Moreover, the Primary Suite features a luxury bathroom with an over sized Jacuzzi bathtub, double vanities and a walk-in shower that boasts two shower heads- an ideal setup after a sandy day at the beach! The caring owner of Villa 20 has infused this beach vacation rental with such positive vibes that it's absolutely contagious! Extras like a porch swing which overlooks the sparkling pool as it sways slowly in the breeze. Villa 20 has an excellent location overlooking one of Hidden Dunes pool and spa decks but it’s also close to several other fantastic amenities. A basketball court and a horseshoe court are just a few steps away to the east. At the end of the main road to the south lies the beautiful beaches of the Gulf just a short walk away- no crossing busy streets or fighting for parking! Finally, the tennis center known for its professional quality and clay courts resides in the northern end of Hidden Dunes. There’s so much to do inside this gated beach community and yet just outside the gates there’s endless possibilities for entertainment including everything from championship Golf Courses to high-end outdoor malls.

Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

Two spaces are at the Villa, 1 is overflow.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

hidden dunes villa 20 is a wonderful place to stay.

Inside was comfortable and had all amenities needed. Loved that with the welcome bag that had small size detergent, dish detergent and dishwasher pods- included a sponge for dishes. This unit was very conventiently located to a nice pool and hot tub. The property had everything needed for our week long stay.

the property had everything we needed, so we rarely left hidden dunes

We stayed in downstairs and 2nd floor Villa's 20 and 21. They were perfect for our 2 family party of 13. The villas were perfectly located -- we looked out at the pool, from our screened patio. We could calk to the private beach in less than 3 minutes! Basketball goals were 100 feet away. We could either walk or drive to the tennis/pickleball courts. Villas were up-to-date and spacious, making us truly feel right at home. The grandkids loved eating at their own tables out on the patio. We will definately return (to these villas)!

10/10 vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay immensely! Not only is the private community serene and welcoming, but the house was top tier…clean, comfortable, spacious, and in a prime location with a beautiful wrap around back porch leading to the pool! The hosts were friendly and informative, providing us with a welcome packet and access to a guest portal packed with local recommendations and even discounts and free tickets to various attractions and activities. Highly recommend staying here 10/10, we’d definitely love to come back!
