my friend and i loved our stay!
The condo was decorated beautifully and was very relaxing. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. This was my first time renting through Newman Dailey, and I hope it won't be the last! They were very responsive to any phone calls or emails, and each time they were very pleasant to work with. When we arrived, they checked in to find out how our stay had started, and I appreciated that very much as there is always a "what if" when you reserve a non-hotel. Our accommodations were exactly as described as well.

we enjoyed our stay
We arrived and the place was clean and had all the basics for our stay. It was approximately 4 blocks from the beach so it was an easy walk. The pool was within steps of the room. Several restaurants were within a mile of the room. The check in process was very easy. Communication prior to checking in was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

nice apartment and very good location.
The apartment has everything you need to cook which is great, it helps a lot to have a washer and dryer, as you can make use of these with wet clothes from the sea. The location of the apartment in the complex is excellent, as it overlooks the pool. And in general the location of the place is also very good because you can go in about 5min walk to the beach of South Walton beach which is public and is spectacular.
However, in the apartment one of the beds is the sofa bed which is not comfortable at all, they should have an extra mattress to use instead of the sofa bed. The beds in the rooms are very comfortable, but only gives room for 6, it is preferable that they leave it only for 6 or add a good mattress to use in the living room.

We’ve stayed at this condo on several occasions and have always enjoyed the location. A few cosmetic updates could be warranted-front door painted and key holder in condo could be nailed to wall. All in all, it was great! Felt like home away from home! ???

great location
This property had very recent positive reviews and I have to agree with most of the ones that led me to book this condo. The unit was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable (the pull out couch not so much, it dips and is a bit uneven but nothing the kids couldn’t handle) The location is fantastic and the area of the beach directly across the street was so clean and not overly crowded. (Further down the beach at other locations there are some spots with loads of algae that kind of make being in the water a little hard in some spots. ) this location is fairly close to Walmart, the outlets/movies, and mini golf. Being within walking distance of the beach really helps since there is limited parking. The only minor (very minor) issue we saw was the floors felt very sticky when we first arrived, and there is limited “visitor” parking so if you are traveling with more than one vehicle be prepared to not always have a close parking spot besides the one designated for the condo. The pool was very clean and spacious, and dinner at Pompano Joes on the beach was a very nice added bonus. (No reservations but they do take call aheads!) The Newman Dailey team was fantastic to work with and when we decided to extend our stay they were extremely helpful. We are definitely going to book with them our next trip to this area.

4th of july trip
I rent the Port of Call house every year for Spring Break - and Love it. We decided to come down for the 4th of July as well this year but it was only going to be six of us. I decided to find a condo instead (less expensive). Rented Crystal Village Condo (01A). We all had a great time and will rent it again. Next time however I will also rent a golf cart.

This place is in the perfect location to beach and surrounding area. A short drive to crab island. The pool is right outside of unit. The property management service offers great incentives!!! Definitely worth it for those trying to enjoy activities on a budget. Only complaint second bedroom bunk bed full mattress is not as expected. Definitely need a crate or foam top. Otherwise, we will be booking again!!

more than what we expected
The condo was perfect for our family. The 2 pools are located right out the back porch (although one pool wasn't heated yet, we enjoyed the one that was). The beach was only 2 blocks away, and we were immediately greeted by the beach staff and assigned 2 chairs and an umbrella for the remainder of our stay. The staff at the front office were friendly, understanding and helpful. And overall the property was very well kept and stocked with everything we needed. Our only concerning issue was that our unit accommodated 8 people but only had 1 parking spot available. And the nearest overnight parking was miles away. Make sure you have enough room to park all your vehicles before you book. Otherwise we had a great time!

