Easy communications with property management. Daily chair and umbrella set up on beach is a definite PLUS. Pompani Joe's restaurant is across the street and had the best food of many of the restaurants we visited while staying on the Emerald Coast. Ate there more than 5 times-excellent each time. we went in late April. Would stay here again.

Great ground floor condo! Walking to the beach is a piece of cake, right across the street, and the chair/umbrella set up each day was marvelous. The best place to eat/drink IS walkable, Pompano Joe's right across the street. Food SO GOOD we ate there 5 times. Stayed for 7 days.

Loved this property. It was right across the street from Miramar Beach in Destin. Very easy walk across the street where the public access is to the beach. the property itself is very well maintained. We stayed in unit 11 A which was on the first floor right across from the pool. The unit itself was very well stocked for all our kitchen needs (pots, pans, and utensils). The others staying on property were very neighborly and very welcoming. We definitely want to come back again.

Our stay was great! Would be back. We came for our babymoon, and the walk to the beach was incredibly easy- even at 7.5 months pregnant. We loved being so close to everything as well such as mini golf and other restaurants.

The property is in a great location (right across from the beach). The back patio is facing the pool. The gift bag was a nice touch which included a few necessities. We had a great stay and would consider this property again.

We love Destin and Blue surf. We love the excellent service Newman Daily provides and the great communication. This was our 4th stay at Blue surf and third at this same condo. Newman Daily would get 5 stars. Unfortunately, the renters above ran around night and day like they were chasing a ball around. They didn't walk, they STOMPED. It was impossible to rest while this was happening. After a quick intro review ND called and asked how things were and I told them. They said they would speak to them but had no ability to make them be quieter. It really affects your hopefully peaceful and restful vacation when there are inconsiderate people above you.

perfect vacation spot for a couple
We really enjoyed the unit and proximity to the beach and restaurants. No stairs or elevator needed and pool was perfect. The unit could use a few updates but otherwise we would definitely stay here again. Newman Daily was extremely easy to work with.

1st family vacation
It was great first family vacation. The spot is perfect for a small family who doesn't want the loud atmosphere. The condos were quiet, the people were staying around us were older than middle age. There is a pool, and the ocean is right across the street. There is a nice ice cream shop nearby, a couple of shopping spots at the nearby corner, and can eat across the street. Having chairs at the beach with reservation is a great perk.
No negatives.

happy to be at blue surf 11a again!
We were happy and grateful to return to Blue Surf 11A, and pleasantly surprised to find a better sliding glass door there. Was there a new refrigerator as well? At any rate, thanks to you and your staff for keeping the place in great shape!
We did find a few items that needed attention:
1. The microwave light needs a new bulb (I believe it is a 2-position light)
2. The bathroom sink did not drain well while we were there (mid-September)
3. The wooden coat rack in the hallway just outside the bedroom was loose from the wall (needs Molloy or anchor bolts to secure it to the wallboard).
We'll be looking forward to reserving 11A again next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Surf 11A. The suggestions I have are to use an air freshener. There seemed to be an odor. Also, the carpet seemed dated so maybe change it or put tile flooring. Lastly, I had to mention that there was an old rusted beach chair left on the patio by someone which was an eyesore when we arrived.

stress relief on the beach
We have stayed at this location a few years ago. The property was still in excellent condition. It has a great location to access the beach with a short walk to the beach service. Our stay only had a single issue and the property manager worked to get it repaired quickly. The check in had been emailed the day before which caught us off guard. This was a change from last trip and was the only bad thing I can review as no notice was noted about the checkin process. Overall Newman-Dailey treated us very well and we will be looking forward to staying at their properties in the future.

I was very happy with everything, especially being able to have the use of the beach chairs and umbrella. However, I would like to make one small suggestion: please, could you get a new combination lock for the lock box at your office on highway 98. The present one is impossible to read because it is so corroded. It took several very anxious tries before we could get it to open.

Our condo exceeded our expectations! The location was absolutely perfect. The condo was nicely updated and layout was perfect! Designated Parking spot. Directly across from Pompano Joes and the beach. Literally a 2 minute walk! Fanta Sea bike rental shop a 5 min walk! Easy to get around from this location! Loved everything about it!

The unit could use some update, The sofa was so uncomfortable to sit on . The little chair you almost sank to the floor. We were there 3 weeks and the noise from upstairs was awful especially at night about 9-9;30 above our bedroom. Music was so loud we couldn't even hear our tv and heavy walking .It sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling.

wonderful time!
We always look forward to our beach vacation at Blue Surf. Although we had residual wind and rain from hurricane Irma the first few days, the remainder of the week was quite nice. We were happy to note that many of the items in the townhome that needed attention were taken care of since we were last there. We appreciate that kind of attention and upkeep! We have stayed in this unit before. Some minor issues with the air conditioner at the beginning of our stay, but that was taken care of. Perfect set up for two people, but is cramped when we have had 4. Could use a new toaster :). And the association should spring for new shuffleboard equipment. Will stay at Blue Surf in the future. Awesome location. Restaurants within walking distance. And the beach is right across the street.

will come back again and again
Love staying in Blue Surf Inn. Everything so well laid out. The convenience of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beauty of being able to walk out onto a patio or deck and sit, watch and listen to the beach is amazing. I love staying there because of the view, the ease of which to check in and check out and the people who are friendly and helpful in the surrounding condos. The community as a whole is just a wonderful experience.
I have been there 4 times in the past years and this last trip I made by myself. So relaxing and uplifting to be there. The condo was perfect for me.
The fact that Allegiant now has direct flights was a huge benefit. I had driven in years past and the unbelievable ease with which I was able to fly in and out without the lines and waiting was truly a joy. I can't wait to go back.

