This condo is perfect! The views could not be more beautiful. Three bedrooms and 3 full baths made getting ready super easy for 5 ladies . The condo had everything you would need available (especially in the kitchen). We also had 2 dedicated beach chairs + umbrella for our entire stay. I highly recommend booking this condo. It is worth every penny!

Very clean facility and condo. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Super easy access to beach/pool. Amazing view of ocean from main bedroom n living area. Great location from restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Not easy to get around due to construction, but hopefully that will finish. Front office super friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed this property so much we extended our stay!

Loved this condo! Spacious enough for our group, beautiful views and comfy beds. Beach service that was included was appreciated and then the guys at Barefoot on the beach just outside the condo were wonderful in getting us all the extra umbrellas we needed. Felt like Jade East had a little trouble keeping the grounds out front clean and clear of trash(just unfortunate). But nonetheless-we had a great stay!

Noticed on Zillow that Jade East 1040 is for sale. Probably a good idea as the whole unit is showing its aged. Trim is pretty beat up and the furniture, especially one swivel rocker, is in very poor shape. Vacation was fine, but I was not impressed overall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jade East 1040. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the spectacular view from the 10th floor. The only down side to the condo were the miniature TVs in the bedrooms. They were no bigger than an IPad. Please replace!!! Overall, great stay!!!!

We had a wonderful vacation at Jade Towers East in Destin! Our condo was clean and updated and a minor maintenance on the clothes dryer was taken care of quickly. The location was perfect because it was close to shopping and great restaurants. We loved the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella because we have had to pay for them at other resorts. Also getting in and out of our condo was easy with codes for security instead of key cards or faubs. The resort grounds were clean and well taken care of also. Our family will definitely stay at Jade East Towers again! And everyone we dealt with at Newman Daily were helpful and friendly!

We stayed at Jade East. I actually won the 2 night stay vacation from Newman Dailey and we added a few days. Condo was very nicely furnished and comfortable. This was the first time we have actually stayed on the beach, loved that !!! Only complaint, there was construction on the condo above us and it did get noisey at times but we understand upkeep has to be done at some point.The staff was so nice, couldn't ask for a nicer group of people. Thanks Karen, Kate and Jessica ! We would come back for sure.

Enjoyed the stay and the room! Only problem we had was the check in. We did not get a gate code number when booking to get in and had to go to the Newman-Dailey Office to get the gate combination. It would be easier if the code would have been given to us during booking on line. Other than that everything was great! Nice condo in a great location being in the center of everything! Employees were very pleasent!

Overall the vacation was great. Minor issues with the sink needing repaired (which was fixed right away)... The fan in the kids room stuck on high the entire time... and the water being lukewarm in some of the rooms... The overall place was great for an away from home vacation stay. Hopefully those items are fixed before the next persons stay...

Great time of year to travel to Destin. It isn’t crowded and the beaches are beautiful. This condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had plenty of room for everyone. We loved it so much we had a hard time packing up and leaving!
We had an amazing time. This condo is just fabulous! It is updated and very well maintained. Everyone said the beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of room. The views of the beach were amazing. The kids enjoyed the pool and of course I enjoyed the beach!
Serene and relaxing atmosphere. This condo definitely has it all. Updated throughout. Kitchen was well stocked. The views were amazing. Thanks for a great time!
