I recently had the pleasure of staying in 1950 at Jade East Towers in Destin, FL, and I can honestly say it was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were blown away by the breathtaking views. The penthouse offers panoramic views of the sparkling Gulf waters, and the sunsets—wow! Each evening, we were treated to a spectacular display of colors as the sun dipped below the horizon. It's hard to put into words just how mesmerizing it was.

The property was as listed. The place was very comfortable and also had amazing views. The amenities were perfect. Could have not wanted for anything else. The owner made a personal visit to deliver champagne and chocolates. A very nice touch.

This place was better than we could have imagine . So roomy. The place is fantastic and had all of our needs met . The whole family enjoyed the stay and all the views were incredible. So much things to do nearby even things for walking distance like the waterpark across the street was fun!!! The host are amazing and always was there. We needed them to be.. Would recommend this place to anybody and hopefully can come back next summer !!!!

fantastic condo!
Loved that all the bathrooms had full size showers rather than bathtubs- the view was tremendous and the a/c was incredible cooling- great condo for our family of 6 - one of the best that we’ve stayed at - owner came by to meet us and left us some champagne and chocolate - we would highly recommend this condo !

We had an amazing stay! The views are beautiful, beds so comfy, kitchen well stocked. It’s hard to find a place that would fit our large families needs and this location more than met our requirements! The location is within walking distance to great food, fun water park and shopping for souvenirs for the kids.

spring break stay
We had a wonderful time. The condo was much larger than expected with plenty of room for a family. The view from the balcony cannot be beat. I even took a video of dolphins, sharks, and stingrays in one shot. The amenities were wonderful. Having chairs and umbrellas ready for us was a much appreciated bonus. We hope to return again.

We went for Christmas. Accommodations were very nice for our family of six. The condo building was not too full that week, so being on a high floor, was not an issue for the elevator. It was easy to cook in the condo, but eating out is a good option with some great places close by.

The condo was ready on time, reserved parking right up front with 2 spots,, almost all other units only have one. Condo was even bigger and nicer than expected, the views were absolutely incredible. Plenty of well stocked cabinets in the kitchen, comfortable beds, and the couches were comfortable as well, especially after a day of walking the white sand beaches and sipping

bring just your toothbrush
Absolutely gorgeous, and happened to meet the owner and she is delightful. It was the coldest day in record in Destin;however, we had plenty to do. Books! Real books, hooks, towels, welcome package with items needed for kitchen & laundry. Did I mention the books, I’m an absolute bed snob and I own it. The master bedroom bed equals that if any Conrad Hilton hotel. Absolute decadence, oh and the chocolate?? I was a little nervous about the elevator code mentioned in another review; however, it was absolutely seamless. Would definitely rent again perhaps this time when weather is hovering around the 80’s Great place to cry

Beautiful property with easy check in process. Right on the beach with a pool on property. Only disappointment was we specifically booked this property because it said it had a hot tub, but the hot tub was not functioning when we arrived. It would have been nice to know that when booking.

We stay at jade east every year and this was the best condo we have ever stayed in Silvia went above and beyond and even brought us a gift of wine and cheese to enjoy our last day. The only comment I could add is Jade East checkin Times be moved to 3 for people driving long distance with little ones. They did accommodate us a little early because of a condition of someone with us but I felt bad we were rushing the cleaning lady. See you next year

paradise on the emerald coast
This is the best place to stay for the money. Owner Silvia goes above and beyond making your stay perfect. From the spotless cleaning she does before check in to having the condo fully stock with everything you need. And I mean everything!! Having everything stock in the kitchen (besides food) to even having kids high chairs and baby cribs. Thank you Silvia for making the stay perfect. Hope to stay again next year.

family beach vacation
Our family visited Destin in early August for our annual beach vacation and stayed in Jade East 1950. This condo is perfect for a large family! It’s spacious, clean, and so nicely decorated. There is plenty of seating inside and out. Our kids and grandkids had a wonderful time! This is our second year to stay in the 1950 penthouse and the 5th year to to stay in Jade East Towers. Newman-Daily and the condo owner gave us excellent service. We can’t wait to come back next year!

beautiful condo
We had a wonderful time and this condo is beautiful. The only issue is we checked in to start our vacation at 4:30 and the owner was still cleaning the unit and we just stood there sort of waiting for her to be done as though we were putting our vacation on hold. I would highly recommend the owner make an effort to be done by the advertised check in time or hire a cleaning crew to get it done. It was a little awkward just standing there for another hour waiting to start our vacation. Just a friendly tip, other than that it was a great place to stay.

Jade East 1950 lived up to and exceeded our expectations for a Beach front condo. The condo is simply beautiful and well appointed. Two families shared the condo for a total of 8 people, 4 adults and 4 children between the age of 4 - 6. The condo comfortably accommodated our group. We had an outstanding visit to Destin and everyone was extremely happy with the condo. The condo is ideally located on the beach with easy access to restaurants and shops. The fitness center is small but functional. All in all we had a wonderful vacation.

