when we come back i will definitely be renting this place again.
Everything was great the house had all the appliances that was prefect for us, everything worked correctly the beds were comfy which is awesome after a day outside in the sun. This was the first time we had rented right on the beach we usually come every other year as a family vacation this one was the best one yet as a mom of preteens and young adults. I got to enjoy the beach all day while the kids would go in and out if they had enough sun for the day. Being able to sit on the balcony an watch them crab hunt at night making core memories was the best. I love the rain so when the storms rolled in I sat on the balcony watching them over the ocean was just a beautiful scene of nature. It was the perfect fit for our family best memories made for family vacation 2025.

the amazing views from the living room and master bedroom balconies are spectacular.
Being able to walk out your door, take a few steps and be on the beach underneath the provided umbrella and chair rental was priceless. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, desserts, etc. The owners next door were very kind and made us feel welcomed. We had a wonderful vacation!

the property is exactly how advertised.
We had a great time and the beachfront master bedroom was great! All the linens and towels were pristine clean, and the house is equipped with lots of extra to use at the beach! The beach chairs and umbrella they put out there for you was also a plus!

The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. There were plenty of towels for the amount of days we stayed. Overall we had a great experience! My family & I enjoyed this unit on the beach. It's well equipped with all the household things you'd need & close enough to the grocery store & restaurants if you prefer to dine out. Directly on the sand, uninterrupted ocean views - what more could you ask for? Our friends stayed in the primary suite upstairs with a fabulous deck and view. We had a few questions and the host was helpful with timely responses. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

This place was perfect!! It was everything we wanted and more!!! We loved the location the most! It was super nice to just walk to the back and be right at the beach! There was plenty of space between us and the neighbors on the beach. The house even had lots of beach toys and floaties! Our families thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we will most likely be back!!! costa del sol was wonderful
Costa Del Sol was wonderful. My family and I loved the location, right on the private beach with our own chairs and umbrella( 2 chairs and 1 umbrella). The place was great, it had everything my group needed for a relaxing family vacation. The beds were comfortable, and the layout and photos were just as described. You do have to bring your own supplies after the initial products run out like paper towels, toilet paper, detergent and etc. we loved all of the amenities and have no big complaints at all. Management was great and they are very responsive. It was definitely worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone coming to Miramar Beach.

perfect stay for our group!
Costa Del Sol C5 was perfect for our group! We really loved the 3 different porch options. We could feel like we were at the beach even when we weren't. Also really loved the 3 box fans in the closet because I'm use to white noise. Great pots, pans and silverware. We have stayed other places that didn't even have a pizza cutter. 5 out of 5 simple but great place.

perfect stay
Costa Del Sol C3 was exactly what we wanted and needed. The place was perfect for our week stay. Place looks just like the pictures. We had no issues getting to the place, getting in, etc.. Master bedroom was great - bed was comfortable! A big plus for us. Beach access was perfect. Will definitely be a repeat!! Had no issues. Love it!!

I loved having the umbrella and chairs set up at the beach, and it is technically a private section so even though the beach was busy, we never had anyone set up shop right in front or back of us. Loved the place overall. Hope to be back next year.

one of the best vacations, ever!
It was our first Airbnb, and it was one of the best vacations we ever had. The location is mind-blowing. The best part is not crowded, peaceful, and right in front of the beach, no need to wear your beach sandals/shoes. We had two chairs and umbrella reserved and waiting for us every day. It was clean, and have all the basic utensils available in the house. We enjoyed and it felt like it was our own home. We are planning to come again in the future :).

One step off the deck and you are on the beach! Our family had a wonderful time both on the beach and exploring Miramar/Destin. All the neighbors were friendly and inviting adding to the beach experience. A really nice plus was the included beach chairs and umbrella each morning waiting for us, so easy! We will definitely be back!

Costa Del Sol is always a great place to stay with a fantastic private beach. This property was no exception; clean, convenient & just a short distance from wonderful restaurants, entertainment & shopping. Just a couple of issues: the sofa really needs to be replaced & the deck is not level. That being said, I would return to this unit. Newman-Dailey was wonderful with which to work.

great beach stay
This is the second time we have stayed at Costa Del Sol in the past 6 months. Although it is not a plush as some condo's we have stayed in, the location right on the beach makes up for that. You just walk out the back door and you are on the beach. The only comment I have is that both times we have stayed there we had an issue with the first day beach service. The listing states beach service daily but unless you let Newman Dailey know prior, you will not have beach service the first day. In April I personally called the beach service company as we could not find an attendant on duty and they delivered the promised umbrella and 2 chairs in about an hour. This time the attendant said the plan is "5 days paid and the 6th free." So please inform the nice people at Newman Dailey if you plan to be on the beach on day one of your rental.

I stayed during the new year and the weather was amazing compared to where I’m from. The view is breathe taking. Everything equipped to cook dinners and nothing really out of place. I will suggest a can opener though. Theres only thing that I did not like and it was my last day there. I woke up to banging and they were working on my only access to the beach from the back. It lasted almost all day. I did use the the front access to the beach but it would of been nicer to of done that at a better time than on my last day there. Other than that! Amazing place and I’ll be back!

We come to Destin annually and always try to stay in the Costa Del Sol townhomes. We love the feel of having our own place and our own beach access. This was our first time in unit C3, and we found it in great condition, very clean, and very suitable for our needs. We also loved the amenities from Newman Dailey! such a great vacationparking!
We loved staying at Costa Del Sol C3 and we plan on renting it again. The condo had an incredible location and view on the beach. We loved the ease of parking right outside the condo. We had plenty of room for our family. The three decks were great for enjoying coffee in the morning while we watched the waves. Thank you so much for the umbrella and beach chair rental that was included. It was such a treat to not have to haul a ton of stuff to set up camp on the beach. We really loved the 15ft of personal beach space that was just for us. We had zero complaints about the property. The property manager was very helpful too when our five year old accidentally locked the bathroom door with no one it. The Newman-Dailey folks had great customer service when we checked in too. This was the fourth time for us to stay in Destin. It was our first time at this property. It was definitely the best vacation yet and we can't wait to book it again for next year.
