our stay at the emerald dunes was very lovely.
The grounds we well maintained and clean. With only 27 units it was quiet and private.The condo we stayed in was very clean, and nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and so we the beds.Our view off the patio was spectacular! We saw dolphins swimming by frequently.The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to make meals. We also used the community gas grill. It was easy to use and always clean. The condo provided grilling utensils for us to use.The master suite has a huge walk in shower, perfect after a day on the beach. The view from the Master suite was also quite awesome!There were also beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach toys in the closet for us to use. ( Bring your own beach towels).The condo is gated, so we were able to leave our e-bikes in the bike rack without any worry.This condo is near so many good restaurants and shopping. The bike trail runs right in front of this condo, made it fun to explore the area.There is a private beach access for the guests, with bathrooms right near the gate. The beach was a amazing! White powdery sand and crystal clear water.We hope to return here again some day.

looking forward to next year already!
My husband and I stayed there for six weeks. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We felt very much at home. The kitchen had everything you need to make meals. There are two community gas grills that were easy to use and always clean. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. They also provided a few beach chairs and boogie boards, and even some sand toys for kids. Being a gated condo, we felt very confident leaving our electric bikes in the rack outside. They have a lovely pool, but it was to cold to use during our visit. The hot tub was very nice, and well maintained. This is our second year staying in the Crystal Beach area.

highly recommend!
Love this property. Very secure from the pkg lot, to the rooms to the beach. Everything is within 5-10 min so very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Perfect location. Gulf front and only steps to the beach.

i would recommend this place to everyone!
We enjoyed our stay! The gated entrance was so convenient! We received all our codes in a timely manner and felt very safe there. Everything was clean, organized and as advertised. The beach was wonderful! We really like that our beach chairs and umbrella were set up with our name on them for easy access all day long! This location is near lots of restaurants and entertainment. The pool was clean, well maintained and we enjoyed that as well! The carts for loading and unloading were an added bonus that we weren’t aware of. The elevator was also in good working order. We were very thankful we didn’t have to tote luggage up 3 flights of stairs! The beds/pillows were very comfortable, clean and crisp. The living room and kitchen were beautiful and we loved all the TV’s in each room for bedtime relaxation after fun days!

There are only 30 or so units so there was no wait for elevators, Plenty of parking, and plenty of beach frontage. Our unit came with beach service and you don’t have to rush to the beach at the crack of dawn to fight for a spot.

the very first thing i noticed when i walked in was how very very clean it was!!
It smelled disinfected not just air freshener. This place was perfect it was the best view with a great balcony! This was perfect for myself and my 2 daughters. We all had our own bedroom for privacy. So much space. And the shower was incredible again so very clean. I would stay here everytime I will never look for another place in Destin to stay. The location was amazing! Close to everything! I just loved this vacation! The very best place!!

My family and I loved staying in this unit! We have already discussed returning next year! The place was very clean, there were a few spots/ stains on the linens in the first bedroom but other than that, the unit was spotless. The drains in the showers drained a little slow but were not problematic. The beach view was absolutely amazing. This was in such a peaceful location. We are very pleased with our stay here!

perfect experience
Our second time in Destin and we absolutely will come back and stay at this location and unit. The building was extremely well kept. The community grills were spotless. Landscaping perfect. The unit is beach front and easy to walk right out to the beach. The condo is updated top to bottom and in excellent condition. The management company was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. Really just a perfect experience. We also loved Camille’s restaurant right across the street.

The location is beautiful, right on the white sandy beach! The kitchen is well stocked, with complimentary dish soap and detergent. The 3rd room is rather small, but good to sleep in. Check in and check out was easy. Remember the trash receptacle is outside the gate (we could not find it at first).

First the good, unit was clean and directly on the beach. Location was fantastic!
What could have made it great would be extra blankets. There are no extra linens in the unit. As someone who is ALWAYS cold, extra blankets are a must. I normally bring my own and this time I forgot. There were no blankets for the pull-out couch only sheets.
Would stay again, just bring my own blankets.

Everything was pretty much great except the pillows! They were really bad in all bedrooms—huge and way too thick to sleep on. That would be the only thing I would change. Loved that it was gated and inside and outside was well maintained. Loved being in the 3rd floor in a small complex. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing location, building is very well kept, grills outside are an added bonus for anyone who likes to cook near the beach or pool! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!! Thanks for such an easy check-in and out! Plus the ease of parking and beach chairs! Wow. Great time great place.
