Place was amazing! Shared your listing with a few friends for future stays. This property just has amazing views - their pics on the listing just don’t do it justice. Property mgmt was super responsive, and was able to provide a flexible time range for checkin and checkout for me.

This condo is very comfortable even though it is two stories and you can drive right up to the door. There are decks facing the beautiful ocean with its gorgeous white sand. The kitchen was well equipped, 2 bathrooms near the 2 bedrooms was great and the laundry was upstairs where all the dirty clothes and bedding are. The smart TV accepted our Roku stick and we had our own TV choices on the chilly February days. We had an issue with the kitchen faucet and Newman-Dailey addressed it almost immediately by replacing the faucet unit.

Every thing was great. The Newman Daily website is easy to use offers a wealth of information that is useful! All the info I needed was at my fingertips…. Always my go to company for my vacation rentals every year!!

great location for the money.
Access to your very own private beach and 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you every morning. The beach was not overcrowded even during the 4th of July week. This home had everything you needed for the beach. 2 extra umbrellas 6 extra beach chairs plenty of different water flotation devices. Overall a great Airbnb.

we have rented other properties in destin managed by nd, they are always awesome!
This property is right on the water and super clean! They did have some nice plastic beach chairs u can utilize. This is the only property on the beach that we have stayed in where the roof of the porch on the 2nd level has a covering so water does not seep through. So even when it rained we were enjoying the view! No canopies on the beach. Even though it was 4th of July, it was not crowded for us because it is a private beach. ND has two beach chairs and an umbrella set up so your space on the beach is reserved. No need to get up early or fight the crowds! We will stay here again. Rent w confidence!

10 year anniversary getaway
Our weekend was great at Costa del sol C4, the unit is everything as pictured and the covered deck with tables was wonderful for having our breakfast at and looking at our gulf views and the large balcony outside of the master suit was wonderful for a nightly enjoyment of listening to the waves before bed. The beach was always clean and not crowded, we used the beach chair and umbrellas that came with our rental. I cooked in the kitchen and it had everything needed for me to prepare a meal. Everything worked, the unit is very clean , beautifully decorated, all the decks connect and are open but are sperate to each unit as this is a condo , we had no issues with our neighbors in units next to us. We enjoyed our stay and will use Newman Daily for our next vacation rental again.

amazing stay!
Our family had an amazing stay! The location was perfect for us. My husband and I wanted to stay at the beach and our teenagers were able to walk and shop as much as they wanted. Very safe location/neighborhood . The beach was a private beach for our rental so there were chairs and an umbrella set out early every morning. We had our own designated space. Waking up on the beach was amazing. The views are breathtaking! Our house/condo was perfect size and nicely updated. We could’ve used a few more paper goods; paper towels, toilet paper & trash bags but nothing major. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for such a memorable family vacation!

My family and I come to Destin every year and I’m glad we got to stay in this part of Florida this time and we will definitely be back. The ocean view is superb. The private beach is amazing. The decks are perfect for barbecuing and hanging out. the house is very cozy and the bed was so comfortable will definitely Recommend
