Nice size kitchen and shared space. The bedrooms were all comfortable. Beach was close to house. Community pool was 2 houses away. Restaurants, shopping was close as well.

enjoyed this beach house in destin for three years, and we will be back!
The location is perfect-we loaded up our beach cart and walked the 5-10 minutes to Crystal Shores every day. In the afternoons we enjoyed the community pool or shopped at nearby Destin Commons. The house is comfortable and just the right space for all of us. We enjoyed cooking and eating together as well as visiting our favorite restaurants without a heavy traffic drive. Very refreshing and lovely stay. And we plan to continue our tradition!

Walking distance to local spot for breakfast/lunch/hot chocolate and afternoon entertainment at Camille’s on the corner; one lot between this home and great pool! But we won’t go back during Spring Break due to noisy neighbors.

Plenty of sleeping areas, bathrooms, well supplied kitchen. Close to private pool, walk to ocean. Area is golfcart friendly.coffee shop and restaurant on ocean.lovely home.parking for four vehicles plus we squeezed in a golfcart!

what a great location right by the community swimming pool and a short walk to the beach.
The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning drinking our coffee and then sitting on the porch in the evening enjoying a cocktail. The only drawback is the driveway, they give you 4 parking passes but the driveway is just big enough for 2 vehicles. There’s a delicious sushi bar and restaurant within walking distance. My family is already talking about another trip to Destin and we would definitely stay here again.

It had to be you was the perfect place for us! It fit our seven adult party nicely. It never felt cramped or crowded. The walk to the pool and beach was so fast! Especially for those who have difficulties walking longer distances. We can’t wait to come back and stay in the same house or neighborhood.

The house was nice & it was clean. Loved the location to the beach. It would have been nice to have a decent broom/dust pan to sweep up the sand in the house & have rugs by the doors also. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

The house was beautiful and in one of the cutest, most peaceful neighborhoods at Crystal Beach. Close to everything! The grill wouldn’t work for us, & the beds were a tad hard but overall it was an amazing home in the best part of Destin! We can’t wait till next time!

We liked our location of the house. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of linens.. I was very disappointed that the community pool was not heated and I was not able to heat it thru your office. I was told the carpet was going to be replaced since it was pretty dirty. All in all I would rate it a 3.5

Our rental experience once again after so many years was great, from their ordering a crib (set up in requested room) and high chair to having someone come and fix the chirping smoke alarm. The house has a near-perfect location in proximity to great places to eat and shop and within walking distance of so many things, including Camille’s for great coffee, food and entertainment. We love the sidewalks throughout the area. Mere minutes to the beach and tons of places to eat. Thanks again.

For a family of 10 with teenagers and small children, this was the perfect location with tons of room for everyone to have privacy and a spacious room for us to all come together. Very short walk to the beach came as an added plus for quick trips for lunch at our beautiful home away from home.

We loved the house. The property manager was great. The grill that was at the house was falling apart and they brought a brand new one the next morning. The walk to the beach was very short. Only issue and it's a small one is that the pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures but it was still a very nice and clean pool area.

great family trip
We had a really good time here with our family. This was our first AirBnB experience so I was not sure what to expect. It worked well for us so that the grandparents could have the lower bedroom and we could take over the second floor. There was a maintenance issue but communication about it was prompt and professional. The location is a fabulously easy walk to the beach and has a really nice backyard to relax in.

spacious and great location
We are frequent visitors to Destin and crystal beach area. First time staying at this property, and location was superb! Less than 100 steps to the water! And 50 steps to Camilles which is everything you are looking forward in a restaurant! We had a house full of 10 guests -Rooms were large and spacious! Property was clean, and kept no smells and everything needed worked! We did enjoy the rather unique photo findings through out the house if you like Tom Selleck this place is for you! We recommend this property!