Our recent stay was enjoyable. A short distance to the beach,maybe 5 minutes, clean unit. The washing machine stopped working correctly but i called the office & a repairman was out to fix it in a very short time. Overall it was a nice relaxing vacation

This was our second time vacationing in Destin ... at Crystal Village 01 Wwere very satisfied...rooms, sheets and bathrooms were clean... everything was in good order...the only thing not working was toaster which was immediately replaced...I would come back there again...Thank you.

well worth it!
The places was great. We fit perfectly. The beach was just a few blocks away and we would walk there. Unfortunately tropical storm Cindy didn't let even get in the water but we at least walked the beach. We were rained in most everyday but we made the best of it. The pool was great. We used that more than expected. We had no trouble getting our rental the overall experience with newman daily was awesome. I definitely recommend!!!! Im planning for next year already and will use newman daily again. Well worth it!

Crystal Villiage was an awesome experience for me and my family. Our condo had everything we needed. Pics are exactly what you get.. No deception there. The beach, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. If you drive to the beach there's plenty parking or just rent a golf cart and there are plenty of those to. Great experience. Definitely will book with Newman Dailey in the future.

As always I enjoyed my stay at Crystal Village. The only thing I will have to complain about was the smell when we first arrived. The condo had a closed in smell like it hadn't been aired out in a while. Other than that I was very happy with the Condo. I have been going to Crystal Village for over 8 years now and as always I leave very happy.

amazingly beautiful and worth every moment!
My family and I loved the stay we had at Miramar Beach, Florida. A big part of our wonderful stay was the fact that our condo was within a short walking distance from the beach but within a couple of blocks from the main highway thru Destin. We could not have ask for a better place. Thank you so much for the wonderful accomodations. We will be returning (hopefully sooner than later)!

fantastic place!
This property was an excellent choice to stay at! We were able to wake up and walk to the beach and Pompano Joes every day.. and if we left something at the condo, it wasnt any biggie to just walk back, it was so close. The condo was spacious and very clean. It was also great having a wash/dryer! Not to mention, check in/check out was so easy.
I will definitely stay there next time.

We were welcomed with a very warm atmosphere when we walked into this condo. It is very spacious and the kitchen was very well stocked. The kids enjoyed being right next to the pool and we loved having beach chairs on the beach each day.

Overall experience was good. The only problems we had was no WFI...and the dvd player did not work. Thank goodness one of the boys had his playstation that played dvds. Other than that, this was our second enjoyable stay here.

best destin experience yet
The staff at Newman-Dailey was wonderful.We had an issue with an appliance and they took care of it immediately.The location of the condo was great. Just a block from the beach,with beach service!! It is in the center of everything. The outlets,the track, the harbor.Our condo was clean & quiet, nothing fancy, but who needs fancy when you have kids. We will definetly use Newman-Dailey again and stay in Crystal Village.

The condo was great. Good location to the beach and other amenities. The local neighbors and vacationers were very pleasant. We would book a vacation condo with Newman-Dailey again. The only things that would have been better would be the floors/carpets could use a deep cleaning, the knob for the oven was wrong as far as what temperature to cook at, and somebody that rented prior to us had smoked in the main bathroom. It was a great price for all that was included. We took advantage of a few of the discounts and free things included and all was a great experience for the whole family. The next time we go back to the Destin area we will book a condo with Newman-Dailey again.

quite nice
It was our first time in Destin. The Newman Dailey customer service reps were all so kind. The Crystal Village Condos were nice and clean. The walk to the beach - about 2 1/2 blocks was an easy walk. We enjoyed dining at Pompano Joes which is close-by.
It seemed like we had the place to ourselves -it was very quiet and the kids had the pool to themselves most days. The decor was pretty and the kitchen had all the necessary dishes/pots etc that we needed. The two full bathrooms were sooo great to have for our family. I liked having the washer/dryer -very convenient and needed though the dryer took some time drying the towels.
We really enjoyed the amenity perks - especially the $60 - $70 we saved as a family of 5 at The Track - we went there twice and the kids LOVED it (also the Krispy Kreme donut store that was nearby :) We also used the free movie amenity.
My only suggestion for improvement is to replace the pull out couch in the living room. My 14 year-old daughter could not sleep on the pull-out bed as it dipped quite a bit in the middle of the mattress, but she slept comfortably on top of the couch.
I most definitely will recommend your business to my friends.
