Exceptional proximity to the beach and accommodations. Highly recommend! Family friendly place that easily sleeps 14. The bunk beds for the kids with individual TVs were a huge hit. Clean and freshly updated. The white sand beach was soft and clean. Location was great as Florida was drive-able for our Midwest family.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean except besides finding an open container under the bed when we check in. Nice and quiet surroundings while we were still close to the beach and pool. The kitchen has all the necessities for cooking a meal. The washer and dryer works fine. Everything was great.

Look no further! This property is directly across the street from private access to gorgeous Miramar Beach and so close to shopping and great restaurants! It’s the perfect location for quick access to all Miramar Beach has to offer. The house accommodates large groups with plenty of space. It’s equipped will all the comforts of home so all you need to bring is your swimsuit! We’ll for sure be back!

spacious just perfect
This place is perfect! The unit is spacious enough for multiple families or even a family reunion. Meals are easy with a large group as there is a grill and fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. All bedrooms have on suite baths and there are TWO sets of bunks beds! The view of the gulf from the top floor is wonderful and the location can’t be beat. The gorgeous beach is only steps away and the unit is also located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We come every year to stay at this unit because we know our vacation will be perfect!

had a blast
We stayed for a week with two other families and had a blast! The unit was clean and spacious with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was updated and fully stocked with everything you need. The kids loved the bunk beds with their own tv's in each one. Each bedroom had a private bathroom for the adults. The location was absolutely perfect...literally steps to the pool and directly across from the gorgeous beach. We will definitely be returning for another vacation here!

perfect location for a family celebration!
We booked this villa to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday and it did not disappoint. The location is perfect - quick walk to the beach, but a quiet, family friendly “neighborhood.” The amenities ND offers are above and beyond and customer service was amazing when we had to reach out. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was quite good. Our villa was convenient to the beach and it had sufficient sleeping arrangements for our group. Checking in was easy and efficient. Place was clean with the exception of the floors. The floors were very dirty and was not mopped our feet was dirty after walking for a short time. Please have your staff do a better job on the floors.

Great place, great vacation! Clean, roomy, short easy walk to the private beach. We had fun moving "Fred" from room to room. The only issue was with the rental chair company. They couldn't seem to keep the chair count correct and would only tag one set. We rented 3 sets (6 chairs, 3 umbrellas) and had to play "musical chairs" 3 of the 6 days with other guest. The whole point of renting chairs is to avoid hassle. Tagging each set would be an easy fix. Aside from that, everything was spot on and we would definitely rent this unit again. The only thing I would recommend is to update the golf offering. While Newman-Dailey does offer a discount on certain courses, other rental agencies offer complimentary golf for a similar rental price.

perfect place to vacation
Spent a week here in March with family and friends. Plenty of space for adults and kids. Bunk beds with personal TVs were a hit. Clean and updated home with full kitchen, comfortable beds and all the amenities we could ask for. The location can’t be beat...Just steps away from pool and picturesque beach. Can walk to shops, ice cream and restaurants (we loved Surf Hut for dinner). Highly recommend staying here. We can’t wait to come back!

the perfect vacation
We recently rented Miramar Beach Villa112 from Newman-Dailey. The villa was perfect for our family vacation. My husband & I along with our two sons, spouses & grandchildren stayed there. The location was perfect. The villa had private space for each family which was wonderful, especially for nap time! We will definitely return!

space, clean, pretty, and close!
We celebrated my husbands birthday along with my dads 80th birthday on this trip. It was fantastic! Such a great location so easy to cross over the road and get to the beautiful beach and so close to many restaurants and stores!
You never know from the pictures how clean or spacious a place is going to be and we were pleasantly surprised! We had 11 people staying here including my brothers 3 boys, 15, 13, and 10.. They slept in the spacious 3rd level room and loved it. Each of the 3 couples all had our own very nice and spacious bedrooms, all with attached bathrooms. My 2 daughters 10 and 5, slept in the hidden closet bunks in the hallway of the second level which was next to our bedroom. They loved their little hidden spot, like a clubhouse, with their own tvs in each bunk! The bunks are the size of a twin bed which was bigger than I was expecting them to be. The living room space was nice and open with very comfy furniture. The kitchen is a little tight for us as a family that cooks together, but we made it work and I don't think most people go to the beach for the cooking kitchen experience;) Everyone in our group really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend you staying here, especially if you're trying to accommodate a large group.

house was so amazing
I love writing reviews!!! On arrival the check in representatives were great very friendly.. Be sure to only bring 3 vehicles because that's all that was allowed but they made accommodations for the 4th.. House was so amazing every day living items were included. very spacious and clean. the front door blinds were broken but wasn't a bog issue to my party so we just took pictures and emailed them in no problem no big concern.. was very close to beach and pool is within location of all villas. Beach Access was amazing literally steps from the villa. Special add ons were great as well and booking reps were wonderful about discounts etc. So far I would definitely return back to this villa...
