Beautiful Views!

Jade East 550. It was beautifully appointed with all the bells and whistles you could want on a vacation stay… comforts of home in all the details! All the beds and sofas were super comfy, perfect for relaxing and having a glass of wine and catching up with an old Friends. Which was even better, because we couldn’t get ourselves to leave-the views were just so so spot on gorgeous. There is something good for the soul about watching the ocean roll in on such a pretty beach. Can’t wait to return, it was a fun weekend in a very well maintained, beautifully decorated and peaceful environment. Thank you for that!!

Great Destin Vacation!

Pros: Wonderful views! Beautiful beach! Listing was clean and had plenty of games for the kids. Place is well kept and always smells clean. Cons: You have to have wristbands to access the beach or the pool and ours weren't in the welcome packet. We had to wait till they could bring them to our room. Beach service is only till 5pm each day and get get two chairs and an umbrella with your room. However, Trey at the beach service hut said the only way to ensure you get a spot is by paying extra to book multiple days. Randy the ground keeper? Is extremely serious and a little rude to guests. Also it is listed in the description but you only get a roll of paper towels and two toilet papers per bathroom, we stayed for four nights and it wasn't enough for our family.

We loved our stay , April 15-22 and would love to come back more often if we could. The sand and water are incredible, the views from our condo were amazing. We had plenty of space, enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the condo and dinners at the restaurants. It helped having a washer /dryer (glad I asked as it wasn’t mention in specs I believe ) . The beach service worth chairs and umbrellas was a plus and Tray and his group were so wonderful. Destin truly is a beautiful place and we can’t wait to come back again! Next time I will do it through Newman Dailey and not VRBO. Thank you, Denise Moyer & family

Gorgeous seaside

Our family of 4 enjoyed this gorgeous seaside condo immensely. It was perfectly situated close to the beach - very easy access to pool and beach directly from the tower elevator. Spotlessly clean, airy and bright with beautiful views. Only thing to keep in mind is there are no provisions, so expect to bring basics - extra paper products, salt and pepper, cooking basics, beach towels, etc. Management company was responsive and very accommodating. We loved our stay and would love to come back.

Great Condo and Property

Although the weather didn’t cooperate for our beach trip, the condo was great! Loved the lay-out and had plenty of room for 6 of us. Property itself was very nice and it was awesome being right on the beach. We had one maintenance issue with a toilet, and never have we had maintenance at a property respond as quickly as they did at Jade East. The gentleman was there with 5-8 minutes and had it fixed in just a bit. The maintenance person at the pool was incredible. He was so meticulous about his job and was very friendly and pleasant! The pool and hot tub area was very nice! We will definitely stay here again. One small detail is that there were only 2 dish rags and no dish towels in the condo. It would definitely be nice to have more. A minor detail that obviously wouldn’t keep us from staying there again.

This condo is truly amazing, from the views to the cleanliness. The unit is on the south west corner of of the building allowing for spectacular sunsets. The floor plan allows for multiple families to feel like they have there own space. The pool, hot tub, and bbq area are top notch as well. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect escape from reality.

Perfect escape from reality. The fifth floor view is breathtaking - high enough to see over the palm trees, but low enough to take in the panoramic view in high definition. Early morning coffee on the large balcony, with views of dolphins jumping in the crystal clear water just might be my favorite part. Beautifully appointed accommodations with plenty of room to spread out. The beach feels more secluded than most spots along the stretch, so there’s no concerns about safety. The unit was spotless. This is the only place we will stay in Destin.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation! This condo has everything you could want and/or need for a stay at the beach! 3 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, fantastic views, large balcony overlooking the Gulf and the swimming pool, beautiful relaxing décor, the most comfortable sofa, spacious kitchen with all the appliances/extras you need, and a spacious pantry to hold all your vacation goodies. The beds were very comfortable. Something we really enjoyed but never knew we needed were the ceiling fan remote controls! The washer/dryer made it possible to wash clothes while we were there so that I didn’t get home from vacation with a pile of laundry. The swimming pool is spacious with in-pool benches that allow you to sit and relax in the water comfortably. The hot tub is large and gets very warm, very quickly! The boardwalk to the beach has a gate that requires your access code so that only those who should be on the property are on the property. The young men who setup the private beach chairs and umbrellas are very helpful and friendly. There is a gym on site that looked well equipped and spacious. We walked off the property to some souvenir shops and for ice cream, which was very easy. This condo is walking distance to a lot of businesses. Parking was ample with no issues. The check-in process was so simple and the rental company was extremely friendly, allowing us to use the pool and private beach prior to our check-in time. I cannot wait to return to this condo! I would recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful property. Directions for check-in, access, check-out, were all clear and easy to follow. Listing was accurate, our views and amenities were beautiful. The facility was easy to navigate and not overly-crowded. The unit was well-organized, clean, and nicely appointed. Communication from the property manager was excellent and consistent. It was different for me to not have a front desk or check-in area. It would have been beneficial on two occasions: once when our designated parking spot was taken, and another when I had to report a persistent violation occurring on the beach, but the property managers were helpful in resolving both issues for me by phone. I would certainly book with them again. Thank you, Newman-Dailey, for making our family vacay easy and incredibly memorable!

