love this unit!
This was my second year at this property and it’s so comfortable and homey. Loved my stay and will return next year! I appreciate the wonderful people at Newman Dailey. They make you feel like family??

this condo was exceptional and like staying in a 5 star hotel. everything was first class.
My wife and I like to go to Miramar Beach in late Sep or early Oct when the weather is still warm and there are less people there. We have stayed at Ciboney Condiminiums several times and like it because of its proximity to the beach and to Pompano Joes, our favorite restaurant. The condo we stayed at this time (Unit 3305) was by far the nicest we have seen in the complex. It was decorated and outfitted at an exceptional level. We will definitely want to stay there next year.

we definitely would recommend & stay here again!
This condo was perfect. It was just as pictured. It clean and smelt good. We had everything that we needed. I previously read other reviews about the upstairs neighbors being loud. We did not have any issues there. The beach was right across the road with private beach access. We had access to an umbrella & chairs. The condo had carts to unload our belongings onto & an elevator. Which was extremely helpful.

it was the most perfect place for our family
It accommodated all 5 of us well, had a great view of the ocean, was very close to the beach, and was very well decorated and furnished, and very clean! We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back again

It was well equipped and convenient to the beach and restaurants. My family and I really enjoyed staying in this unit. It was clean and updated! Everything was so well organized for our visit! I would stay here again!

wow, this is my new favorite stay ever.
Usually you find a place and the place looks better in pictures-this is not the case with this rental. It is even more beautiful and grand in person! The place is decorated so beautifully. Being able to see the beach from the living room and the master bedroom was incredible. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. They even provide you with a nice starter kit to help with cleaning dishes. My favorite part about this stay was the complimentary beach chair service every day. The beach is just a short walk across the street and you’re also right next to pompano joes which has amazing drinks and food. The bathrooms were also SO nice and the large TVs provided in the living room and the bedrooms were fantastic. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this stay. 10/10!

I would definitely come and stay again. The walk to the beach was really short. Had a beach view from the balcony. Also, the place was extremely clean. I love it!

beautiful home! loved all of the upgrades.
This was our first experience with Newman Dailey Properties and it was fantastic. Loved their communication. The price of the unit was considerably low, so that was a bonus. The unit itself was better than the listing. Seriously! Everything is new… the walls, the paint, the texture, all new! Everything is very high end. The Wolf appliances, wow. The Bassett furniture. Even the $1200 toilets! Our family found the unit to be very clean. The beach view is beautiful and really understated in the listing. It’s great! The space is large and there’s plenty of room. Loved having a security system that beeped when the doors opened. The laundry room was a great bonus and I enjoyed the large countertop while doing laundry. The Electrolux washer and dryer were so nice. The beach set up with umbrella and 2 chairs was fantastic and completely hassle-free! Great location close to restaurants and shopping. We loved this unit and will definitely be back!

It’s also located within walking distance to activities, shopping, restaurants, and an ice cream shop! We had a great time at the beach, shopping, and parasailing! We can’t wait to come back!

Place is amazing! We enjoyed everything! Very clean with high-end appliances and finishings. Newman-Dailey was very helpful and the instructions were exact in every way. Highly recommend this place and I foresee us renting this place again in the future

wonderful experience
Perfect location, steps away to the gated entrance to the beach. The condo is located on the 3rd floor and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. I loved having my morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony. The unit was very clean, beautiful decorated and furnished and it had everything we needed. Communication was great prior to arrival. We really loved this condo and can't wait to return. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