Absolutely the best place to stay in Destin! We have an annual trip to Destin each year and have stayed at other places and there is no comparison! The unit was huge with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and very well decorated. If you want a room with a view this one is it! Thank you for great week at the beach...we're already missing it!

nearly perfect
The unit itself is exceptional with spectacular views from the bay to the beach. We enjoyed all of the amenities and really appreciated the welcome basket provided. The beach access and service was excellent as are the pool, hot tub and exercise facilities. The one drawback to this marvelous experience was the 'construction zone' we had to contend with every time we rode the elevator and sometimes the loud noises from the unit being worked in. Had I known that there was construction in progress I would not have rented this unit.

wonderful owners!
We stayed at this penthouse condo a few weeks back. Silvia (owner) and Jessica (property manager) are wonderful people and want to make sure their guest are very happy. Silvia went out of her to make sure we were taken care of and provided extra chairs for enjoyment on the beach.
The condo is beautiful, spacious and clean. It has everything you need for your stay. We look forward to returning next summer.

This rental most diffenitely has the WOW factor! It had it all hands down! Well appointed, large enough for our 2 families with 4 teen agers to share comfortably. The views from the wrap around deck were amazing. Well kept and very clean.

we are in love with destin (and jade east 1950!)
What a wonderful place to vacation! The view can't be beat, a treat every day to see the sparkling water through the windows of the Master bedroom. We had a little bad weather this year, so visited the Gulfarium one day and also took a dolphin cruise using our discount from Newman-Dailey at both venues. We had one day that was absolutely spectacular, warm temperatures and the water like glass...my 8 year old daughter even got the chance to kayak. Beautiful condo, we will be back...we have fallen in love with Destin (and particularly with Jade East 1950!)

We just returned from a weeklong stay. The penthouse was exceptionally clean and fit our family of eight very comfortably. The views from the kitchen and living area were amazing. Each of the bedrooms were spacious with their own bathroom and large flat screen Tv's. When we checked in the owner, Silvia, was there to welcome us and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Once she saw that we had six children, she returned with more linen and extra chairs for the beach. She also gave us a beautiful and fruit basket to enjoy. We would definitely will be back and will recommend to all our friends.

girl's weekend
We had a very nice stay in 1950. Very comfortable and clean. Since the weather was fabulous, we did not spend too much time in the condo. Beach service was great. Only downfalls were the exercise room needs some severe updates (treadmill was jerky and stopped frequently), construction noice nearby woke us up hours before we had planned and the patio furniture was less than adequate. All in all, Newman-Dailey services and correspondences were very professional and clear. Will use them again!

a week in paradise!
What a terrific time we had! A beautiful condo with everything you could want,a nicely equipped kitchen, wonderfully comfortable bedrooms each with their own television...and the TV in the living room...Wow! A sugar white beach right outside our door, dolphins passing by every day, wonderful beach service. On the days when it was too cold to be on the beach, the pool was nicely heated so my daughter could swim. A fantastic fruit basket waiting for us as well as a bottle of wine...what a nice touch! We also got to meet Sylvia and her husband...such gracious hosts! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven...we will be back!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous with gorgeous views. The week we were there, the weather was mostly cold and windy and I was very happy staying inside, watching the beach and ocean from the comfortable living room. I don't think I've ever felt that way before! Our son loved having his friends over to show the condo off and we entertained one evening and our guests were "wowed" with the views. We felt very special being guests here and highly recommend it. The owner was so thoughtful and nice, bringing a beautiful basket of fruit that we ate all week. I can't say enough about the week's experience. The location was perfect as well!

living in the lap of luxury
We were thrilled with the penthouse! The view was amazing and so was the beach. The bed in the master bedroom was soft and felt really luxurious and it was wonderful to wake up and see the water from my bed every morning. One morning we even saw two dolphins! My whole family enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable. It was clean and beautiful and we all felt spoiled. The owners were great people as well - very kind. We loved the amenities card that came along with our rental. We used the amenities card every day at The Track (my kids loved it) and my husband golfed twice. We also took the dolphin cruise on the Seablaster. Overall it was fabulous and I was sad when our vacation was over!

Owners husband & wife were sensational...even with a "welcome gift basket" no less! Huge 2500 sq ft penthouse, state of the art Home Theater TV system, water filtration,are just two of the many amenities. The balcony view accentuates Destin's beaches and sunsets.

Newman-Dailey Resort Properties always delivers great service.
The condo was great. Master Bath needs some upgrades (shower, Bidet not working). Kitchen could use some more pans (i.e. small and large saute pans.
The view from the 19th floor awesome, nice to have secured elevator, no time wasted in waiting for car.
Beach was the absolute best, great attendents.
Would like to see guest not hang towels on their balconies (only saw about 3-4 units continuoulsy do this, really distracts from the building)

amazing amenities and view!
This place handled our three couples very well. Lots of space and the kitchen and dining room were a hit because we ate in most nights. The front balcony was wonderful. We sat out there after dinner every night. There were some small maintenance issues but not enough to stop recconding this condo. The owners were very gracious. They really wanted to make our stay great. Mission accomplished! The place was well appointed. They didn't cut corners. It was really worth the extra money for this penthouse.

fantastic place the view is breathtaking
Sylvia was an excellent host. We thought the condo was very
nice and homie. We stayed with our two daughters and their
husbands. You had lots of privacy the way it is setup.
We all were very satisfied with our stay. The only problem
was it came to and end and we had to go back to reality.
It truly is a beautiful view of all God's wonderful creation. I would recommend it to anyone and I plan on going
back again.

The condo has a really large central living area with the most faulous views through walls of sliding glass doors. The master bedroom has the same views and the balcony is hugh, wrapping around the top floor condo from living area to master bedroom.

Our family rents a condo in Destin every year at the beginning of summer break from school. This was by far our favorite for the price. Other properties
offer penthouse condos at much higher prices, but not necessarily better accomodations. This unit is very nice, in a good location and the walk to the beach is just out the back door.
