This was my first time booking a condo and it surpassed all my expectations. The property is gated. The condo was exactly as listed. The kitchen was equipped with everything! Any kitchen appliance you need is there. It is clean, beautiful, spacious. Everyone is very friendly. The complimentary beach service is awesome. I spoke to my family and everyone is saying they enjoyed their stay.

this the best place we have stayed in the 40 years we’ve been coming to destin.
Emerald Dunes 301 was absolutely perfect for our trip. The rooms were large and nicely furnished. The view in a corner room with no high rises nearby was amazing. We loved sitting on the balcony morning and night. The included beach chair rental was very nice when our grandchildren came to visit. It’s close to shopping and our favorite restaurant Dewey’s Bayside. We plan to book this condo for every future trip.. Newman Dailey has the nicest and cleanest rentals . Destin is the best beach in Florida. Thank you for a great trip.

this is absolutely the most wonderful condo we have stayed in
We have been coming to Destin for over 40 years. Large rooms, beautifully furnished, extremely clean, complimentary beach chairs, washer/dryer, and 2 showers (always nice at the beach) .AMAZING VIEW- corner unit with no high rise blocking view, nice breeze for sitting on balcony. Within 5 miles of our favorite Dewey’s seafood on the bay and best shopping centers are even closer . Perfect trip! We plan to stay in this condo every trip from now on.

the location was absolutely perfect!
It was wonderful to be able to step out on the balcony and see the ocean right there. Master bedroom was a little hot and difficult to cool off. there was a fan provided. Ice machine in kitchen was a bonus! over all, it was comfortable for our party of 4. We enjoyed our stay, convenient to just about everything.

i was so impressed when we walked in.
Everything was clean and exactly as described. From the pristine conditions of the rooms to the beautiful view. The rooms were all very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again. We had a family of five and no complaints. That says a lot. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and always making sure we were completely satisfied. We will make sure we tell all of our family and friends where to stay when in the Destin area. Thank you again. Better than a five star review.

our family had such a wonderful time staying at this resort.
It is exactly as described on line and brochures. It was spotless. The bedding and all furniture were very comfortable. There is so much to do in the area and the view from the rooms are gorgeous. We would not hesitate to stay here again and will be telling our friends and family what a great place for vacation.

It has a beautiful view of the ocean, very comfortable balcony chairs, plenty of room in the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. It was also very clean and the security and beach access were great. We had no complaints and would love to come back. The staff managing the condo were very friendly and helpful.

What a great first time experience for us. We had never been to Florida and weren’t sure what to expect. But the condo location was great! Sitting out on the balcony listening to the waves, watching the sun rise and set was a beautiful experience! The condo itself being gated was nice, and easy access to the beach was perfect! Our location made it easy to navigate the area and we were away from heavy traffic which is always a plus!

the views from the unit are gorgeous.
Emerald Dunes is located on Crystal Beach, in a dense, walkable area of Destin. If you're an east coaster who is used to walking or biking a lot, this is perfect for you. A cute cafe and nice sushi restaurant are in the inn across the street. Several restaurants, the Publix grocery store, and a Walgreen's are also in walking distance. The streets have wide, safe sidewalks for easy biking or walking. The unit itself is very Destin, neutral hues and sturdy tile, kept pristine by the cleaning crew. Each night we'd crack open the window and we'd nearly doze off from listening to the waves.

very beautiful, quiet, and spacious!
We loved our stay at Emerald Dunes! It was set up just like a home. Never had to worry if we were gonna have enough dishes to cook with or eat on. We even had a slight problem with the washer in the condo not working, they quickly and promptly helped us. When the guys couldn't figure out what was wrong right away, they Brought us a ton of clean towels and linen, and let us use another unit for washing and drying purposes, that was above and beyond for me. My kids loved the condo, being on the beach, and the pool. Will definitely be booking again next year.

Sarah Dugan who helped us book was amazing to communicate with 5 out of 5 for her! The house was beautiful. The wine and bread was such a nice touch cause when we arrived we were all starving and hadn't been to a grocery store yet. loved being able to see the beach from almost all the windows. The house was clean and spacious for our group. I liked the idea of the bunk beds but they did get hot at night so the extra mattress under the bunks did come in handy. Only encountered one employee that we thought came across very rude. Otherwise a near perfect trip. One small thing was that the knives could all use sharpened and a pizza cutter would be great.

Just got back from a wonderful week in Emerald Dunes Unit 301.
Spacious end unit, great location on the beach and just far enough from the high-rises. The unit was clean and comfortably furnished.
We've been coming to Destin for years, and we've never rented from Newman-Dailey. They were great. Their service was top-notch from the time I booked our vacation.
The weather was so unbelievably beautiful that we had the windows and slider open day and night. Temps got warm in the unit one day, and a rep from Newman-Dailey called to make sure that our a/c wasn't out.
A technician needed to enter the unit to change an air conditioning filter. Newman-Dailey communicated with us prior to that to let us know.
The only reason I did not give this review five stars was the unit showed some wear and tear. Walls were dinged up in places. A piece of floor trim was pulled away from the wall in the dining area. Window screens were either broken or missing. None of this detracted from a great week on the beach! Would rent here again.

The condo was just as described and pictured. The view is wonderful and the neighborhood is great and surrounded by anything you need — dining, grocery and beverage stores.
