we loved this beautiful condo!
It had everything we needed and was in a great location! The beds were very comfortable. We will be staying in this unit next time we visit Destin. The location had a family feel. Right across the street from the beach.

excellent stay!
We have stayed in this lovely condo more than once and love it! It is very clean and comfortable. The decor is beautiful. You can tell the owner takes pride in providing a relaxing environment because it seems more “cozy” than most rentals. The beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen has more than the standard cookware
that makes it feel more like home when preparing a meal. We enjoy relaxing on the balcony and watching people walk by while loving the view of the water. The location is great because it’s close to many restaurants as well as a mall and grocery store. We definitely recommend this condo and will stay there again.

perfect stay!
Our stay was perfect. The porch overlooking the ocean is so relaxing and the ideal space for a cup of coffee. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked. Camille’s restaurant is only steps away with fabulous food as well as live music on occasion. While its location is convenient to Publix and shopping, it is in a quaint area with sidewalks which are great for evening strolls.

would recommend this rental property.
Great location to attractions, shopping and beach access. Nice view of the gulf. The pool was never crowded and it was clean. Family friendly. We had an issue with a door handle, communication with the property management was quick and easy and they sent someone out the same day.

great condo
Great place. Caribbean Dunes is right across from public beach access, and you can see the ocean from the condo, which has a nice balcony. The setup is good. Having a washer and dryer is great; even for a short stay, it's great for drying towels after swimming in the pool or going to the beach. An important thing to know: the host, which is Newman-Dailey, only gives you 24-hours worth of supplies, meaning: trash bags and dishwasher tablets. Also, there is no salt or pepper shakers or coffee filters for the coffee maker. Now, to be fair, it does say in the portal, that there is a 24-hour supply of start-up supplies and then you need to get your own. I mention it not as a complaint, but to say that if you're used to AirBnb culture, where the host supplies those things for the duration of your stay, you should plan to either bring those items or get them during your stay. After I spoke to Newman-Dailey, they did send some coffee filters, coffee and trash bags, which was nice of them.

great location, better rental
Nice and clean, super easy access to beach. Great coffee shop right around the corner (Camilles). King bed downstairs was top 5 comfy as far as previous stays. Smart TVs, could watch anything I wanted, perfect for my Youtube and Apple TV. Everything you needed in kitchen to eat in. Girls had a nice space in loft. Would stay again!
