great location and condo.

We were very satisfied with the unit and location. Had beach service but wish it was set up closer to unit access. Not something we used very much because we have our own. Would rather have bicycles or golf cart! Loved having a garage to put beach items in ??Will hopefully be back next year.

this condo is in a great location to the beach, restaurants and shopping

It is furnished very nicely and the beds and living room furniture are all very comfortable Garage and other parking for this property were so Convenient. The beach access is right across the street. The pool was clean and the grounds were lovely. We were pleasantly surprised to find so much beach equipment and beach toys in the garage for our use. The beds are comfortable and the living room furniture and decor is lovely.

The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and we couldn't wait to go to bed. At the beach was so perfect. Just a 5 minute across the street to the beach. It was located in a few beautiful area.

Having a comfortable bed is wonderful after a long trip, we had a very pleasant week, it has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen for a good stay, beach toys for the children that they had in the garage, it is also appreciated, the service was very good The blender that was there was not working, we sent messages and they sent us another one, good space for 7 people, the pool was very acclimatized to relax after a long day at the beach. In general, the place was very comfortable, clean and very nice. We walked a little, just crossing a parking lot and the street and you get to the beach, we would like to return one day.

We loved our stay! The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was a cozy beach vibe. The location was perfect, very short walk to the beach and near many stores. My family and I go to Destin every summer and this was by far our favorite place we've stayed. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend

Only drawback for us was the crowded beach due to having public beach access right in front of condo, but still nice beach. Destin area is getting so overcrowded but nothing against the condo. It was very nice.

beautifully decorated and spacious condo

We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was slightly delayed due to last minute cleaning crew change and unit wasn't cleaned quite as well as it could have been, but it was understandable due to the circumstances. Very laid back and family oriented with a good view of the gulf. Located across from the public beach, so it was a busy area. We loved the unit, exactly what the photos depicted and was very spacious and nicely decorated.

We enjoyed our short, but much needed getaway. This property was perfect for our family and we will definitely be back. The location is central to everything. Very clean and comfortably decorated. We did notice that the wall decal on patio needs some attention, and unsure if that has been noticed, but it was such a minor detail. I can tell that the owner/property maanger care about the comfort of their guests.

Condo was great!!! Able to accommodate all of our family comfortably. Trash dumpster was inconveniently located and we were not made aware of where to dispose of until angry homeowner escorted daughter-in-law with our trash. Made for unpleasant evening.

our five night stay was great!! we all had a great time!

The property was just looked llike in the pictures. Very roomy, especially for the grandkids to get some indoor playtime. The master suite was super nice with attached bath and the king bed was very comfortable. If and when we come that way again, we would stay here for the second time! We loved the property- one of the only things that I needed assistance on was taken care of right away. To note for the future- the beach chairs and umbrella are quite a bit farther away than we thought they would be (all the way down in front of pompano Joes) instead of just right across the street from the condo.

very dissapointed

We have a family of 8 that have stayed in Pavilion Palms before and have loved it. It has enough bedrooms and baths to accommodate us all, has a covered garage, TV's in every room, and is a short walk to the beach. This May 2019 we arrived to a new floor in the unit that was definitely better than carpet, however, the floors were filthy. Walking barefoot across the floor made your feet black. I can see bringing sand in from the beach, but upon our arrival, we expected the floors to be clean. We called Newman Daily and they sent 2 people out the next day to mop the floors which did help. Also, the door to the garage did not lock. TV's in 2 bedrooms didn't work, and there was no DVD player in the living room. Also, the luggage cart had a flat tire making it hard to bring our luggage up from the garage. All in all this was a very disappointing stay at Pavilion Palms. Newman Daily's customer service has gone down.

simply magnificent

As always our stay was splendid. The friendly folks at Newman Dailey made sure our vacation went off without a hitch. Check In was simple as usual, the accommodations were impeccable most importantly clean as can be. The view you can't beat my elderly aunts love to sit on the balcony of the unit and watch all the folks walk by on the beach boardwalk. one of best condos we've stayed in

