This Coastal home is conveniently located on a corner lot is ready to welcome your family! Six private rooms with five with private bathrooms. Three king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms – and a fun bunk room! One of the king bedrooms is on the first floor, with a private bathroom. Bonus, one of the bedrooms is located in the carriage house complete with kitchenette offering a mini fridge, sink and coffee maker, the space also provides a full bath- what an ideal space to discover real peace and quiet!
Your furry companions are more than welcome here! With the nearby dog-friendly parks, your pets will feel right at home. You must pay a pet fee (please inquire before booking) and provide up to date shot records. Yard has privacy fence at pool area, driveway to pool area gated however back of the house is not fenced in.
This house sleeps a maximum of 16 guests.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
This home is not part of the Mainsail condominium complex.
This property has parking for 3 vehicles.
There are several pool towels provided for your stay but must remain in the vacation rental and not be taken home.
Parking is limited so please plan accordingly. Savvy drivers can park three average size vehicles otherwise plenty of space for two larger vehicles. Parking in the road or on the grass is prohibited. Please call us to discuss overflow parking. No trailers, boats, or wave runners, RVs, buses, or motor homes are permitted.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee per day upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.
