There is so much to do and the water is beautiful! Booking through Newman Dailey makes our stays worry free and so easy from before check in until after we leave. We wouldn’t trust any other company like we trust Newman Dailey!

i highly recommend this home!
Home is exactly as pictured and a very comfortable stay! The location is perfect, walk across the street to the beach and Pompano Joes. The pool is always very clean (we’ve stayed at this location before). The main bedroom bed is especially comfortable, which I greatly appreciated. The kitchen has everything you could need plus some. The board games throughout were a nice addition as well. I absolutely have to rave about the management group 10/10. They were understanding to our flight and flying across the country, allowing us to access the unit a few minutes early once it was ready for us. Responsive, clear communication via text and/or phone, and I mean minutes not hours, and very professional. I highly recommend this home! Thank you so much for having us.

it was perfect!
The condo was spotless. The view was great from downstairs and upstairs balconies. The condo had everything we needed. Serene music playing as you walk into the door added extra peace which helped after fighting traffic & airport craziness. The walk to the beach took about 6 minutes for me but I'm 55 yrs old. The beach chairs were perfect.... right in front of Pompano Joes with the friendliest employee Caleb Ward. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great! The groundskeepers did an awesome job each morning too. We stayed June 2025 in 11B. Everything was great. The grounds were very well maintained. Very clean and had everything we needed. It took about 6 minutes to walk to the beach from our door. Great view!

I had not been to Destin since 1997, where I stayed with my family at The Blue Surf. The whole complex is virtually unchanged, and I mean that in a good way. The owners have kept up the maintenance and our condo had great views and access to the beach. Grouper sandwiches at Pompano Joe’s are 2.5X I remember.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is just a short walk across the street to the beach. It is at a public access but it was never overcrowded. We all appreciated the nice beds to sleep on every thing felt like a home away from home. There is a flight of steps to climb because it is a condo on top of an apartment but that was fine for us but just know in case you want ground level. We are completely happy with this booking and will definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was great! We were only a few yards away from the beach. The accommodations were very nice…clean and comfortable. We had a view issues with the tv, it was taken care of in a timely manner. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Visited Destin recently and stayed at The Blue Surf. The stay was very nice, the proximity to the beach was awesome at 350 yards!!! The accommodations were great, there were a couple of issues that were quickly resolved. The pricing was phenomenal!!! I would definitely recommend and stay at this property again!!!

We stayed at Blue Surf 11b this summer and had an amazing holiday. We’ve stayed there once before and it’s a lovely condo – it has everything you need, the beds are very comfortable and it’s gorgeously decorated. The only issue we had was that, during our two week stay, wasps started building a nest on the ceiling of the balcony but Newman Dailey had someone remove it within a couple of hours of us calling them! The service we received both booking and staying with Newman Dailey was excellent and we can’t wait to come back!

beautiful location & excellent service
Amazing location as it was right across the street from the beautiful Miramar Beach, which allowed us to walk instead of drive and go through the nightmare of thrift to find parking during a busy weekend. The place itself was clean and had everything we needed from towels to soap to a washer/dryer. I definitely recommend staying at this location if you’re someone who values a smooth and easy stay during a vacation.

We booked last minute with just our family this year. This was great. Put 3 teenage boys upstairs to have their own space. Loved having 2 balconies facing the ocean and pool. Cooked a few meals there and all breakfasts and lunches there because beach access was so close!

We couldn't have been happier with this Condo. The location is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway! Right across the road you have access to the beach with your own chairs & umbrellas already set up for you each day. Pompano Joe's is also right across the road with great food and drinks to bring out to your beach chairs! Badass Coffee is about a 15 minute walk and is the PERFECT way to start each morning. The double balconies at the unit provide the best views each morning & evening. We got great use out of the pool area in the evenings as well. The Condo is nice, it was pretty clean and everything was in working order other than slightly low water pressure in the upstairs shower. The only thing we would have liked is a golf cart to go with the unit, but we know now for next time that the golf cart rental is a must! We will certainly be back!

