I was suprised at how many things were there for our use! The usual like blow driers, coffee makers and such, but also beach toys! I won't have to haul as much stuff next year. Over all a very positive experience. We will definitely be back next year.

we stayed for over 2 months and it is the best rental we have ever had!
We stayed at Crystal Sands 103A and loved our stay! As soon as you walk in you notice how clean and uncluttered it is. The unit is in perfect conditon and the owners have thought of everything. First, since it's ground floor it is so easy to go on the beach just steps away. The views are awesome not only from the patio but the sofa and kitchen. We loved seeing the dolphins! The walk in shower was wonderful. We also loved the big TV's, the really comfortable bed, the cookware and all the furniture was top of the line.

It was an absolutely beautiful condo. I have stayed at Crystal Sands many times, and 103A is one of the most beautiful condos there. Everything is updated and the whole places feels brand new. Walk-in shower is a plus.

Another fantastic stay at Crystal Sands! The condo was everything we wanted for a beach trip and you can’t beat the walk out beach access! Close to all Destin has to offer with the benefits of a private beach and beach service. The large, newly renovated shower was perfect to get cleaned up after a long day in the sun.

amazing location right on the beach.
Comes with beach service (two chairs and an umbrella). The unit is very close to great restaurants, Publix, and Starbucks. They give you a cute little welcome package with dish soap and laundry detergent (two pods). There are some bars of soap but no shampoo and conditioner so be sure to bring that! Very cozy spot and love that the beach is literally a couple steps away from the unit. It was so fun to eat lunch at our unit while still looking at the beach/our stuff by the water.

this was a very nice unit to stay in.
Inside the unit was well equipped for all of our needs. It was nicely decorated and clean. The bottom floor was super convenient. It was less than 40ft to the beach walkover. The location is phenomenal. Very close to the crab trap and Destin Commons. I would rent this unit again once the pool is fixed.

perfect for me
My husband and I had a terrible time finding a first floor condo with a gorgeous Gulf view. Luckily, we found your listing for Crystal Sands 103 A! I am handicapped, use a wheel chair and this unit is designed perfectly for my needs. No carpet or area rugs to trip over, a HUGE borderless shower with a hand held spray and shower chair! A sink I can wheel under with an adjustable mirror (perfect for a short lady like me), furniture that can be easily moved, grab bars and a thermostat low enough that I can see it. All the comforts of home!
Newman Dailey answered all our questions and were very helpful. You found the perfect vacation condo for us. We can’t wait to return!
