This is the second year in a row we've stayed at Jade East Towers, and this year was as excellent as last year. And we will be back. The condo is so clean and roomy! You can't beat the view either! Every one that works at the complex is wonderful and so nice too!

Beautiful condo with amazing views

This condo was every bit as nice as it looks online. We had everything we needed. Trey and his beach service was better than I’ve ever experienced. Our only complaint over the weekend was the back bedroom shower was very difficult to get hot water. After many jiggles and a phone call to Kelly, we could get warm but never hot. It was also sometimes hard to remember all the door combinations but at the end of the day it’s a nice feature to never need a key or card. Overall we had an amazing time and will definitely be back!!!

Amazing Stay at Jade East 1720!

We had an amazing stay at Jade East 1720! The unit was 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms. The unit was modern, spacious, and the view was gorgeous! From time of booking, to checkin, to checkout was all great! I got several texts messages along the way to make our stay very enjoyable. We traveled with 2 teenage boys for Spring Break and they were blown away by the views! Everyone had their own privacy as well with all the space the Unit provided. Beach access was perfect, 2 parking spots, and the kitchen had everything we needed! This unit is amazing! We had soooo many people inquiring about where we were when we posted our photos and videos on social media! They wanted the exact unit number! We were highly satisfied and look forward to returning soon!

Jade East provided for a wonderful mini vacation with friends. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and provided a magnificent view of the beach and ocean. Management was very accommodating and responded promptly to any requests. Our family has stayed in several condos in Miramar and Destin over the years and Jade East is definitely my favorite. We will definitely return, hopefully sooner than later. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Jade East was a beautiful condo! I arrived at midnight and was exhausted after a long day of travel! Got into a nice, clean, lovely smelling bed, watched a little TV and was off to sleep! The next morning we enjoyed coffee and chitchat on the balcony, while porpoise swam in pods playing in the waves, with the ocean in full view! It was a beautiful day for the beach! Got our chairs from the “hunk” on the beach all set up for us. You’re able to bring a cooler, some music and relax on the beach all day long. Went from the ocean to the pool! We had plenty of room, the management company was spot on when we discovered and issue with the garbage disposal! It was fixed within the hour! All appliances were brand new and clean, I think we were the first ones to stay there after the remodel. It’s beautifully decorated, loved the décor! All in all it’s a beautiful, peaceful, very well maintained beach vacation stay for sure!! Cocktails on the balcony are still calling my name!????

Thank you so much for our recent stay at Jade East. The property was spectacular – so convenient to everything we wanted to do. It was clean at all times, and we were greeted by Ryan who was so friendly and welcoming. Stunning views, the beach was wonderful and having access to chairs and umbrellas was an added bonus. After a long day in the sun, taking a dip in the pool was so refreshing. Unit 1720 was beautiful. Fully furnished with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The furnishings were so updated and the unit itself was well cared for and was designed to give everyone little spaces to gather or get away for moments of reflection. We will most definitely be back to Jade East.