perfect location when you have little kids
We stayed in this townhouse with an 8, 6, and 4 year old for 2 weeks. We loved the family room area upstairs so that we could keep the kids occupied without the neighbors below us to hear our kids stomp or run around. The balconies have a fantastic view of the ocean (few minutes' walk) and overlook the pool, which is a 30 second walk down the stairs. We were very happy with the overall proximity to the beach, since we had lots of stuff to carry plus 3 little kids. Pompano Joe's restaurant and the check-in for activities (parasailing, banana boat, jetski) was directly across the street, which was very handy for families. Especially since most of the time, you have to reserve your spot early at Pompano Joe's for dinner (it gets super crowded) and it's so easy to run across the street and put your name in, then go back to the pool and hang out for an hour or two until your table is ready. Overall the townhouse was clean, quiet, and accurately represented on the listing. We would stay here again.

This was absolutely everything we expected! Perfect location the condo was clean and loved all the space we had. One item I would recommend adding is a crock pot! I wished I had brought mine. I love to throw in dinner at lunch break. But I really hope to return to this very unit! overall our stay was fantastic.
Overall our stay was fantastic. The only issue we had was light bulbs missing. One was missing in the master bedroom, both balconies didn't have light bulbs and the master bath was missing a bulb. The view was great and it was a very clean place. We loved every minute of the stay.

I literally feel like Dawn saved us from a nightmare! We originally booked a condo through someone else and lets just say that it was inhabitable. I found Newman-Dailey and Dawn had us squared away within an hour or so of our initial conversation. But, inside of that hour I'd viewed 3-4 properties went over rates etc etc etc. She went OVER & beyond all that I could've asked for especially in an emergency situation. Ontop of the excellent service, the property was BEAUTIFUL and the location was perfect. We really could not be any more pleased. We will definitely be back to utilize more of thier properties.

11B has a great view from both balconies. The furnishings are nice, and the kitchen well stocked with everything you need, minus food of course). Two bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms made this a great place for my wife and I, along with another couple to have plenty of space. The large upstairs living room and downstairs dining room gave us great spots to hang out together. Proximity to the beach was a big plus, along with Pompano Joe’s restaurant right across the street. We will be back!

Great location and view of ocean with 2 balconies. Updated decor and easy to check in and out. Negatives for a week..no potholder was ridiculous and needed more than 1 towel/washcloth to keep kitchen usable or leave laundry detergent. Upstairs beds uncomfortable.

great vacation
This was our first time with you and we absolutely loved it the condo 11-b was very clean and spacious. We loved the layout of it even though you had to do stairs to get there, we wouldn't stay on the second floor again only for the reason our daughter has a handicap and stairs are not great for her- don't get me
wrong we loved it!! We had stayed in the Destin harbor for 6 years at a friends condo while our family and friends were with or around the Blue Surf area and it was so much nicer being right there within walking distance of the beach and all our friends. Will definitely stay at Blue Surf again - no question just not in any of the second floor condos. Thank you so much.
***I think the second floor bedroom is missing a remote my daughter couldn't get the tv to change channels I think it

Enjoyed my stay for the second time at BlueSurf 11B. great view, and location to the beach. the entire week was great. The whole unit has been updated since the last time I stayed in it! this experience was even better than the last. The only thing that I think needs to be improved is the WiFi, the connection is slow and the connection drops too frequently requiring me to re-connect. This is not something that will deter me from staying again in the future though.

We stayed in condo 11B for 5 days. The cond was clean and greatly maintained, all the amenities we could think of were available. It was simply an extension of our Home in Texas.
It's walking proximity to the beach was perfect. We could also see our kids swim in the pool from the patio.

My "Sister" vacation was wonderful. The townhouse was exactly what was needed, very spacious and comfortable. However it is in need of some repairs. The faucet in the upstairs bathtub did not work and therefore no hot water. The doors were hard to lock, if we could lock them. The screens need to be replaced as well if you want to keep the doors open and bugs out. I also feel more supplies should be provided for the amount of money spent for four nights.
I rate the unit a 4 star because of the above comments.

La vue du balcon est vraiment sympa. La mer n'est qu'à 700 mètres à pied. Idéal pour se baigner lorsqu'on rentre de visite. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et chaleur. Il est resté à notre disponibilité en cas de problèmes et a été très arrangeant. De plus, il répond très rapidement aux messages. Je vous conseille cet appartement pour vos vacances. La ville d'à côté, Trogir, est très jolie et fait parti du patrimoine de l'UNESCO.

