Probably the cleanest and well-equipped rental property I have stayed in. Kitchen and bath were updated nicely. Had an issue with the AC but Newman Dailey addressed it promptly.

Nice, comfortable stay. The place is basic but clean and has everything you need. Loved being on the first floor with easy access and a partial ocean view.

Anyone looking to enjoy white sandy beaches, beautiful clear refreshing water needs to visit the Destin area. We stayed in the Caribbean Dunes which is right across the street from the beach and had a wonderful view of the water. There is lots to do in the area.

I loved being able to see the ocean from the living room. The space was perfect for my 4 month old grandson and myself while my daughter in law was staying nearby with a bachelorette party.

Bday Trip. My family and I, were celebrating our daughter’s 3rd bday with a trip to the beach. The property is close to lots of kid friendly fun. The place was clean and left tons of recommendations for outings.

really happy with this condo.
Perfect location and great set up for a family of 3 or 4. Access to the beach right off the patio steps and walking distance to a couple really good restaurants and a coffee shop. Nice pool area also. Clean and updated condo.

condo was in our favorite location.
Host communicated regularly and gave clear. easy instructions. condo is perfect for a couple, or small family. we loved being next to Camille's to get food or drinks. The beach is just across an easy street to cross, no heavy traffic. Living Room furniture should be updated for the price of the rental but it didn't hinder our stay. Will definitely consider staying in this unit again for it's great location and convenience.

amazing vacation!
We had the most amazing vacation. This place felt like home the moment we walked in. Everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy. This condo has tons of upgrades that were very nice. The pool was great. Great view of the Ocean from the patio. Camille’s that’s in walking distance was amazing. The best part, we were just a few steps to the beach. Henderson beach park is our go to for beach days and it was right next door! This condo is the perfect location and we love everything about it! We will definitely be back!

My Grandkids loved being able to go out on the porch, grassy area and sidewalk. This place was fantastic. Loved the pool and the beach was right across the street. We like staying in the area because the lifeguards train every morning and are there thru out the day!

Location is great. Just a short walk to the beach. We only stayed one night but it seemed to be clean and taken care of. We did have 2 people from the property management company come to thew house after we checked in because they needed to do something in the bathroom and with the cable box. With as much as we paid for one night (Over $700) this should have been taken care of before we checked in. Ultimately it was a great place and would recommend.

Descent place to stay. Location was very convenient.. Shower curtain was filthy and panel came off of tub. Bunk bed mattress very uncomfortable. Overall it was a descent place because of location.

my husband and i loved this condo! clean, bright and a great location! just a few steps to the beach
We had a great time in this perfectly located and decorated condo. It was very clean and had a nice view of the Gulf and Crystal Beach. We could pack up our beach bag and walk to the beach in 3 minutes. The kitchen had everything we needed to do a little cooking and even had a cork screw. We sat on our patio in the evening and enjoyed the view of the water. In the morning we drank our coffee on the patio which was covered so even rainy mornings were great. The swimming pool and hot tub were nice and well maintained. Camille’s Restaurant was a block away for breakfast pickup or an afternoon cocktail. Everything was perfect!!
