AMAZING!

My husband and I rented this beautiful penthouse condominium for three nights last weekend. It was an amazing place. We had our son and his family with us and they were all in heaven. Gorgeous furnishings and fabulous view! We hope to rent again from you. Thanks to Kelli the office manager, she was so helpful and kind.

Luxury Vacationing at it's Best!

What a perfect place for a large family to stay at. When you are inside and sitting out on the balcony it feels like you’re on a cruise ship. The ocean is everywhere you look, it’s amazing. Everything was as described and perfect. Easy instructions to access all doors and security gates also, when I had questions the property management was immediately responsive and receptive. This is luxury vacationing and I highly recommend it. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Perfect Penthouse!

We, a group of 8 adult family and friends, enjoyed staying in this beautiful, sunny penthouse condo for 10 days at the end of January, 2024. We had a wonderful time in this comfortable, spacious condo. The fully furnished 3,000+ square foot space made our stay memorable. Highlights of the unit include the following: Security with locked gates into the parking area for vehicles and walkers. Two parking sites were reserved for this unit. Code access was required to enter the 19th floor. Only one other condo on this pent house floor. The public spaces were clean and well-kept. Staff was helpful and welcoming. The condo faces southeast with a deck running the entire length of the gulf side. The deck was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sunrise and the sun throughout the day – reading a book and sipping wine or visiting. A full bank of windows and sliding doors from the condo to the deck made access easy. A spacious kitchen with up to date appliances was fully stocked with tableware, glassware, silverware, and cooking utensils and cookware which easily accommodated our group. Kitchen area also included a large walk in pantry for storage, plenty of counter space, and island with 4 chairs. The dining area included a large dining table with 8 chairs and a wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker. Adjacent to the dining area was a separate game table which comfortably seated 8 adults – we played cards and games at the game table every night. The condo included 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Each bedroom included a comfortable king size bed and a large screen television. Bedrooms had spacious closets and dressers for unpacking and storing luggage. Two bedrooms included a love seat sofa which could be opened for another bed. Two bathrooms were large with double vanity sinks and separate tub and shower. Bed linens and bathroom towel and washcloths were clean and of high quality material. The living room included multiple sofas and chairs with end tables for watching the large screen television. A sofa in the living room also opened into a queen bed. The condo has direct access to the white, sugar sand beach. It was gorgeous waking in the surf every day! It was also fun to walk east and check out Henderson State Park. The beach was covered with shells for the picking! I highly recommend this condo for a wonderful Florida get away!!

We stayed at this amazing condo for a week in January and were blown away the minute we walked in. It was so spacious with natural sky lights throughout the condo. The patio is huge and gave us an awesome view of the beach. Kitchen was stocked and the ice maker by the bar was such a nice touch. Access to the pool, gym, and beach were a breeze. Pool was heated and hot tub was divine. We were excited that you didn’t need a physical key or fob to get into the condo or around the grounds. All you needed were the codes! Super cool technology. The condo is also very central to all the attractions and restaurants in Destin. If you have a big family or you just want it all to yourself this is the best condo you can get!

My family recently stayed in Jade Towers East 1910 and had a fantastic week. The condo is beautifully decorated and sits atop a gorgeous stretch of white sand beach along the Florida gulf coast. The main room is a great place to hang out with ample seating and dining areas. The open kitchen is fully equipped for a night of dining in. The four bedrooms and sofa beds can easily accommodate up to 12 people. Self-checkin was very easy, and our reserved parking spots were right outside the front door. We worked out a couple of times in the well equipped fitness facility, and the heated pool and hot tub were a fitting finale. But what truly sets 1910 apart from the others? The view! If you’ve ever wanted to witness the emerald waters of the gulf coast like the photos you see in magazines, just step outside on the large private terrace to one of the most panoramic and gorgeous beach views you will ever see. I guarantee you’ll keep it in your memory forever.

