this resort was absolutely wonderful and would highly recommend to others.
Even though the week started a little colder than I would have hoped for. All rooms have a great views and being right on the beach was perfect. More peaceful than being right in Destin. Front desk staff very pleasant and very helpful with local restaurants to indulge in for seafood!

the crescent is a beautiful condo complex and this condo lived up to our expectations.
The view was great and the place was clean. This particular unit has the larger guest bedroom and bathroom compared to other units in this complex. We always stay at the crescent and always have a wonderful time.

4th vacation at the crescent
We had a very enjoyable stay in this condo. Very clean and neat. Nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked. The silverware,dishes,cups and glasses all matched. While the weather was very hot,the unit stayed comfortable inside. We experienced great sunny weather and a lot of good seafood. The location of the Crescent is certainly a big plus. We have stayed in several locations in the Destin,Miramar Beach and 30A areas….overall this stay ranks in our top two..!

Once again Destin does not disappoint. This is such a perfect location to meet up with our daughter and her family, it is convenient for both of us and the beach is a delight.

we loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool and gulf.
Nice and close to walkway onto the beach. Silver Sands Outlet Mall a minute drive away.State Parks close by for exploring and walking. Airforce Base nearby. Enjoyed the fighter jets and military helicopters flying overhead.

wonderful stay, great management company
We had a wonderful family vacation staying here. The condo was set up with touches that made it feel homey, but, not so much that you felt like you were staying in a stranger's home. There were 5 of us staying and the size was big enough that we never felt on top of each other. The condo felt pretty clean overall - just a few really picky things like dusty baseboards. The real jewel of this condo was the location and oversized balcony. The condo was situated such that you had a great view of the beach as well as the beautiful pool facilities. You were able to walk right out onto Miramar beach which had dazzling white sand and blue/green water. The beach was not overly crowded, was clean, and was very comfortable to walk on. The chair/umbrella service was also a nice perk. The management company was very responsive and helpful - fixed a broken vent fan and tacked down a carpet - right away and with a smile. We were sorry when our stay ended and talked about returning to this condo next year. A wonderful setting for an idealic vacation. The one negative was the conflicting information about what to do with facilities access wristbands at checkout. We got conflicting reports from management company and facility - but this was a small thing. Just remember - bring the bands to the front desk and you will be good!

Beautiful view, comfortable and nice furniture and bedding and nicely decorated. It was everything we could have asked for. We have stayed at the Crescent numerous times and have always been happy with the management and their courtesy and professionalism. Looking forward to staying in Unit 304 in the future.

This condo was amazing. I have already sent the Vrbo link to friends and family. Very clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. We did not use the sleeper sofa but were glad to know it was available for larger groups. The balcony had plenty of seating with a great view of the pool and ocean. Crescent property as a whole was safe and clean. Enjoyed the pool and beach access. Given size of property the beach nor pool ever felt crowded. We were there in July. Not much that I would change if anything. I pray people continue to respect this family’s property as I would so love to enjoy it again!

Unit is very clean and tastefully decorated. The furniture is comfortable and relaxing. The outside deck area is perfect - plenty of seating and a beautiful view of the pool area and the ocean. The complex is well maintained and in a perfect location. The beach is only steps away and everything else you may need is nearby (restaurants, grocery store, etc.).

would definitely recommend this unit
We had so much fun at the beach and Big Kahunas. We also parasailed and did the helicopter tour. When it was time to rest we headed back to our beautiful and comfy condo for a little pool time and relaxation. Would definitely recommend Destin and this condo unit!

close to everything
They condo was perfect for our group of 5 ladies. Nice bedrooms, great kitchen (and fridge), large dining table, extra seats at the bar and an amazing balcony with two tables! Furnishings are perfect for the condo and does not clutter the spaces. Pool was nice and the beach was beautiful. Comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Right next door to the Surf Hut restaurant and about 1 minute from Winn Dixie. There is also an Alvin’s Island in case you forgot some beach essentials. We loved the condo and will stay again

Nice location and unit. Perfect location, love the outdoor high top table snd chairs. Bed frames in guest room sway and squeak and mattresses very soft. Otherwise had all we needed. Great washer/dryer. Overall very nice

perfect for our family vacation
The condo was perfect for our family beach vacation. Very clean, spacious, and the ocean view is amazing. Location is awesome, very close to shops, restaurants, grocery store, and right next door to Surf Hut! So easy to access both the pool and beach, and the fact that 2 beach chairs/umbrella are included is a definite plus. We are looking forward to returning in the future!

We absolutely loved this condo! Very roomy 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Accommodations were awesome—so much Privacy between sleeping quarters. Private bathroom with each bedroom. Fully furnished kitchen with all you need for making your own meals or snacks. We enjoyed many evenings on the high top table sharing wine and watching the sun set. BEAUTIFUL We also enjoyed the low top outdoor table for fresh fish and steaks. Grills are available on the lower level. If you prefer to eat out, there are so many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The dining and living room were nicely furnished and comfortable! Great views through the sliding glass floor to ceiling doors. The swimming pool is meticulously maintained and huge! Nice walkable access to the beach through private walkway. Beach service chairs and umbrellas were fantastic! You can’t go wrong by renting this well kept clean condo!! We plan to visit again and again!!
