wonderful stay!
Our family enjoyed staying where we stayed as it was convenient and yet we could sit and look at the ocean even if we were not on the beach. Things were close by to participate or go out to eat. Enjoyed the condo as was enough room for our family.

the unit was absolutely gorgeous!
The balcony was my favorite part! It was bright, cheerful, and quiet. It had all the amenities we needed and more. Enough room for all of us to hang out independently. We all loved this unit! Even extended another day! Bright, airy, and the views were phenomenal. I spent the majority of my time on the extended balcony! Everything we needed! Clean and comfortable!

the location is great!
The beach is right across the street and if you don’t get enough exercise walking the beach you can walk the miles of wide sidewalk right in front of the condo. The condo is loaded with plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, plates and glassware. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were immediately addressed. Newman-Dailey was friendly, fast and easy to contact.

The location was perfect and so was the unit. Lots of space and probably the best stocked kitchen we’ve experienced in a vacation rental. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans were available to us. They thought of everything!

This was the perfect condo for our beach vacation! We were a group of 6 with a mixture of teens and grandparents and a pet. The location was wonderful. The private beach was the best part! We enjoyed the chairs and umbrella with no obstructed view. The balcony view was great for the grandparents who struggled a little with walking in the sand. Everything was clean and the condo was very roomy. The location is very pet friendly and lots of other guests with pets as well. We would definitely stay again.

spring break 24
Our family went Spring Break. Albeit the temps were tad chilly, there was sunshine! I loved sitting on the balcony, seeing the beautiful ocean, and having a clear view of my family at the beach. The condo was ocean front, spacious, just perfect for our family of 4 and our little pooch…even he enjoyed watching the people and surf. We recommend wearing shower shoes inside, I really didn’t want housekeeping to come through again and disturb our stay, but, they would have been sent out otherwise. The elevator is close by this unit. You may not get parking right by the elevator though. If you need help, they are there during office hours to assist straight away. Our overall experience was fantastic!

At first site it appears from the way the outside looks that you may have wasted your money, but once you enter the condo you realize, it was just the outside. The inside was beautiful, the view was amazing! Check in and out was a breeze. I would and will come back for sure!

Great experience! Beautiful property in a good location. Only complaint is that the dog area in the back is poor (dry grasses/thorns hurt their paws). They’d be better putting mulch back there.

my home away from home may 2018
My family and I stayed at Crystal View for our first family vacation and I must say from the time we opened the door to our condo we were all very impressed. The clean fresh smell hits you in the face as soon as you enter. The bedrooms were gorgeous and the view of the beautiful waters and the beach was breath taking. The only disappointment was the fact that the balcony could be entered from the living room or the master bedroom leaving my husband and I not ever knowing when someone was going to come out while we were trying to steal some alone time. Other than that everything was fabulous and we will be returning for our next vacation.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my family at Crystal View 402. My daughter loved the beach and being just a few shirts steps across from our condo was awesome! The views were breathtaking. The info is absolutely gorgeous and everything the pictures show it to be. We had a great view of the beach that was perfect. This was our 1st time visiting Destin, but we will be back and hope to book this location again. The only thing wrong was we didn't stay long enough.

our winter home
We have stayed at Crystal View 402 for the past five Winter Seasons. We normally check in November first and stay until mid March. The condo itself has been updated with fresh paint, new appliances, nice furniture, new counter tops and is extremely comfortable. It is only feet away from the beach and provides an excellent view of the Gulf from the balcony. Newman Daly, who handles the rental and maintenance of the unit do an excellent job. We would probably not rent another unit in the Destin/Miramar Beach area as everything is perfect for us.

402 in Crystal View was a very nice unit. very comfotable for all 9 of us. View was great. The balcony was very large with nice furniture.
Kitchen area might have been a little small. Parking was an adventure. More cars than spaces there. The elevator needed service as it was not a smooth ride.
All in all we would stay there again

what a view!
We stayed at Crystal View 402 this past week and I cannot say enough good things about this rental. We had 6 tenants and loved the layout, each having our own restroom. We were in town for a family reunion with my 94 year old grandparents who live in Destin and although we had events planned at hotels and restaurants for our 20 member family, we were delighted to be able to change our plans and host a few events at this condo instead. It was absolutely perfect for all of us to get together. It had plenty of seating for everyone and the wrap-around balcony provided the perfect setting for those who were not hardy enough to brave the sand but still wanted to enjoy the beach. I cannot tell you how many hours we spent on that balcony. What a view!
The condo was so nicely done. The door code was so convenient. The décor was inviting and tastefully modern. The location was perfect, with a private beach and plenty of parking for family. We walked to Pompano Joe’s two nights for dinner. We will definitely be booking this condo again in the future.

