A fully stocked kitchen for quick snacks or family feasts awaits as well as a full size laundry room. The beautiful color of the walls and the neutral color scheme of the furniture is a perfect complement to the view outside. On the property of Jade East, you will enjoy a resort style pool and hot tub, a fitness center and tennis courts. Jade East is just a short walk to many area attractions and restaurants. And of course, the property sits directly on the beach with complimentary chairs and umbrella in season. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

So nice! We have stayed in a few other places in Destin and this is our new favorite! Room was beautiful and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there are no words for the view! Our only complaint which is very small, is that the couch was not comfortable. If we had more people it would have been a bigger deal. We will book again for sure. Thanks for a great vacation!

From before our arrival until we checked out, everything was just fabulous. We were in town already on business but had toncheck out of the other place at 10:00 a.m. I contacted Newman Dailey, and they were able to have the condo ready for check-in at 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m. They were so accommodating to us. We were very thankful and appreciate them going the extra mile for us. The condo was beautiful having been remodeled recently. All our needs were covered. In addition, we encountered some “tech” issues with the televisions. I contacted Newman Dailey, and within 30 minutes, the tech guy was there solving our issues. I just cannot say enough about the tram at Newman Dailey going the extra mile for us. So, from the Middletons, we thank you so, so much for making our beach stay fabulous. You deserve a big 5 rating. Spectacular property, extremely competent and friendly management. The view is unparalleled. The layout and decor are first rate. Only drawback was the dilapidated sofa. Doesn't sound important, but it is the primary seating. The springs are mostly broken and the fabric worn and frayed. Extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise, I have never seen a better flow to the floor design or stayed in a more secure setting. Highly recommended.
