The condo has very good amenities and the kitchen provided appliances to allow a family which loves cooking to with all supplies needed. At the beach in November my family and I enjoyed the beautiful weather without the excessive heat which the summertime can bring.

best one at mediterranea so far!
Every time we visit Destin/Miramar beach we have always stayed the the Mediterranean. Our kids love the direct beach access and the enormous pool. Love the peacefulness of this resort style condo. This particular unit 415E was the best unit we stayed in by for. Recent renovations and new furniture and was so spacious. Will be looking to book this same Unit each yr we return.

this is a wonderful property.
It was perfect for 6 adults (3 couples) and 3 children (cousins). It was very well appointed and had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing it with us. At the beach we welcomed the chairs and umbrellas daily. Everyone enjoyed the beach: boogie boarding, paddleboarding, building sandcastles and taking long walks along the beach. We especially enjoyed the fireworks on the beach on the 4th of July. We have been staying with Newman Dailey since 1992 (with a few years off, both as an owner and a renter) and they never disappoint. Amy Turner is wonderful (as are Kerbi, Betty and Donna). I'm ready to book my next vacation!

i would stay in this condo and have the newman-dailey experience again.
It was amazing. My family and I enjoyed each day. The three bedroom was perfect for our family and the facilities were exactly what we were hoping for. Not only was the view great from the condo but I enjoy cooking and found the cookware was, by far, better than I had in other rental places. I enjoyed cooking for my family during our stay. The condo was very clean, (and someone with asthma} this is very important. The Newman-Dailey texted me throughout our stay to make sure our visit was good and if they could help in any way to please let them know. I look forward in returning with my family and having another great experience.

terrific stay
We had a wonderful week stay at Mediterranea 415E. Great corner unit overlooking the ocean. Penty of room with our adult children. The unit was well equipped with just about everything you would need in a condo. Also, plenty of room for your groceries and you don't have to use the kitchen counter for those things. Management was responsive to unexpected power outage due to weather. The property was well kept and saw staff cleaning all the time. Definitely recommend the unit and would return.

We love staying at 415E. The condo is beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, can’t beat the view. The decor and designs really give it a clean and cozy vacation vibe. Check in was easy and Newman Dailey was very responsive with communication.

The condo was beautiful, very nicely decorated and comfortable. Location was perfect. The only thing missing was basics- the condo didn’t have things like salt and pepper and extra blankets. I would stay here again, but now I know you have to bring EVERYTHING and the condo is essentially bare in regards to supplies

My kids love the Mediterranea complex in Miramar Beach. The pool is enormous and the hot tub is so relaxing. Access to the beach is right across the road and we love the beach chair set-ups that come with the rental. We have stayed at this complex numerous times and our favorite unit is the 3 bedroom unit 415. It has plenty of room. It has a small desk that was helpful for the work interruption I had. And the wifi service was great. The MBR bath is stunning and it appears like the entire kitchen was just updated. I don’t think you will find a nicer unit in the building. Working with Newman Dailey is a pleasure. Five stars!!!!!!

our perfect condo at the beach
Destin is our favorite place to vacation. We just love the beaches. We have also found the perfect condo to use. Mediterranea unit 415 is great. We love the fact it is 3 bedrooms and is on the end of the building facing west. We can see the Gulf for miles. We love the extremely large pool at the complex and the proximity to so many great restaurants and shopping. Newman Dailey suggested we try unit 415 and we couldn’t be happier. It is so clean and well maintained and up to date. The bunk room works great for the kids and then there are two other bedrooms with king size beds. Service from Newman Dailey is superb. Five stars for Med 415 and Newman Dailey.

Mediterrannea 415 is GREAT! It was certainly large enough for my family plus both of my kids got to bring a friend. We enjoyed the view of the beach from the patio and the fact that it was just a 5 minute walk to get there. The pool area was great as well. The condo was so pretty and clean...and it had every thing we needed for a well earned vacation! We look forward to coming back again someday soon!

our favorite condo!
My family has stayed at Mediterranea condos for years. Unit 415 is our favorite of them all. We love Mediterranea because of the enormous pool, access to their private beach and walking distance to Pompano Joe’s restaurant. Unit 415 is lovely. It is very clean and each time we stay there it seems like there are improvements from the prior year. The views from the balconies are great. Newman Dailey is a great property manager to work with. I rate this unit and Newman Dailey both 5 stars.

beautiful condo... we loved it!
This is one of the most beautiful condos we have ever stayed in at the beach. It was large and roomy with a large kitchen, and three bedrooms, it had everything we could possibly need, and it was so comfortable and easy on the eyes. Not to mention the absolutely gorgeous views. We really enjoyed our week here and would definitely come back and stay again!

This was our 9th year at Mediterranea and our 3rd year staying in this particular condo. This condo is hands down our favorite. With a family of 8, the size is perfect to accommodate our large family and the view is gorgeous. The pool is huge and beautiful. We have stayed many different places over the years in the Destin area when we go down for spontaneous or shorter trips but Mediterranea is by far out favorite and where we always stay when we are going for a week. Newman Daily is excellent to work with and easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!

Great Stay! Great place. When first arrived very confusing to find which building is which. No indication on paper work. No one on grounds t ask. Had to bother another guess to find out what was the building letters. Need letters on buildings. U offer free activities but if I have to drive 30 minutes down the street it’s not a free activity to me. When u have activities on your own beach. My only complaints

Great unit with an awesome view. This 3 bedroom 3 bath unit was perfect for my family with 2 adult children. Everyone had their private space and large living and kitchen for our family to gather. Everything about 415 E was just what we needed.

Unit was great, except for lighting in the bunk room. The wrong fixture or bulbs are used. A flashlight had to be used to see anything in the room. Lighting very bad in bunk room.

Have stayed at Mediterranea for many years, but this was the first time in 415E. Very nice unit in very good condition. Great location, great views, and plenty of room for six adults. Newman Dailey does a great job of managing things as well. Only small complaint - the ice maker appears to have been intentionally disabled, so bring your own ice!

We had the best time! The condo was so nice and the views were amazing. I would definitely stay here again. The pool was huge! We had our family portraits made on the beach, went fishing on the pier, and spent a lot of time at the beach and pool.
