This Destin vacation rental sits directly on the beach but it goes above and beyond by being one of the closest condos in Destin to the waters edge- you could almost dive right in from the 40 ft, private balcony! Yes, you probably guessed that it has many upgrades but again it surprises with its 10 ft ceilings, inset lighting and quartz or granite countertops throughout. The Chef inspired kitchen is especially impressive with new stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, plenty of cookware and of course- spectacular views of the Gulf through the oversized sliding glass doors. Moreover, conveniences like a full laundry room and plenty of seating add the comforts of home.

Each bedroom enjoys beautifully coordinated, beach themed decor bursting with vibrant colors and replete with comfortable furnishings. Plus, the primary suite is a paradise all its own- access to the furnished balcony; a luxury bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower featuring double shower heads and a spa bathtub- yes, you guessed it...will exceed your expectations yet again.

Apart from a location that is within walking distance to restaurants and shops, Dunes of Crystal Beach has some great amenities to offer its guests. Gated entry, assigned parking in a garage, deeded beach access, a fitness center, a grilling area and a spacious pool deck are among the extras that will make a vacation here the substance of dreams.

NOTE: Dunes of Crystal Beach is a SMOKE FREE, TOBACCO FREE property.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

This condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay.
We do not rent to anyone under 25.

Property Rules state no boats, trailers, jet ski's, RV's or Golf Carts permitted.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

beautiful condo

Overall we enjoyed the stay. Loved the set up of the condo with master up front and other beds on the back. Condo was clean and the balcony furniture really nice and comfortable. We really liked the ease of check in and out.

fantastic property with amazing views and the largest balcony you will find in destin

Really loved our 1 month stay Feb 2025 in Dunes of Crystal Beach 102. Location is close to everything and I think its the nicest stretch of beach in the area. Newman- Dailey is a great rental company, always exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.

loved it!

We just loved this condo. 4 bedrooms was perfect for two families to share. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. And best of all, it was right on the beach and close to everything we were interested in...mainly shopping and restaurants. Because the complex itself is smaller we didn’t have to fight the crowds at the Beach or the Pool. This was a Spring Break trip…and we are already planning to come back for Fall Break too!

We had a great spring break at Dunes of Crystal Beach 102. The condo is lovely, well appointed , and close to everything we were interested in (mainly restaurants and shopping). We loved being right on the beach, and the condo was big enough for two families to share. We are looking forward to a return visit in the fall.

We have stayed at this building in different units for several years. 4 bedrooms is a nice size for a multi/ generational group. The beach service is great. Also would like to suggest each unit is equipped with a way to dry your beach towels out on the balcony since the railing is not to be used.

amazing vacation

We had an amazing late summer vacation at the Dunes of Crystal Beach. The condo was beautiful and roomy and we felt so safe because it was gated and it had a secure lobby. Being right on the beach was a big plus and it was convenient to a lot of shopping and restaurants. We really loved this condo and we can't wait to go back!
