Very clean and cute house. Well maintained with a full kitchen and laundry room. The washer and dryer came in really handy with all of our beach trips! Easy access to check in and when checking out. There are several restaurants, shopping centers, arcades, and of course the beach within walking distance. Having your own personal pool was the cherry on top! We would stay here again. The only unanimous complaint from our group was the beds. The mattresses are very firm.

Very enjoyable stay. The house was clean and well equipped. Loved sitting on the covered porch relaxing. And the location was perfect - approximately 2 blocks from the beach. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Newman-Dailey was always available when needed and extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely used them again as we go to Destin once or twice a year. Been to Crystal Beach before and love the area.

What an adorable beach cottage! The layout was perfect. We were a small group of three. We gathered in the great room for meals and games and still enjoyed private time in our respective rooms. We enjoyed dips in the pool after a day at the beach which was a short walk away. The kitchen is cozy. There's really only enough room for one cook in the kitchen at a time which was fine for us. We took turns cooking. There were plenty of pots and pans available. They were a little worse for the wear but we made them work. A couple comments said it needed an update but we were happy with it. It's exactly as pictured. We loved it so much, we extended our trip! Will definitely return as soon as possible!

fantastic time
The house is bigger than you think it will be. There seems to be an addition, which has the room with bunk beds and an additional room with a sleeper sofa. The house was clean and is in an amazing neighborhood. It was quiet, clean, safe, and close to the beach. Seriously can’t recommend this place enough! We had a great stay.

This house is a great place. 5 minute walk to beautiful beaches. Set in a great neighborhood with sidewalks and very quiet. Plenty of romm for our family. Nice quaint pool witch we used on our last day.

everything was great!
A few things needed repairs at this home, but the company is on top of it and they send repairmen out to replace or fix these items right away. The office have very pleasant people working there and are always there to help. We were very impressed. Loved the fact that is was so close to the water, shopping, and restaurants too.

we had a nice stay!
House was very clean and cute. AC worked well in August. Pool and backyard were a good little break from the beach. Neighborhood was quaint and very family friendly. Because kitchen is small, it’s easier to eat out than to cook large dinners there. I really had a wonderful stay. Check-in was a breeze as well.

love love love this house
best house to stay in in Destin, close enough to walk to the beach without the beach traffic and congestion. this house is cozy and yet big enough for us and our 6 kids to have our own space and be comfortable without crowding each other. the front porch is great for morning coffee and the back sun room is great for evenings watching the kids swim and the front patio is perfect for an evening glass of wine. It is wonderful having a private pool right outside the back door. we rented bikes and the kids rode bikes all week in-between softball games-beach and pool. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION- this location is really in the middle of everything - The pier, all the great restaurants, walmart, the beach, grocery stores, big lots, movie theatre. your biggest decision will be how to manage your time with all the great places around.

wonderful home!
My family and I had a great vacation in this house. It was tucked away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the good stuff that we walked to get ice cream and eat. The kids especially loved the private pool and it was my bargaining trip to get them off the beach. They got to splash around while we enjoyed pizza and beer on the patio. (We had the beer, not the kids - haha) Will definitely be back and stay with Newman-Dailey!

This was a great house for our stay. We love the location as it is super close to the beach, you can go one way and use the Crystal Beach access or go the other way and use the Hutchison access. We were a little disappointed there wasn't any beach chairs or wagon available for use. This is the first house we've rented that didn't have those available.

perfect getaway!
This cottage was perfectly located and was adorable! The listing didnt do it justice as it was clean and spacious. The pool was a great addition and made staying in so fun. Everything was perfect with the exception of no frying pan and no propane in the grill.
