The four carefully appointed bedrooms and open gathering spaces of Villa 47 look out over the sparkling Hidden Dunes lake and fountain. The green lawn and wildlife make a relaxing backdrop for a sunset soirée on the furnished and screened-in balcony. In fact, this Destin vacation rental is perfectly set up for lounging with ease. Extras include a modern kitchen with a separate ice maker, a wine refrigerator adjacent to the living room and dining for 10. Moreover, perks like the luxury bathroom in the Primary suite, cool wooden-plank floors and an airy, beach chic decor add to the coastal charm of Villa 47.
The location of Villa 47 also keeps guests happy. Its on the southern end of Hidden Dunes which means that the Gulf of Mexico is just a few minutes' walk away. Plus, just beyond the entry gates to the north sits Silver Sands Factory Stores, multiple golf courses and a fantastic array of award-winning restaurants.
Villa 47 also has one of the best locations in all of Hidden Dunes! It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach but still nearby to one of Hidden Dunes pool decks. Onsite amenities also include an award winning tennis center, children's playground and a basketball court. Plus, Silver Sands Factory Stores, several golf courses, grocery stores and dozens of restaurants are right outside Hidden Dunes gates.
Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.
We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
