beautiful vacation!
The beach was beautiful. The sand was soft, white and did not get hot. . Walking to the water was comfortable. The water was so clear you could see your toes! It was not deep, I could easily walk out to the sandbar. We met our family and friends there all 28 of us! Made so many memories with out children and grandchildren. Never going to Outer Banks again. Destin is our vacation spot now! ??

very clean & welcoming
My husband and I like to walk the beach every day..5 miles. The beaches are so beautiful and very little shells ..so great on the feet. Even with the crowds of March Break it did not get rowdy or out of hand. It really seemed to be more family oriented than multitudes of students drinking and hanging out. The Pickle Ball and tennis courts were almost always available…except early morning. Our grandsons loved the basketball court and were thrilled that it was lit and stayed open until 10. It is a very nice place to stay and would recommend it.

perfect!
Our stay at cottage 224 was perfect. The cottage was just as pictured and had everything we needed.
I have been coming to Hidden Dunes for 20+ years and the Newman Dailey folks always take good care of me.
We were able to stay for 2 weeks, played tennis or joined tennis clinics almost every day.
Rhett, Lizzy and Brenda at the tennis center are great and work hard to give everyone the very best tennis experience.

We enjoyed the beach cottage! It had everything we needed. It’s in a perfect location near many grocery stores, shopping and other entertainment places. Our reservation included an umbrella and two chairs for the beach which was such a godsend!! My mom is still raving about her birthday trip!

Our first vacation in two years. We had a wonderful time! Great food and time with our family. We had wonderful weather. We will definitely be returning. Enjoyed celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary too!

loved our time!
Once again, we have loved our time at Hidden Dune! We took as many as 4 trips to the beach each day and got plenty of steps in. Cottage 224 is beautifully renovated and well appointed. We will definitely be back!

cottage is lovely
We came for a much needed vacation and to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary. We loved the location in Miramar Beach-close enough to the Destin attractions, but not too close. It was very peaceful and restful. The cottage is lovely and we felt right at home. Hidden Dunes is a very nice property, loved the easy access to the beach. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to visit the area.

Our stay here was nothing but amazing. The home was beautiful and amazing. It felt like home, we enjoyed every moment. so sad to leave
We leave tomorrow and are sad to go! This cottage was wonderful. I'm so glad we chose this vs a huge high rise or huge resort. It's quiet and peaceful. The cottage was the perfect size for me and my 2 sons. Plenty of space. Having the luxury of a private beach & the umbrella& chairs included was wonderful! The kids have already asked if we can do this every summer! I will definitely come back, had the best vacation here!

Reservations assistance on short notice was exceptional (Ryan Coletta). Mostly quiet location. Shuttle to the beach is good due to the distance. The office was supportive to store cold goods and personal items during a relocation (move required due to individual requested extended stay).

Great location! This was the second time at this complex. The unit was quiet and nicely decorated. We were a short walk from the larger pool, which was rarely crowded. There was usually parking close to the beach entrance so it was easy carrying all of our beach gear. Overall a great place to stay. We'd book there again in a heartbeat!

My entire family....usually 20+, absolutely LOVE Hidden Dunes! We've been going there for years! It's the Best! Even my college age grandchildren make sure they go there...even for a few days! Cottage 224 was great and had everything we were looking for!

comfortable condo
Loved the shady, private trails around the complex and the pools. The complex was very quiet but the upstairs neighbors were stomping around at night. The condo decor was dated but comfortable. The beach was a 10 minute walk away but there are shuttles available. Good value for last minute vacation.

just what we wanted

relaxing! well, as much as my 4 kids would allow me to relax!
This cottage is perfectly laid out and spacious. The 1 entire livingroom wall being mirrors opens up what otherwise could have been a cramped feeling room and made it much brighter and roomier feeling.
The big kitchen gave me the elbow room I needed to cook what meals we ate in house even with my 4 kids trying to run underfoot.
The kids were over the moon at the huge size of the bath tubs and once they got in for bath time they didn't want to get out.
The pool was conveniently located and wonderful. The water temp was perfect. We're all blondes but we never ended up with green hair. Kudos to whomever takes care of the pool chemicals. They know what they are doing!
The beach is immaculate and chair services are set out precisely on time, punctuality is obviously important to the staff and that's a good thing too because it's also important to me. Beach staff was gracious and curteous, and seemed to actually be pleased with their jobs instead of being the kind of people who are just trying to get through their work day. They were eager to help and gave insightful answers to all our questions.
The amenities package was to die for according to my husband. He got to play golf every day, his one and only wish to accomplish on this trip. Of course the amenities packages were beneficial to the whole family with free unlimited DVD rentals, 1 free adult admission per day of stay at Big Kahunas, 1 free adult admission for each day of stay on dolphin tours which were very pleasant. There were other places we got discounts or free admissions to as well. It really added to what we got to experience while there.
In short, we adore coming to Destin, and having found Hidden Dunes has just helped us plan bigger and better vacations to do all the things we love.
We couldn't be more please.
Our family looks forward to staying with Hidden Dunes again.

This was a wonderful vacation for us! We have 4 kids, ages 14,9,7,& 2 and everybody had a great time. The amenities package included so many nice things and was well thought out & generous! The decor in the unit does indeed encourage relaxation. In a word, perfect!! Thank You!

Our family had a wonderful time in Cottage 224! We really needed to get away & relax. The cottage has such a peaceful atmosphere. We will have to come back soon! Everything we needed was close by. relaxation!
We had a great time in Cottage 224! The theme of relaxation certainly worked for our family.We would come back from a morning at the beach and debate over going out to do more or to simply stay on the back porch listening to music! We really enjoyed the short distance to the beach and took advantage of the shuttle service run by Mr. Kelly. Even he reinforced the ideals of relaxation, naming three rules for his passengers. The third and most important rule being "This is your vacation and you're going to have fun! Thank you so much for providing this lovely environment to relax and have fun!
