Apart from a fantastic location in the center of Hidden Dunes, Villa 21 has recently undergone intensive upgrades from floor to ceiling- with beautiful wooden floors throughout, a gourmet kitchen featuring a gas range, an ice maker, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus upgraded bath vanities and showers throughout. The entire unit has been tastefully decorated with neutral hues and hints of blue.
The Primary Suite features a sitting area as well as a luxury bathroom boasting a soaking tub and a separate shower with dual shower heads. There’s even a laundry center in the unit with full sized appliances for your convenience. Deeded beach access is just a short walk away, a professional tennis center and courts are right on site, several pool decks provide a variety of options, basketball and horseshoe courts are available and all of this is spread across the lush acreage of Hidden Dunes. As if Hidden Dunes wasn’t already fantastic, its location is practically across the street from Silver Sands Premium Outlets and convenient to area restaurants and attractions. Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

Two spaces are at the Villa, 1 is overflow.
Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.
We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