This is our first time staying at Jade East in Destin, FL. From check-in to departure our every need and want was met! We had an excellence experience. The facility was clean and updated. The condo was spacious, clean, and accommodated our family nicely. The three bedroom three bath condo lended a beach vibe that was appealing to our likes. The condo had plenty of extra pillows, blankets and anything you could need to cook up a fest in the kitchen. The BEST part was the amazing views from everywhere in the condo! With small kiddos it was nice to get to watch the sunset and rise from the comfort of the couch or on the balcony with a cup of coffee! The pool was heated making our winter visit feel more like a summer visit! There are tons of activities close by such as putt putt golf, arcades, bike rentals, state parks, and much more! Walmart and Target were right up the street which made getting a few necessary items easy and quick! We ate at a few restaurants with outdoor and indoor seating that were delicious! I can not say enough great things about our stay here. We stayed in condo 550. The fifth floor was perfect for our little ones, making our small walk to the beach easy. The condo was an end unit which made the views even better!!! Lots of natural light and nothing but beach everywhere you look. Highly highly recommend! We will be back!

Wonderful Beachfront Condo!

We stayed at Jade East Condo # 550 and it was perfect! It was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the decor was beautiful. They have TV's in every room. The balcony is a perfect spot that overlooks the beach and the pool. The beach service was so accommodating I had knee replacement 8 weeks ago so I couldn't walk in the sand so they picked me up from the boardwalk with a golf cart and brought me to my chair and when I was ready they came back and picked me up they were amazing. The pool was so beautiful and refreshing. We had a perfect get away at Condo # 550 and looking forward to returning again.

Wonderful Girls Vacation

I stayed here for the most amazing girls trip. This condo was beautiful and had every amenity we needed. Everything looks brand new and was impeccably clean! The beds were very comfortable and the balcony is the perfect place to drink coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The views are incredible! Great beach condo

We stayed for at week in April 2019. Nice location! Close to everything.The views were great and access to the pool and beach were easy. Unfortunately we had lousy weather. Very cool and rainy week. I always get in the ocean and pool, but it didn’t happen this year. The actual Condo was nice, but felt smaller than the pictures looked. The master bath was nice but the other bathrooms need refurbished. Rusty tub and old fixtures. The 2 queen beds in the one bedroom should be replaced. The other bed were comfortable Couches in living room were not that comfortable but a couple of the chairs in bedrooms were fine. I’m in my upper 50’s and comfort is important at this stage in the game! ?? One day when it was rainy everyone in Destin decided to go to the mall. That was the only day the traffic was super bad. Overall it was a nice rental, but needs some updates.

The condo was immaculate. The decor engendered ocean calmness. The view of the ocean spectacular. The sand was white and hearing waves throughout the condo was incredibly relaxing. And the management was responsive and took care of all our needs. Great condo. Highly recommend it! Each of the three bedrooms had their own privacy which was nice. There was plenty to explore each day. The restaurants were delicious.

Great vacation

Stayed in unit 0550. The condo was amazing! The decor was beautiful and had a very peaceful and beach living feel. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats and the people. The rooms were good sized as were the bath rooms. The kitchen was well appointed. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Memorial Weekend Stay!

Unit 550 was just perfect. The views from the living area are just beautiful all day long. The kitchen was well equipped and all of the bedrooms were furnished nicely and very clean. This was definitely our favorite unit to rent at Jade East so far. The pool area was also very nice and well maintained and the beach service was great. This is our favorite place to stay in Destin. Newman-Dailey has made the rental process so easy and checking in late was not a problem at all. Our grandkids were very excited to see a Dunkin Doughnuts on the highway right before the turn in to Jade East.

Great View!!

