my mother-n-law said it was her favorite place we have taken her to, to-date
She like the view and bathroom! The place was clean and this is the first time I haven't heard my Mother-n-law say something was dirty, the master bedroom over looked the Gulf and the 2nd master had a view of the parking lot allowing us to watch the family play pickelball.

fantastic condo on beautiful emerald coast!

this was a last minute trip that was ultimately our favorite trip ever.
The condo was clean and spacious for our family of 5, the location was absolutely perfect, communication with the property manager was top notch, and the only regret we have is not staying longer. Cant wait to return!!

Your Unit is Pretty much perfect! I was on a much needed vaca with my 5 Sisters! The Unit was very clean & great working condition ! I can’t say enough about the well oiled Newman Daily Efficiency!

amazing views!
Great view of the Gulf from the 4th floor. Enjoyed using the pool, hot tub and beach throughout the week. Very close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Being across the street from Starbucks was an added bonus!

fantastic stay!
Let me start by saying that the view from this unit was BEAUTIFUL. We were a family of 8 traveling and this space was spacious enough so that we all had the privacy that we desired. The space was very clean and our early arrival was accommodated with no issues at all. The patio furniture was a bit dated. Other than this, everything else was nice! I had no complaints here. Newman-Dailey was responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again!

wonderful stay on the beach in destin, fl
My wife and I enjoyed a week-long stay at this condo in December 2022. The condo is ocean front, with a nice balcony overlooking the beach and gulf. This was quiet season, so we felt like we were the only one's there. Condo is clean, beds are comfortable, wifi works fine for work and streaming entertainment. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware. The only thing it could use would be a better selection of knives. There are only a few in the drawer. Other than that, it is very well stocked for cooking your meals. We will definitely plan on returning some day.

Place was fine. On the beach. Walk down to beach was very close. The balcony could use some more furniture. It holds 8 people but there is not enough out on balcony to seat 8 people. Condo is pretty quiet. Close to everything. Master bed is very very comfortable. Plenty of space for 8 people. The only thing we did not like is the seating at the beach. You can not put your own chairs and umbrellas out unless it is way in the back of their chairs. 2 chairs and umbrella were around 40$ for each day. Parking is a bit of an issue. You have a numbered parking spot that is yours, but then the unnumbered ones are a free for all. So hunting a space was a big issue daily, if you leave the complex. We had 4 cars(everyone came at different times), 2 of our cars got tagged for parking. They were gracious enough to give us another parking tag, however, but we still had one car we had to worry about daily, if we left the complex. Elevators worked great, no problems. Checking in and out was a breeze.

wonderful time
We had a wonderful time here. Amazing panoramic views from this condo that you can’t get from any condo since this was a corner unit. Very clean. Amazing communication. Building even has carts to take luggage up through elevator easily. Clean pool and central location to everything. My family loved our stay here.
