great location to the beach, destin and panama city!
Excellent restaurants that are easily accessible. The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood that makes for enjoyable walks day or night. Communication with N-D was excellent with prompt replies to our questions and all the information they provided was clear and helpful. Everyone we met in our travels were very friendly; full of southern charm. We ventured out to the Air Force Museum at Eglin AFB and the Wesley House but really enjoyed spending time at the beautiful beach and pool area.

A beautiful condo, comfortable beds. Loved the lobby area which took us to the private beach. The furnished outdoor patio was used daily. Location to many eateries and outlet mall was perfect. The gated community and garage parking was great with no concerns for safety. Would love to rent again when we are back in the area. I can’t say enough about this accommodation. Thank you!

this unit was first rate and very clean.
The beds were very comfortable and had nice linens. We enjoyed the outdoor patio with nice furniture. The private beach and umbrella/chairs were a real plus. We loved having a gated garage for our car. The lobby, opened for gatherings, was welcoming. We appreciate the owners opening their condo to us!

the property was beautiful!
My family and I stayed at Blue Mountain Beach Condos on 30A and the location was perfect! We enjoyed everything about our stay. Looking forward to coming back. It included a heated pool, hot tub, gym, and beach service was included which was a nice perk! It was also one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed.

wonderful family getaway! would stay again!
Clean, convenient, and quiet! We had the best fall break vacation and would definitely stay here again. Easy beach access and walking distance to restaurants and Blue Mountain Creamery. Communication with property management was seamless and everything was as described!

blown away by this condo
We found this condo to visit in late April/early May and were blown away with how perfect this fit our family. The layout was spacious and updated, the amenities were lovely (pool, hot tub, beach chair setup, under building parking), and the location was wonderful to easily access so many things nearby (restaurants, parks, shopping, Seaside entertainment). And the beach was so beautiful, quiet and clean. We will definitely be back!

Perfect from beginning to end! The beds in all the bedrooms are super comfortable. The condo was spotless and well appointed. The beach and the 2 guys managing the chairs at the beach were so polite and helpful. We loved every second. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

nice condo - great location
The good: The condo itself was great with three bedrooms and baths. There is not a beach view from the condo but the patios are nice. Umbrella and chairs were easy to request. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were super comfy! Newman Dailey was very easy to work with.
The frustrating: We had three vehicles and had to go find a local business and pay to park for the time we were there. Meanwhile, the overflow parking lot was never even half full. There are two elevators in the complex and one was down the entire time. The morning we left, the second elevator was out so we had to load our cars by taking all of our items down a flight of stairs. There was no HOA number or contact to report this. The actual condominium seemed to be poorly managed.

wonderful accommodations!
I was hesitant staying here because there were no reviews but I'm glad we did. The condo was very clean and much larger than we expected and was stocked well. We rarely heard anyone else. Parking was super easy. The pool and beach were an easy 5 minute walk and it was so nice having chairs, a table, and umbrella available to reserve. One downside - if you want a front row spot you have to sign up at the beach early in the morning (around 6:30am).