We stayed in unit 11B & the pictures online due this place no justice! This unit was very clean & had literally everything we needed, plus extras. Downstairs is the kitchen & dining, very spacious equipped with a flat tv and a stereo to listen to . The bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed w/balcony facing the pool and the beach. The upstairs is the living room, equipped with another flat tv and it had extra Dvd's to watch, there were also board games & puzzles for our use, there was also the second balcony to a beautiful view to the beach. This unit literally felt like a second home, they even had extra beach toys for our use! Both rooms had tv's w/dvd players and the restrooms were very clean & updated. They also provided extra blankets located in each bedroom closets. I love the fact that we used a code for the front door entrance, instead of a key or card, it was so convient. This was our first time booking a townhouse and our first with Newman-Dailey and I'm so bless that my experience with both were nothing but wonderful. I'm definitely a customer for life =)

Loved this Blue Surf condo rental, close proximity to beach, loved the upstairs livingroom area, seperate from the masterbedroom area. Nice decorations. Loved having a keyless entry, no worries about losing, having it stolen from beach, one of the kids locking it inside, ect. Truly a relaxful vacation!

This was our ninth winter at Blue Surf, Unit 11B. As usual, everything was great. We loved the new walk-in shower, the new lighting system in the kitchen and the many other improvements that have been done over the past couple of years. The location for us is ideal. Right across the street from the beach, unobstructed view and within walking distance of some local restaurants. This really is our home away from home.

We have stayed in this unit for the past eight winters. Newman-Dailey really look after us. One phone call to them and they respond quickly. We love the location, the walking trail/bicycle path and use it daily. Being close to Pompano Joe's is very convenient. We're golfers so having so many courses in the immediate vicinity is a big plus.

We choose our condo rental based on the beach and this location was perfect! We were able to rent bikes for the week and only took our car out in the evenings. If you aren't looking for luxury, but still want a place that feels like home, this is it! Very welcoming atmosphere and peaceful surroundings. We'll be back to rent from Newman Dailey again next year!

We had a wonderful time. Just a note about cleaning - the couch and chair upstairs probably needs to be cleaned (there were alot of stains that could be removed if steamed cleaned) and the remote control was missing from the upstairs den.
We would definitely stay there again and are planning on making a reservation in this same unit for next year. We loved it!!!

I want to THANK YOU so very much for allowing us to rent your condo! We had such an amazing time in Destin. This condo was more than accommodating for my family and the location was perfect. Although, I didn't rest much while we were there (up before 8 AM and late to bed every night), it was a much needed getaway. We loved it so much that we are already planning another trip there! Nice townhouse off of the street. However, it could use some updating. We had an issue with one of the shower doors and called Newman Dailey. It was fixed within hours.

A clean, nice townhouse located perfectly across from the beach with a wonderful view of the water from either balcony and great to have beach chairs and umbrella waiting for us each day at the beach. Our place was lovely with everything we needed... except for a big 12 inch skillet. Having the water toys was very nice since we didn't bring any. The grounds were immaculate as was our condo. The place next door was really shabby but we understood later that there was a problem with the owners. The view from both balconies was great. On the negative side... I never could get the internet to connect. I called & reported it & they even sent a man out but it didn't help. All in all, it was a wonderful family trip & we would definitely stay there again. the blue surf suite is a great place for a great price,
The suite is very spacious and confortable with all the appliances necessary. The location which is right across the gulf was very convenient for the whole family. The pool within the premises is very clean. Overall this a great place to have a vacation with the whole family. I greatly recommend this suite and will be back next year.

nice, but beginning to show some wear.
This was our 3rd time at Blue Surf. The past two
times we stayed in the same unit, but this time
we were in a different unit 11B. The outside
of the unit next to ours was looking pretty shaby.
The carpeting in our unit is raveling at the seams.
We had to call housekeeping to clean some white
substance that had been spilled on the kitchen
chair and carpeting. It never did come off the carpeting. The frames around the sliding glass doors were all rusted. It just wasn't as nice as the last unit we stayed in the past years.
