The property had everything we needed. We have been staying at Grand Caribbean East for many years and this unit is our usual go to. Clean, comfortable beds and everything we needed. Hope to be back next year.

this was an awesome place.
Every Destin trip we stay at the condo it’s clean cozy and convenient. You walk outside to the pool at your door or a walk across the street to the beach. Easy access. Shopping malls everywhere for all your needs. Complimentary umbrella and chair service on the beach is a plus. Loved our stay as always.

We enjoyed our stay! We have stayed at Grand Caribbean East several times in different condos. This was our first time to stay ground level. We enjoyed the close proximity to the pool and hot tub! This facility boasts only a short walk of a minute or less to the beach! You really can’t ask for more! This condo had all the amenities we needed!

my wife and i enjoyed our stay
The condo is across the street from the beach with two easy beach access options. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. Our condo had everything that we needed, including two beach chairs and umbrella on the beach.

perfect location
Perfect location.....very easy walk to beach with lifeguard. Right by pool & hose to clean off sand from the beach, but enjoyed back deck being set back in the corner with landscaping between the walking path & pool to provide some privacy. Would be nice if decks had ceiling fans. Clean, well stocked kitchen. Blender works but not great. Hooks in bathroom & on bedroom door but would be nice to have a drying rack for bathing suits. As expected from a gound level unit, there was some noise from units. Appreciated the beach service provided. Really enjoyed our stay!

it’s right in front of the beautiful beach
It’s right in front of the beautiful beach, and we’re able to get out to beach from the back patio, and also to the swimming pool. Bank beds are perfect for kids that don’t need much privacy. We had two friends there but it was a little awkward to have them in the bank beds. Everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely go back to this place.

in need of an update
We love grand caribbean east. and rm. 110 was the first place we stayed 25 yrs. ago. through the years we have stayed in different units, but we thought this time we would stay at our "original unit 110. We always liked the location on the first floor ,tucked in the corner. and getting free beach service this year was a plus!But we both agreed it's time for some TLC. Needs paint ,new furniture ,just an update. Newman Dailey was very easy to deal with . We will most assuredly use them again! The unit was clean and all that was needed for a beach vacation was provided.Love that hot tub!And the convenient location.Thats why we've never stayed anywhere else for 20plus yrs.
