newman/daily is the best vacation rental property we have used in the past 15 years
It was difficult to leave our condo in Hidden Dunes, because it was so beautiful. Most relaxing winter vacation, we’ve ever had!! So glad we found both?? Very well equipped kitchen. Million dollar view!! Gorgeous! Even when it snowed! lol!

Wow! We were blown away by your kindness! Are ever expanding waste lines thank Newman-Dailey for the beautiful and delicious fruit and nut box gifted to us. Your place is absolutely stunning. I love the colors the artwork the wall well appointed kitchen and the ice maker! You would have been tickled to see us during the blizzard. Drapes shut, blankets wrapped, we hunkered down to watch the inauguration as the north winds held around the front door. We had to laugh at our "Florida winter". Thanks again for your thoughtfulness. It's so appreciated!

5th time returning, looking forward to our 6th!
This is our 5th Christmas we have spent in this condo. We have a son in his family that live in Navarre and a son and his family that live in Lynn Haven. They all come and go during our vacation here. We enjoyed seeing our grandkids opening Christmas gifts and enjoying Christmas dinner with us. We we really like the message and prayer book that's always left in here. We know we are staying in a Christian home and condo. God bless you and your family.

what a view!
When my dad walked in he said "WOW! Now THIS is what I'm talking about! I'm going to BUY this place!" To say he was impressed is an understatement. The condo was just as pictured. Clean, well stocked and amazing Gulf Views. We loved the close proximity to shopping, restaurant's and the grocery stores. We will definitely be staying here again!

first time to destin!
This vacation was a variation from our normal of Prior years. Our family has enjoyed cruises for years and we decided to change things up this year and we are happy to have done so. This was our second time staying in this condo and it's by far one of the most favorite ones at Hidden Dunes complex. We have stayed at Hidden Dunes every summer for nearly a decade if that says anything!! This was the first year we came with only four people rather than our typical 6 to 20 people we are so grateful to have had such a beautiful and functional place to vacate from our everyday lives. I will be graduating college at Ball State University and hidden dunes and Justin as a whole is a fabulous addition to my yearly routine and a great time for me to breathe before the semester begins. This place is becoming a home away from home in a sense and I'm glad you have spent nearly half my life visiting the same place every year. Thank you for a great week for me and my family!

This is our third annual, but last September was the last for my mom. My family had a wonderful time, my son and daughter in law as well as my 2 grand children joined us for more fun in the sun & just relaxing vibes.

plenty to do
Very nice condo! We loved the extra ice maker and two King beds plus two Queen beds. There is plenty to do in the area and several restaurants! everything was great!
The moment we stepped into the Living room, we fell in love! The view is breath taking and absolutely amazing. When we opened the balcony door, the serene sounds of the waves and the blue waters made us fall in love again. We were on our way to Texas and decided to extend our vacation at this beautiful property instead by extending our stay! The property manager was very helpful, big thanks to her! We liked everything about the property. When we plan to come back in the future, we will be staying in the same place again. Our kids also had the best time! Second time here at Hidden Dunes, first time at this condo. This will be our annual family tradition & this condo & owners have one of the nicest! Thank you for sharing your home & allowing for these types of blessings. Don't miss the grilled Mahi Mahi @ Pompano Joes. It's like eating a steak, but healthy fish! We came here after being at the Don Cesar's. With all it's Luxury service, we prefer Hidden Dunes. A wonderful family time!

a wonderful winter get-away
We really enjoyed our stay at Hidden Dunes 1806. Very clean with lovely home decor touches. The views from the balcony were stunning! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We also are fans of the location of Hidden Dunes. So close to the nearby outlet mall, other shopping and restaurants. The onsite tennis facilities with daily tennis clinics were also very appreciated!

spring break getaway
We had a great time a Hidden Dunes. Our stay was seamless and the unit was immaculate. Our only issue was that there weren't any beach towels and that was likely just as miscommunication on our part yet, for this high a quality of a unit, just seems like a silly thing not to have a beach condo. The beach staff were amazing and we just had an amazing time. We just referred our family to your units

The view from the balcony was spectacular. It was nice residing on gulf side. We could see all the views from this condo. We were less than a mile from the shopping outlet and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay. It was especially nice having daily chair service included. Even though the common area was small, everyone had a good time. Thank you.

Gorgeous view of the Gulf! The property was perfect for our beach get away. We took our two teenage kids and each one brought a friend. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was very convenient. We had friends staying in the villas....very short walk away. The beach chair and umbrella service was convenient and easy to arrange - request to be next to friends was honored.

Very good experience at this condo. Very clean and well stocked. The view from the 18th floor was beautiful but I must say I felt a little disconnected from the ocean. The multiple security codes were a little daunting at first but was mastered quickly enough. Very friendly service . Would return again but maybe to a lower floor

amazing views, well appointed kitchen, great location
This 3 bedroom end unit offers fantastic views of the beach and also the sunsets to the west. This is one of few units (if not the only) where your views to the west along the beach are not obstructed by any neighbouring properties. We enjoyed being on the balcony and watching dolphins and other sea life swimming by in the ocean. The kitchen has modern appliances including washer and dryer. The fridge is enormous and equipped with an ice maker. The drawers and cupboards are very well stocked with excellent quality cookware, silverware and stemware. All of the three showers are updated and equipped with removable hand held spray units. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with a ceiling fan which is a bonus. The furniture is comfortable and there are extra TV channels available such as HBO. Management staff are located on site at the front gate and they are very helpful and a great source of recommendations for local restaurants etc. The unit owner even called during our stay to make sure everything was going well which was very kind of them. As well as the beach which is only steps away, there are on site swimming pools, fitness centre, tennis and pickle ball. There are bicycle racks located in the underground garage. Restaurants and shopping are a short bike ride, walk or drive away.

beautiful condo
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at the Hidden Dunes Condominiums, Room 1806. We cooked a lot in this unit. It had a fabulous kitchen. The decor was especially nice. We were with our family who stayed in other units, but 1806 was where we mostly had our meals. The view of the beach from this unit is unbelievable. We will stay here again if we return to sunny Destin.

This was our 4th year coming to Hidden Dunes and our favorite by far! Your condo is amazing and we absolutely loved staying here! We live in Nashville currently and love the Destin area so much, we keep coming back! After this year, we might just have to book HD1806 next year!! All in all a wonderful vacation and sad we have to leave- until next year!!

great place to make happy memories
This was our first time visiting this area. This condo is perfectly situated and organized so well. I absolutely loved the gourmet kitchen…and it got a lot of use. We could not have asked for a better location and the way the condo is laid out is amazing! We really enjoyed having a support team on the beach. The gear can get quite large and heavy. We hope everybody who stays here makes happy memories. We sure did!

Dear Newman-Dailey and new Hidden Dunes 1806 owners…..You did it! You just survived your first rental that included 4 teenagers. My 13 year old boy and 17 year old girl each brought a friend. When my son’s friend walked out on your balcony and saw that sparkling water, he literally cried. He hadn’t seen the ocean since he was very little. It was a precious moment. The condo is perfect! I wouldn’t change a thing…the master shower is to die for…..and did we mention the view? We are already planning a trip for next year and hope we can rent it again, we had a wonderful time!

This beautiful condo was perfect for our annual Girls Getaway. The views are incredible both to the south AND to the west. We gathered on the balcony every night to enjoy those incredible sunsets. Being up on the 18th floor added to the beautiful views.
All 3 bedrooms are nicely decorated and each had its own bathroom. We felt very secure in this community and loved the extra amenities (beach chairs and umbrella, movie library, coupons for local attractions etc).