We had a great time at Crystal View 402. It was plenty big enough for our 6 adults and 1 baby. You can't beat the ease and convenience of the PRIVATE beach and pool!! It was clean, great AC, comfy beds, nice kitchen, big dining table, spacious living area, great views, etc. The staff was ever patient with our many questions leading up to our stay! We will certainly make family vacations with ND a part of our summer traditions.

Second time there, had up to 8 people during the trip and our small dog, all very comfortable in the condo. Love the top floor, the large master, the private beach, the large balcony with 180 degree views east and west down the beach, and walking down to Pompano Joe's for a casual dinner. We'll be back.

Condo was well presented and our family enjoyed the spacious accommodations. The proximity to beach was great! The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. Evenings were filled with sitting on the balcony, watching traffic and families on beach searching for crabs. Our family would entertain visiting the same Condo and/or checking into additional properties offered by Newman-Dailey in years to come. This was our first time visit and will not be our last....

I and my friends were in this apartment for a holiday for 14 days. The apartment is very nice, comfortable, big. It is a little bit noisy, but that's because it is on the most central street of Alghero- the location is the best of all possible. Everything you need is close- shops, super markets, fish market, fruits market, beach, bus stations... Andrea is a very kind man, ready to help at any time. Wi-fi is working very well (which is not tipical for italy :). I recommend the apartment!

best view for a mile.
Aside from the fact that some inconsiderate tenant that rented this condo before us had smoked in the non-smoking unit, everything was perfect. This really is a special unit. The view is spectacular. Tater, our one year old French Bulldog, loved it. Lots of lizards to hunt outside in the vegetation. :)

One of God’s wonders. Destin is truly one of God’s wonders of the earth. You can see the beautiful views of the beach and the Gulf from the balcony of the condo. Inside the condo was beautiful as well. The décor was very pretty and even comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone and we truly felt at home staying here.

Amazing vacation. This condo was very accommodating and very spacious. The location and proximity to the beach and dining could not be beat. The beach was directly across the street and we even had chairs and an umbrella waiting for us each day. The extra perks like free golf and dolphin cruises were an added plus.

relaxing family vacation
It was a wonderful place to stay. Great location and great condo. Even though the pool ended up needing shut down immediately for repairs mid week, Newman Dailey went above and beyond to accomodate us. We were thrilled with the size and full beds in all rooms because several couples went without children. And it was also pet friendly. The only minor recommendations I would have for the owners is to add a television in the bedroom that doesn't have one and the sliding door in the living room is very hard to open and close. We will definitely stay here again.

great family vacation!
My husband and I vacationed here in early June for a week. We had our kids and grandson, from age 4 up to 23 yrs. old. This unit was perfect for us-everyone had plenty of room to do their own thing or have the whole family together comfortably. We've been vacationing in Destin for 12 years, and this was our favorite place! The views were stunning, we had a nice pool, and a quick stroll across the street to the beach. It was so nice to have the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set up and waiting on us. The only minor problem was the slow elevator, which was so slow we often just took the stairs. It was a bit inconvenient bringing up groceries and for loading up on arrival and departure. We also used the complimentary discounts for Big Kahuna's and the dolphin cruise. The staff at Newman Dailey are a joy to work with, everyone is pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, hopefully every summer!

absolutely amazing!
The home was gorgeous, enough said! It is very roomy and beautifully decorated. The location could not be better. With the beach just across the street, it makes for an easy walk. There are several shops and resturants close by that you can walk to. Since the traffic is much lighter than on the busy stretch of 98 that runs through the rest of Destin, we felt much safer walking everywhere. We will most definitly be coming back here for many years! The check in/out procedures were easy and quick, and anything that we needed, was handled as soon as we called. Could not ask for more!

airy & spacious with great views
This is a beautiful condo with lots of room for our family of seven. There is a whole wall of windows facing East and a large balcony facing the Gulf right across the street. The location was perfect, the beach beautiful, and the rental company very accomadating. The only caveat is there is a construction site next door. They were only moving dirt around during our stay but this could be noisy during the building phase.