We travel to Destin nearly every year and decided this year we wanted to stay on Scenic 98 instead of the busier area of Destin. This condo turned out to be a great pick. It’s as nice as it looks in the pictures. It was spacious, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare a few meals in (and we’ve learned not every rental does) and the beds were comfy. (The only thing I’d suggest to the owners is new pillows. The ones provided are nearly flat.) The location of this condo is great. Having stayed in high rises like Silver Shells and Silver Beach Towers, I was a little concerned before arriving that we’d be too far from the beach. But it was literally just a walk across the parking lot to get to the public beach. We could see the water from the porch, unlike some other condos along this road that have houses or businesses across the street that block the view. The unit comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella, which were set up for us on the public beach each day. We also were able to use the umbrella and two chairs we brought for our kids with no problem. Some of the condos with private beaches are stuffy about this, not letting you set up your own stuff. So that was a plus. We were there in early August and it was busy but we never felt crowded on the beach. If an elaborate pool is important to you, then know that the pool in this complex is pretty small and basic compared to larger complexes. We personally come for the beach so didn’t even use it. We ended up really liking this part of the Destin area. The boardwalk that runs along the highway is really nice for running, walking or biking. All in all, we’ll probably stay in this area again and wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this condo again. It was a great value compared to prices of some of the high rises.

We've stayed in several ND properties and this was our first time at Pavilion Palms. We really liked having the garage to park our vehicle in so it wasn't hot when we went out for lunch or dinner. Also, plenty of room for our beach stuff. Rooms were comfy and bathrooms good size. No negatives on the property. The walk to the beach isn't bad but it is right across from a public access area so it's very busy. Would consider staying here again if unable to find a true beachfront house rental.

Plenty of seating inside and outside on the balcony. Lack of Parking was the only downfall but an easy accommodation considering everything else! 5 stars.

pavilion palms 104c - summer vacation!

This condo was exactly what we wanted. It was very nice, clean, spacious, and had an awesome view of the gulf from the balcony. There was plenty of seating inside and outside on the balcony. The beds were very comfortable and clean (big plus!). We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone that needs 3 BR/3 BATH. The only complaint I had, and it turned out to be minor, was the parking. The garage for the unit is so low that only a car would fit in it. Since I have a truck, we had to park elsewhere and parking is limited for the area, especially if all condos are being used. Other than parking, no complaints whatsoever. Check in & check out was simple as well.

wonderful stay for generation family

It is really a nice place for 8 of us to stay. Grandparents, daughter & husband, and 4 grandchildren. It has a perfect setting being across from the beach and visible from the porch. My husband smokes so this is a great place for him to be. It is not too far to carry beach items over. It has 2 garage spaces which made us feel secure for our vehicles. We did have an issue with the air conditioning over a 12 hour period. Thankfully, the weather was a little cooler in May, but I was concerned. I realize this is an owned property and the home owner has to be notified for some items that need repair, however, in the end it was taken care of before we got too uncomfortable. We love Destin, and Newman Daily has always treated us fairly.

We enjoyed our week very much. It was plenty of room for all of us. Extra towels were a welcome sight. I was somewhat disappointed that the floors were dirty. Carpet and tile needed cleaning very much. My bear feet got dirty whenever I walked in the house. I should have mentioned this earlier in the week, however, when I did mention it, you were very helpful in sending some ladies to clean the floors while we were out. I appreciated this very much. Also you were very understanding about the problem with the garage doors not being able to be opened and gave me compensation because of this inconvenience. retirement soiree

Myself and two other siblings threw a retirement gathering for our sister Peggy. She was tickled to say the least, we never told her where we were going and I was the only one that had ever been to the area before. The condo was very nice and I always trust Newman-Dailey properties to hold true to the photos taken of the location and regarding cleanliness, can't wait for the next jaunt. You can tell that the owner wasn't cheap in choosing decor, hopefully they scotch guarded the furniture for it's light in color and we notified the office of light stains found immediately upon arrival (so as to not be blamed). We never swam in the pool that's onsite because you have the Gulf/Ocean across the street with lovely views from the living room. The only critique if any that I have is the inability to switch units if one more suitable to your party size becomes available, I'm not suggesting at the last min. but I do believe that a month out should suffice (in case another unit has a cancellation). We initially couldn't find the trash dumpster and a few other minor issues (involving a fan and sound bar) that they immediately sent someone over to rectify. However, this really was a nice spot and everyone loved it. If you're traveling with adults I'd suggest no more than 7 people, if small kids then yes 10 max. Long story short I'd stay here again; already planning the next visit and to use Newman Dailey.

This place was awesome! We brought an additional kid this (4 teens total) and had more than enough accommodations. Management was very helpful and informative on key areas and eats. Absolute beautiful view from the balcony and most comfortable beds ever. On the down side..parking was not the best and limited. Parked on the side near the apartment stairs and received a letter from other owner asking to be moved. Neighbor upstairs rinsed his balcony daily which fell on to ours downstairs during my morning coffee. Otherwise would've been a 5. We come to Destin each year and will definitely be looking to stay here next summer!

enjoyed our stay, but with some disappointment.

