappoints, but SR201 was by far upscale, gorgeously appointed, very quiet with awesome views! It is a perfect location along 30-A if you want to avoid the crowds, but still be close. The unit has everything you could need and the complex has a HUGE pool with a generous hot tub. The beach is right there! This was our first time renting from Newman-Dailey and they were so accomodating and even surprised us with some sparkling wine in celebration of our home purchase in Santa Rosa Beach. We liked best the location of San Remo, especially SR201. No dislikes! Thanks.

pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised to see that the condo was exactly as the pictures showed. Nice,cleand and beautiful. There was only one thing that I wasn't prepared for and the noise was greatly annoying and that was the frogs that came out at night in the pond in front of the condo. Other than that our stay was wonderful.
I did leave my camera charger plugged into the wall and called to ask for it to be returned, but, I was told that it was never found. I do know that I left it there plugged in. We drove and did not fly so it was not misplaced.

The condo unit was wonderful. It was very roomy for two adults and 5 kids. We have been staying on 30 A for the past ten years and we would stay at this unit again. We loved the view!! Also,the walk to the beach was very easy.
