The purity of the white sand below is complemented by a refreshed interior boasting modern shades of white and grey with new furnishings, fixtures and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Between the sound of the waves and the tranquil ambiance, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into a spa! In fact, the primary bedroom features a giant fully renovated luxury bathroom, balcony access and spectacular beach views- no need to leave to get that pampered feeling!

The necessities of home are also available in this beachfront condo. A fully outfitted and updated kitchen, a full-size laundry room and dedicated parking are among the amenities. Plus, gated entry, high-speed elevators, deeded beach access, tennis and pickle ball courts, a fitness center, barbecue areas and a beachside pool deck make Jade East 430 your dream “home”. The location is also a guest favorite. Big Kahuna’s Waterpark, dozens of restaurants, golf courses and Harbor Walk Village are all very close by.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

The kitchen was well stocked with with quality appliances and utensils. The heated pool, hot tub, outdoor grill, and work out room were in good shape. Staff kept the whole condominium area very clean. Newman Dailey was great to work with and responded to our emails and calls promptly. We will be back!