We enjoyed our stay at Pavilion Palms and of course the beach. The rating would've been a five, but there was an issue with our garage- causing our rental car to be locked in for six hours! Landra kept us informed, but we weren't able to go through with our plans as intended. In addition, we had to wait till Pompano Joe's opened to eat breakfast- which was additional money spent. We plan on vacationing again in Destin and using Newman Dailey due to great customer service-including the office manager. I believe her name is Kirby... It just so happen it was our last full day there when this matter took place. We are done with garages!

Staying with Newman Dailey takes the stress out of planning a stay in Destin. We love Pavilion Palms, and 104C is just beautiful! The condo is spacious, and has everything you might need. Having the garage for storage is an extra perk, and we depend on the beach set up that is provided.

The only problem we had was finding the garage and the condo. It was night when we arrived, and it took us a little while to find the garage. It was the 2nd or 3rd garage once you enter the property. The condo is not visible from the parking lot, but is just around the corner. We loved our stay!!

we had the time of our lives!!!

This was our first vacation as a family which was way over due.My husband and I just celebrated our 45th anniversary in june. Our first day after we arrived we had to go check out the beach and it was beautiful.Our youngest daughter and son-in-law surprised us by telling all of us that grandbaby number 2 is on its way in april.They wanted to tell us some place that we would always remember.They wrote it in the sand we are very excited.The condo is excellent has everything you could want and the view was beyond beautiful!!! The condo was beautiful, clean, and had a great location. It was a nice touch for them to include a Bose surround sound with the flat screen. We watched a movie and enjoyed a great experience. The beach is literally right across the street. It's an easy walk Parking is free which you never see at a public beach. The location is very driveable and walkable to many things. The kitchen was setup to cook a meal anytime of the day. I suggest breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The rate was great for an off peak weekend vacation. I would stay here again in a jiffy.

beautiful view! great amenities!

It is a beautifully laid out floor plan with ample room for 9 people. The view from the patio is awesome! Very close to the beach, only a short walk. Beds were comfy. Only problem was the cleaning service had done a terrible job and the carpets needed cleaning. Upon notifying Newman-Dailey, they responded quickly and gave us compensation for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service!!!

comforts of home

As always Pavilion Palms is our favorite place to stay. The condos are quite large and have all the comforts of home. 104C is probably the nicest condo at Pavilion Palms, and we have stayed in many different ones there over the years. It has been nicely updated. The icemaker was a big plus, also. You have access to a very large garage. We brought a kayak and fishing poles, and there was more than enough room. There would still be room for bicycles. You cannot beat the location. Located right down the street from Pompano Joes restaurant, it is a very easy walk. We love that section of Miramar Beach. One beach set-up is included, which really cuts down on the hassle of dragging chairs and umbrella down to the beach. We loved our stay!

The location on the beach road was great, and our unit had a great view of the beach and water. The furnishings were very good and importantly, the beds were all comfortable. We appreciated having a garage even though it is not attached to the unit... just be sure to ask for its door code!! Newman-Dailey was easy to work with, and all 3 couples agreed we would definitely stay here again.

great place to chill out

We needed a place to stay for one night at the back end of our vacation and Newman Dailey was kind enough to give us this condo. It is a really nice location, property, and condo. Plenty of room, great pool, and right across the street from the beach.The unit is surprisingly roomy on the inside and well decorated. We all agreed it was the type of condo we would like to own one day.

A very pretty, comfortable condo. AND its right across the street from the beach. It was beautifully furnished, all equipped but we did have difficulty using the entertainment package TV, CD, etc. Too many remotes; need directions on just how to turn on the TV! This was also a quiet complex with a pool. Would rent again. This was our second year to rent it.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, MUCH MORE THAN WE EXPECTED. STAYED FOR A WEEK AND DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE. BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED YET COMFORTABLE. LOVE THE PRIVACY OF EACH BEDROOM HAVING IT'S OWN SPACIOUS BATHROOM. PICTURESQUE VIEW!!!

absolute paradise

STAYED FOR A WEEK FOR OUR WEDDING AND THIS PROPERTY WAS MUCH MORE THAN EXPECTED. BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED YET VERY COMFORTABLE. SPACIOUS FOR OUR GUESTS AND FOR ENTERTAINING. PLAN TO RETURN AND RECOMMEND WITH HIGHEST REGARD!!! LOVE THE POTTERY BARN DOWN BEDDING! VERY COZY!!!!