We had a wonderful time in Destin. The condo is amazing and had everything we needed. The view is breathtaking the moment you step in the walkway. There is plenty of space for large families. The kitchen was fully supplied and had beautiful dishes for serving and dinner. Each bedroom is quietly tucked away from each other so privacy was a great perk. Master bath was large and had a huge walk-in closet. The only downfall we had was on the last evening our wooden bed frame in the master bedroom broke. The maintenance team showed up to try to repair it but wasn't able to get the parts until the next day. We checked out the next morning so it wasn't a big deal to put the mattress on the floor for one night. Overall this is a great condo and we will definitely consider renting again when we return to Destin.

Perfect for our family

This was our first time in Destin and the Jade East condo was perfect for our family. Each room had a bathroom which was super convenient. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit too so that we wash our towels and didn't have to bring so many clothes. The view from the living room was incredible and we loved sitting on the balcony looking over the ocean. The beach and pool were clean and not over crowded. Everyone was so friendly and the property was well maintained. I'm already thinking about a girls trip to Destin and when we visit again, we will be staying at Jade East!

This was our fourth time at Jade East, we like the rooms on the west side because it has the windows that look west from living room. We love the three bedrooms with the three bathrooms, they really help with our family needs. The beach is not overcrowded, the chairs are set in u pattern to let everyone have a view of the ocean from there chairs with the umbrella. Our family likes being able to have breakfast and lunch on the balcony . We try to avoid going out at night to eat, because it is crowded and hard to get seating for a group of eight, so we walk down to the Backporch at lunch( they allow swimsuits) and there is no crowd.This our first time renting a condo through Newman Dailey, they were very helpful and kept us informed, very easy to check in and out. We had on problems with this condo or the other two we have stayed at. Thank you Newman Dailey.

The check-in and out process was very smooth, which is an advantage of the pre-pay. The keyless option worked well making it easy to go to/from beach or anywhere else for that matter. The chairs and umbrella that were included made the time at the beach more comfortable. The maintenance staff responded relatively quickly to the plumbing issue in the kitchen.

I miss the view!

Great condo. The view outside the master bedroom window alone is worth the price of admission. This was one of those times where the online pictures really undersell how great this condo is. The only real qualm we had and this is really not Jade East's fault, is that traffic is really bad in the summer right outside the front entrance. It takes a while to get out!

Wonderful condo!

The condo was fabulous! Beautiful view and very spacious! Loved having a grocery store practically across the street and we felt like we were in the middle of everything. The dishes in the cupboard weren't all clean, but we have learned over the years to wash the dishes before we use them in any condo. The utensils were cheap...broke the spatula flipping a burger. But other than that, very well stocked. The only bad thing about the condo was being only on the 5th floor, the teenagers would get in the hot tub late at night and you could hear everything they said and all the giggling as clear as day, even with all the doors closed! We also wished there was a volleyball net on the beach for the condo. We used the one next door, but it was hard always being used. Other than those little things...it was an awesome condo in a great location!

My children and I thoroughly enjoyed the Jade East 550 condo! We had plenty enough room and the room was situated in the perfect spot for viewing the beach and pool. We enjoyed the ease and access to the beach and pool. The condo was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we needed for our week's stay. I was extremely impressed with the service from Newman-Daily. Last year we stayed at the Jade East, a different condo, but the facility was managed by some else. The service was good, except that we had no check in at the Jade East location. I am so glad we have the office now at Jade East. There were no problems with check in or check out. We love staying here and I am reserving this same condo for next year!

Jade East was a great place to stay!

Unit 550 in Jade East was beautiful. The view overlooking the beach was great! The unit had everything and it was clean. My family was very pleased! The condo has the closest access to the beach that we had seen in a long time even when you compare it to more expensive places. Destin has grown so much over the years so you have to put up with some traffic but you just stay on the beach!!

We had a wonderful time in Destin at Jade East. The condo was very comfortable and accommodated us well. This time of year the beach is not crowded and it was still fairly warm so the kids could enjoy the beach and the pool. The water park was closed, but the track was open and the kids had a blast there. We also loved the dolphin cruise.

Great beachfront condo

This is a wonderful place to stay in Destin. It is great for kids and adults. There is plenty of entertainment close by for the kids and in the evenings there were local hot spots to go to. We were able to hire a babysitting service one night so the wife and I could spend a night together without the kids around. The condo provided us a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay.

We have stayed at Jade East for 2 years now and really love it! The staff is great and so helpful and nice! Thank you to Jessica and Landra for your help and being so nice! You girls are wonderful! We have stayed in more than one unit here and have seen quite a few and they all are very nice and spacious-the staff keeps everything so clean and maintained. We had friends visit when we were staying there and now they want to stay there. We have stayed other places and continue to stay at Jade East. See you next year!
