from the moment you walk in everything was amazing.
From the condo being super clean to the amazing view. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. The chair rental was easy to use on the beach and there was a small tiki bar a short walk away to go have some lunch. This was our first time in Destin and definitely will book another stay here. Loved that everything was key code to get in so you felt no random person could come in. The staff was amazing at helping out with getting more bracelets and recommending places to eat.

this was the best condo we have visited in over 5 years of vacationing in destin.
The CONDO was impeccably cleaned and new furnishings. The host was outstanding, and we absolutely loved the location. I highly recommend this property.

this is our second time staying in this condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip!
Once again the unit was in immaculate shape and still appears new. The owners have done a wonderful job with decorating the unit and the views were absolutely amazing! One of the highlights of our trip was seeing several dolphins while sitting on the balcony. We hope to stay at this condo again sometime in the future.

the best condo!
This was the best CONDO we have visited in over 5 years of vacationing in Destin. The CONDO was impeccably cleaned and new furnishings. The host was outstanding, and we absolutely loved the location. I highly recommend this property.

We had a nice stay at the condo. Communication prior and during our stay was top notch. Access codes, entry, and parking were easy. The location was central to many restaurants/activities. Overall the condo was updated/modern and matched the pictures. It also had a nice layout for a family with plenty of room, with bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo. The kitchen was well stocked on appliances/utensils etc, towels/laundry were plentiful. Being on the 4th floor made it easy to get up/down to the main floor/beach. View from balcony was great. Inclusion of the 2 chairs/Umbrella service on the beach was a big plus, as that is an added expense. Pretty central location for exploring, with many activities/restaurants close by (some walking), as well as a few walking options on the beach. Pool/hot tub were nice but could get crowded. Nice gas grills provided.

excellent stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was immaculate and so beautiful. The decor was lovely and the view was breathtaking. I enjoyed waking up from the master bedroom with a view of the sea. We felt right at home The hosts thought of everything from extra blankets to laundry detergent pods.

The condo itself was very clean & had plenty of kitchen equipment. Great view of the Gulf & the free beach service was a major plus! Nice pool & hot tub too. 10/10!

the property was beautiful and had the most amazing views!
We greatly enjoyed our week staying at Jade East Unit 430! The views were absolutely amazing!! The condo was beautifully decorated and had extremely comfortable furniture. The kitchen was completely stocked with modern appliances and basically everything you need to make you feel at home. It was the best condo we have ever stayed in and will most definitely book this unit again.

amazing property, all the upgrades were perfect.
The owners thought of every detail. My family and I will definitely make staying in this condo a tradition. I would give ten stars if I could! I felt like I was at home with all the amenities. Destin has always been my favorite beach of all time now, we gave our favorite condo!

this condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable.
The kitchen was well stocked with with quality appliances and utensils. The heated pool, hot tub, outdoor grill, and work out room were in good shape. Staff kept the whole condominium area very clean. Newman Dailey was great to work with and responded to our emails and calls promptly. We will be back!

the condo unit 430 was one of the nicest condos at jade east we’ve ever stayed in.
It was very clean, updated nicely and made for an enjoyable stay. Also, Trey was great in setting up our beach chairs and umbrella, super nice guy.

Great place, only issue we had was the slider door fell over but luckily we caught it and it didn't break. Maintenance came and put it back in tracks within minutes of us reporting it. Very responsive.
