property was great. close to beach, nice pool and loved the screened in patio.
Had a great time. Only thing I would change is to provide more cleaning supplies and at least some basic cooking items such as salt and pepper. I don't understand why you skip on Laundry detergent and dish detergent and toilet paper. People that fly there are not going to buy those items because they don't want to pack them to take home. Plus you think you would want the guests to take care of the property.

The condo was bigger than we expected - definitely not one of those tight rental places. Beds were comfortable. It's much easier to stay here than SanDestin - we'd rather come back here.

excellent beach
First time to Destin and it didn’t disappoint. The rental was very clean and checkin and checkout were easy. Only complaint is that the rental was ready an hour before checkin, but were not able to have early access. Rental property contacted me shortly after our arrival to see if everything was ok. This rental location is at the very front entrance and the beach was at the far back, so it was a little hike with all the beach gear. Would definitely go back again.

our first beach vacation
This was our first trip with our boys to the beach and we absolutely loved our condo! It was spacious and clean. Everything worked, including the A/C, and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking as we ate in for the majority of our meals. We would definitely stay there again!

had a fantastic vacation here.
Had a fantastic vacation here. Could not have asked for better accommodations and services. The free activities were awesome. Of course the only complaint is that it went by too quickly. The tennis courts were fantastic and great location but was unaware that it was a charge to use them. No where on the site did it say. House accommodations were excellent. Very clean. Some appliances were missing pieces. But overall really would come back and recommend to others! Thx

exactly what we were looking for
My husband and I took our 2 girls, (2 and 4 years old) along with one set of grandparents. We stayed in the Hidden Dunes Cottage 126. This condominium fit all my criteria for this trip, it slept 6 comfortably, it had a private beach that included a set of chairs and umbrella and it had a nice pool. The beach was easy to get to both by walking, or taking the free tram that was offered. It was not important for me that the condo be on the beach, but I did want it to be easy to get to, I didn't want to have to walk across a busy street with grandparents and 2 children, so the ease of getting to the beach was a big plus. The pool is very close to the condo, which was also nice. As pictured, the tennis courts are about a 5 to 6 step walk from the back porch, however, it was never a nuisance, in fact we only saw people play on that particular court once the entire trip. The condo itself was clean and comfortable and had everything that one would need.

Tennis center folks were very welcoming and the facility and grounds were excellent. The unit I stayed in was kind of worn but ok. The problem I had was finding huge roaches dead in the floor and at least one I killed myself. I was very concerned about bringing them home. I like the location of this unit but would not stay in it again. If you want satisfactory reviews, the owner needs to do some work. I have stayed at Hidden Dunes several times and never had this problem. Always the cottages were attractive and never a problem with bugs. I am not sure I would come back. I sent you the rating sheet by mail after I got home and raised these issues in it.

escape from wisconsin - our 2013 hidden dunes stay
The place was very clean, with plenty of room for the four of us. The eat-in kitchen was very convenient and the washer and dryer in the unit is a huge plus. No issues with plumbing, water pressure, toilets, air conditioning, water heater, kitchen appliances, etc. (One exception was the WiFi reception which was hideous.)
The beach was very accessible, the "umbrella crews" on beach were very helpful, and the shuttle cart service on the grounds was always there when we needed it.
If we stayed there again, the only thing I would change is the location of our condo - unit 126 borders the tennis courts which resulted in heavy foot traffic past our screened in porch. Not a big deal since we didn't spend that much time in the condo.

take a step into paradise!
Take a step into paradise when you stay at Hidden Dunes! It is away from the crowds that downtown has to offer but still close to all the shopping and entertainment you need! We loved the extra amenities that came with the reservation! The condo was comfortable, clean, and allowed us to have a truly relaxing vacation.

The beach was clean and relaxing, lodging was attractive and comfortable and the pool nearest our condo was so restful I wished I could take it home with me.

overall good stay
My family and I stayed here #126 if I could remember correctly on July 4th weekend. They were nice enough to let us stay 3 nights instead of a week or so which was required on holidays. I love the location! The place is very cozy but need major update in furnishing.. The bed comforter and pillow case didnt feel as clean as it should and I end up killing 2 roaches while staying there. I didnt like the fact that they had tennis court there and we couldnt use it unless we paid the fee. I believe all amenities should be available to renters. Overall good stay.

relaxation awaits!
Relaxation awaits at this cottage. You will just have to check it out for yourself because I really can't put into words how great our family stay was! From the time we made the reservation to the time we checked out, all of our needs were met. The beach is just a short walk from the unit and there is also a complimentarty shuttle that will take you to the beach! Even better we didn't have to go far for shopping, entertainment, or food. We will definitely be coming back!

excellent time
We had an excellent time at Hidden Dunes and Cottage 126. Our patio looked right out to the tennis courts, so we were able to sit and watch matches in the morning & afternoons! I was even able to get a lesson from one of the pros. The employees are top notch at Hidden Dunes! The cottage was super comfortable and I will definitely return!
