we booked this place last minute and couldn’t have been happier
The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect for our family — the pool was literally right outside our balcony, so we could easily keep an eye on the kids while relaxing in the apartment. While we didn’t have a beach view, the beach itself was just a few steps away, which worked out perfectly. Overall, a great stay and an even better experience thanks to the host’s attentiveness and the convenience of the location!

this condo was perfect for us.
It was clean and had all the kitchen equipment needed. It was super close to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely consider staying here again. The only thing was you don’t have a beach view because of the shrubs and being on the first floor, but we enjoyed it anyway. There is a nice patio with a great view of the pool.

our family of 6 had the best time!
Such a clean property overall. So easy to get to the beach with little ones, the heated pool was great and plenty of things in the condo to make our stay easy and enjoyable! Will definitely be back to this one. The bunk room was a favorite of our kiddos.

the condo was amazing!
The decor was beach perfect and so warm and inviting! I loved the decorations, flooring and amenities. It was so nice to be able to wash clothes while we were there and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything could have needed to cook meals. The TVs were easy to navigate to watch movies at night and the seating/beds were very comfortable! We loved the location. It was easy to walk/bike to Gulf Place or Stinky's! I knew going in we couldn't see the ocean from the condo porch, but I had hoped we could see it from the pool, but no such luck. However, the walk was super easy to the stairs for incredible sunset views. We loved that the condo was small and felt like we had the entire place to ourselves! I would highly recommend this condo and would stay here again!

First time at the beach with our 9 month old baby and couldn’t have asked for a better location! So close to the beach, ground floor next to the pool, made it an easy breezy stay! Would stay again!

perfect for our family
This was the cleanest Air BNB that we have ever stayed on 30A. It was convenient and perfect for our family of 6 (4 kids under age 10). The pool walkout was perfect for the kids to go between the ocean and pool. We only missed an ocean view but we knew that going in. I would say that the reviews helped me to understand before the trip that there would not be the usual collection of toiletries or beach towels. That was the only reason I knew to pack those beforehand. I might have been caught off guard otherwise. We will absolutely consider this for next year’s trip. Thank you for a beautiful vacation

palms of dune allen
Gorgeous Beach and perfect condo for a family of 8. Barely a walk at all to the beach since we were on the beach. If only the hedges were cut down a little shorter we would have had a fabulous view of the ocean on our 1st floor patio. I will do the same condo again if that was the case!!!!

spacious condo!
Our family loved the spacious walk-out condo at The Palms of Dune Allen. The pool, beautiful beach, and bike path were all just steps out the door. This was our first trip to the Scenic 30A area and we’re looking forward to going back again.

comfortable and nice!
We love Dune Allen and enjoyed staying at this unit at the Palms! It was perfect for our family of 6. The master suite was very nice, and our older kids loved the bunk beds. We appreciated the crib that was provided. The furniture was comfortable and nice. We will definitely rent this unit again if available!

favorite beach trip!
My husband decided to take a trip with some senior high school boys was extremely happy and pleased with the property. He even asked me to save it as a favorite for our next beach trip. It is in a perfect location, not crowded, beautiful beaches and easy, quick access to great shopping and restaurants. We plan on coming back soon!

Perfect beach get-a-way accommodations. Pool, beach, bike, golf, restaurants and shopping all in walking distance. Very clean and well stocked throughout even a crib for the little ones.

what a great mother's day!
We had an absolutely wonderful time in this condo. South Walton beaches are our favorite and we especially love the biking and walking trail. The unit was very nice – great linens and bedding, comfortable and abundant seating, all appliances worked well and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. Though nice, not too nice so that we were nervous about having a toddler with us. The washer and dryer ran non-stop and both worked well. The location of the condo couldn’t have been more ideal for our family – the pool just steps off the patio and the beach not much farther. We absolutely loved our time there and didn’t want to leave!

great with kids!
Fall break with our elementary-aged children. This place was really perfect for us: 1) great floorplan, stocked with pretty much everything we needed 2) perfect view of the pool from the kitchen/living area 3) Easy walk down to beach, which wasn’t crowded. We used your suggestion for chair/umbrella rental and that worked out well 4) convenient ground floor unit meant no lugging beach toys, etc up stairs 5) 10 minute stroll or 3 minute bike ride to a good mix of restaurants and shops. We had an AC issue upon arrival that was very quickly and easily resolved. Overall the unit was really comfortable in every regard, and you can tell the owners put a lot of love into it. We do hope to return!