We love the complex and would love to stay there again but not 11A the unit needs much work. Patio door doesn't lock been that way 4 yrs celing falling from water damage. Furniture uncomfortable needs much updated care and carpet was gross filthy. Sorry but want to stay if better unit next stay. The area is great and well taken care of outside. The Hixons

another fine time at blue surf
Thank you for another wonderful stay we had during Sept. 10-17. We enjoyed ourselves and the place at Blue Surf 11A immensely!
Some things we noticed that need attention:
1. The coffee maker carafe has a chip at its pouring spout; it may need to be replaced.
2. We noticed the ceiling in the main living/kitchen area may need to be fixed or redone.
3. The refrigerator started to leak water onto the floor on our last day. We needed to put a towel on the floor by the refrigerator to soak up the water. We called in the problem, but it was difficult to get someone to come out that day. Hopefully this problem has since been fixed!
4. The night light on the underside of the microwave did not seem to work.
We love coming to Blue Surf 11A each year, and though the above items may be a little critical of us, we'd like the place to stay in good shape for a long time to come, so we can continue to enjoy it. Thanks for all you do to make our beach stay the best!

There is nothing better than spending time at the Blue Surf in Mirimar Beach. The. Condo is lovely and well appointed. The beach is great and easy to access. We have stayed there off and on for over 20 years and it never fails to be enjoyable. Add to the fact that the Newman Daily staff is profession and easy to deal with makes it even better. I have stayed with my sister in one of the larger units at at Blue Surf many times, but this is the first time I have rented on my own and stayed in a one bedroom unit. As always at Blue Surf I had a very agreeable experience. On the very positive side: the unit was clean, well arranged, quiet and the bed very comfortable. However, I would like to suggest one or two things which would possibly help improve 11A. There was a telephone in the unit, but no way of knowing the number in case someone wanted to call me. I don't know whether not leaving a number was deliberate, but I managed to find out the number by asking someone who called by mistake what number they had dialled. I know from staying in other Blue Surf units it is standard practice to leave a TV guide: there wasn't one in 11A. When we arrived there was a lot of water in the bottom of the refrigerator, but once it was cleaned up we didn't have a problem again. The door to the patio is very stiff and the lock ever so hard to operate. Fortunately, there was a plank nearby which could be used to secure the door. We had a great time and hope we can return next year.

After some mix-up in getting the correct key code, we opened the door to a clean, nicely decorated home. The sliding glass door was much easier to open this time, compared to last year. We enjoyed terrific weather each day we were there. When the sun & heat were too much, the townhome was a perfect shelter, with a/c and all appliances working beautifully. We appreciate the improvements made in the furnishings, too.

a wonderful, relaxing beach vacation!
We always appreciate the expert, prompt service from Newman-Dailey. Our time at Blue Surf is something we look forward to all year. The facilities were in very good shape, and the amenities and the location right across the road from the beach cannot be beat. The sliding glass door from the apartment to its patio has become hard to slide, however. We hope that will be attended to in the near future.

blown away by over-the-top customer service
After Sea Oates rudely denied our request for a one night stay, we found Blue Surf by accident and were pleasantly surprised with unit 11A, and blown away by the over-the-top customer service offered by Kerbi and Kate. Our one night stay is due to the fact our house "Tranquility," wasn't to be ready until the afternoon of the 4th. I'd recommend this unit, and facility to anyone as it was clean, cozy, quiet, and relaxing. And although the price was higher than Sea Oates, the friendliness of the service received at Blue Surf made it that much easier to spend the $. Thanks!

it was a great get away from the north.
We enjoyed our unit very much. A few things that would have been helpful would be these three minor things: a light in the dining area, more cookware for the oven, and bigger barstools for adults. The location was very handy for all we did. We would return again.

This is our second time renting this particular unit and it is perfect for us. The size of the unit allows for 4 people to stay comfortably.
Location. location. Location! Right across the street from the beach. Restaurants within walking distance. And the ice cream truck comes by everyday!
The unit has been upgraded since our last stay. New TVs, washer & dryer and new shower have been added. I wasn't sure about the washer & dryer, but was happy to have it and used it many times.
The Newman-Dailey staff are so friendly and they were so helpful. I had originally booked our condo for a different week & when the school changed our Spring Break, I was able to switch our condo reservation without issue. I will always use them to reserve a condo whenever we visit Destin!

There were 2 adults and 2 children staying in this unit. The bedroom was a good size with a king size bed and flat panel TV. The children slept on the pull out couch in the living area without complaint. The unit was very clean and I loved the fact that the washer and dryer were in the room. It is a ground floor unit with easy parking and access to the beach.

best vacation stay i've ever had!
This was wonderful! I had never been to Florida & this was our 1st real vacation/honeymoon since we married in Feb 2008. The room was super clean, well kept - it looked brand new ( much more modern in decor than the pictures on the website show)-loved the hugh shower, the grounds were nicely kept also & right across the street was the sand & ocean. We enjoyed the ocean breeze in the evening from the patio. My husband took advantage of the golf packages & I enjoyed "Me Time" sunning on the beach! We will definitely make this a yearly trip!

Our unit had all the amenities needed and decorated very homey. Not a
highrise, green grass and a walk across the street to the beautiful
white sandy beach. Popano Joe's is right across the steeet and has
great seafood. The designated parking was an asset. We did not have
internet access so had to go to Bad Ass Coffee. We're so thankful to