Jade East 1910 Penthouse

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at a stunning beachfront at Jade East property 1910 and I must say, it was an absolute dream come true. From the moment we stepped foot into the property, I was blown away by the breathtaking views and the tranquil atmosphere. The home was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities one could ask for. The open-concept living area was spacious and filled with natural light (monstrous windows) creating a warm and inviting space to relax and unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them on the spacious balcony overlooking the beach. Dont bother taking a helicopter tour; you have a birds-eye view of the entire beach. Speaking of the beach, it was just steps away from the property. The private access to the beach made it feel like our own little slice of paradise. The soft white sand and clear turquoise waters were perfect for long walks along the shoreline. We would have spent more time in the water but December temps did not allow. We love to cook! The property had a spacious patio area with comfortable seating and a barbecue grill, perfect for enjoying meals while taking in the stunning ocean views and sunsets. We now imagine many evenings sipping cocktails and watching the sun set over the horizon when it is a bit warmer. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They provided us with recommendations for local restaurants and activities, ensuring that we made the most of our time in the area. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made us feel like valued guests. Overall, our stay at this beachfront home was nothing short of magical. The combination of the beautiful accommodations, the private beach access, and the attentive hosts made it a truly unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach getaway that offers both comfort and peacefulness….and sunsets that will always remain. My wife also wanted me to add that they have pickleball and tennis courts for all other aspiring athletes.

The Best!

I absolutely loved this place! It’s so spacious and clean with a perfect overview of the ocean. The sunrise was so pretty-especially from the nice balcony! I have never been to a beach before, this was the best experience that i would recommend to all.

Everything We had Hoped it would be!

We just had a 5-night stay in Jade East Towers 1910 penthouse. We wanted the incredible view, private beach access, heated pool, spacious space …… we had it all! The pictures on the website do not do this penthouse justice! The check in/out process was smooth and easy. What a perfect and beautiful place to stay for my family! Can’t wait to go back to this place.

Great Views!

If you're interested in great views of both the sunrise and sunset, I recommend you stay on the 1910. If you're interested in a spacious and well laid out floor plan, I recommend you stay on the 1910. If you're interested in a central location on Destin Beach (0.3 miles to Big Kahuna's Water Park, 1.9 miles to Destin Harbor, and several great restaurants), I recommend you stay on the 1910. Our stay in the 19th Floor Penthouse at Jade East the week of October 22nd was FANTASTIC! I'm confident your stay will be FANTASTIC as well.

Surpassed our Expectations

Jade East Towers 1910 penthouse is perfectly located right on the beach! The views from the 19th Floor were breathtaking -- watching sunrise/sunset and dolphins in the ocean directly from the spacious living room and balcony. Beautifully decorated, everything you need to cook lunch/dinner in if needed. It’s close to so much so walking/driving to destinations is very simple and quick. Such a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

Spectacular!

The moment we walked into this condo/penthouse we were taken away by the spectacular views of the ocean! The floor to ceiling windows in the living area, and master bedroom, provided the most breath taking views, including stunning sunrises. The condo is in a perfect location with quick access to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and there is a Dunkin Donuts right next door. Bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare a meal or just enjoy a drink on the balcony. We will be back again to 1910!!

If you are looking for paradise look no further. This unit 1910 is simply magical. The windows are framed by floor to ceiling white drapes and the furniture & art work are beautiful. Fine linens adorn each of the 4 king size beds. The marble floors & quartz kitchen counter tops add a lovely touch.This condo is very spacious & relaxing. The balcony is large & has comfortable furniture.You, your friends & family will be very impressed with 1910 at Jade East in Destin. You are steps away from the pool & beach. This unit is stunning & we will definitely be back next year to create more memories.

I spent 5 days here and it was very nice. Four bedrooms, plenty of privacy and living space, and the great room overlooks the the ocean with spectacular views. The soft white sandy beach was very clean and easily accessible. The swimming pool was comfortable. The tennis/pickle ball courts are in great condition and lighted. It gets 5 stars from me; I would give it more if possible. Enjoy!

We just stayed at a beautiful condo for a week in Destin. The condo was so spacious and so clean. The beach was right there and the view from balcony is awesome. Very high end experience. It was very handy for restaurants and attractions. Can’t wait to go back.
