words can’t express the relaxation, comfort and sheer beauty of this location!
The condominium is extremely comfortable with excellent amenities perfect in every way. We will be back the beautiful beach soft sand centrally located excellent maintenance. Team pool was clean. Everything was excellent. I just can’t say enough my husband and I spent our anniversary and birthdays there for about a week and we would love to just have stayed another two.

spectacular views from the comfort of the balcony.
Exceptionally well decorated and supplied, beach front condo. Breathtaking views, clean, easy to access all of Destin from this location. Definitely a five star location. We enjoyed both sunrise and sunsets along with relaxing watching the waves roll in. Wonderful place.

we loved how easy it was to get around the island from this location
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, virtually everything you can imagine for indoor cooking and outdoor grilling. The beach front views are spectacular for sunrise and sunsets. The condo is beautifully laid out and decorated. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

The unit had everything we desired. It’s a beautifully decorated place. Our stay at Emerald Dunes #401 was perfect. The unit was equipped with for our week long stay. The beds comfortable and the balcony was set up nicely to look at the beautiful beach. The unit had a pre lit tree set up for Christmas which made the whole unit glow with cozy twinkling lights. We loved it.

the place was in a wonderful location and newman daily were excellent to deal with.
The freebies they offered were wonderful and my husband enjoyed his free golf at a really nice course. The dishwasher had a little hiccup and Newman had someone to look at it within 2 hours. Would rent again with Newman for sure!!

everything was perfect!
This property is exactly as listed: newly remodeled, directly on the beach, and backed by a great management team. Our favorite parts were the adirondack chairs/patio and the included beach service. The location on the quieter west end is greatly desirable. Cannot recommend this property enough and already planning to return!

We can’t say enough good things about Emerald dunes!!!! It was exactly like the pictures and description! The free beach service was amazing! Quite and secluded yet minutes away from restaurants and shopping!! The location is perfect!! We can’t wait to stay here again!

incredible stay
Ultra clean and updated condo right on the ocean. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything you need for a vacation. Large island that is used for a makeshift dinner table with plenty of seats. This is set in a very nice area of Destin just 5 doors down from the posh Henderson Beach Resort. You have your own "private" beach with only residents/guests of Emerald Dunes that can take up space.
Nice to have gated oceanfront parking and is located literally 5 minutes from restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean condo directly on the beach! This place appears to have been renovated recently and has everything you need for a relaxing stay on the beach. The mattress was so comfortable and had high quality linens. The kitchen was completely stocked with any cooking utensils you could need to cook a gourmet meal. Easy checking/checking out and it came with two chairs and umbrella. Very walkable to restaurants on Scenic 98. Would absolutely stay again!

lovely beach vacay
Location: right on the beach with the most beautiful views! Couple steps down the private beach entrance and you are on the beach and in the water! Parking on site. Nice hotels, homes around this location, upscale area. So convenient to shopping, dining, and attractions (we didn’t travel more than 10 mins for anything, with grocery options <1 mile). Quiet location (on site and surrounding) made for a relaxing time!

Beautiful pristine rental. Appears newly renovated. The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and the two king size beds were very comfortable. The views were spectacular! Would definitely stay here again.
