from moment we arrived, the house and location completely exceeded our expectations.
The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt even more inviting than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the cozy furnishings and comfortable beds it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—quiet and relaxing, yet still close to everything we wanted to explore. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, the atmosphere made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the stay. What truly stood out was the host. Communication was seamless, friendly, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel genuinely welcome. This was easily one of the best vacations we’ve had. We are planning on renting this place again!

a perfect family vacation
We recently had the pleasure of staying at A Blessings by the Beach, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the property exuded charm and luxury. The southern-style front porch and beautifully manicured lawn create incredible curb appeal, setting the stage for a truly relaxing escape. Inside, the home is simply stunning. The spacious layout, with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, was perfect for our group, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The outdoor space is equally impressive. The private pool and hot tub area provided endless fun and relaxation, complete with ample seating and a grill for outdoor dining. Being just a short walk to the beautiful Destin beach was incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily enjoy the sun and sand. Beyond the fantastic amenities, the attention to detail throughout the property truly made our stay memorable.

this is a 5 star property.
We had an amazing family vacation and this massive beautiful house was a big part of it. We were able to fit 17 people comfortably without feeling crowded. Everyone had their own space and could escape if they needed to. The pool and spa size was plenty big enough for all of us. We had a small issue with the pool but it was fixed quickly and without any inconvenience to us. Our host was extremely responsive to any requests we had an also gave us safety tips about the beach conditions.

the house was clean & a great location
Close to the beach & grocery! We had a couple of maintenance issues, but the host was very responsive. We had several children, so the bunk rooms worked well! And, having the pool in the back yard was super - lots of entertainment at hand! The pool is a good size, and the play pad is great for the little ones! We had a wonderful family gathering! we recently stayed at blessings by the beach and have nothing but great things to say!
The house was exactly as pictured with spacious rooms, everything was immaculately clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Perfect house for families. The heated spa & pool was also perfect- The temperature was perfect for when the sun went down and not too hot for day swims. We got so much use out of them both. The location was also great. Just a short walk to beach, which we didn’t mind, and thought it was nice to see the beautiful surrounding houses. We loved how close we were to the outdoor shopping mall for dinner options, or even quick trips for ice cream. Customer service was also excellent. Our first day we had an issue with the spa, and the representative from Newman Dailey was quick to respond, and keep me up to date on the status of things. I would say someone was out to resolve our issue within 1-2 hours (on a Sunday). Our group had a great week and would definitely stay again!

would highly recommend this property for a large family.
The house is in a great location between the main strip and the beach - both within in walking distance. The house was the perfect size for our family (16 total - 5 couples and 6 kids). The pool and spa were perfect - heated, well functioning and clean. The house has a great layout and plenty of space. It was clean and met our needs. There were a few normal wear and tear things but nothing major that impacted our stay. The property management company was very responsive, helpful and made the process very easy.

We had a great time at this property. The pool was clean and the beach was closeby. You have the option to choose where to go. The whole house is well- maintained and spacious for our group. There is a washing machine in house on top of all the amenities already provided for. I think, this is one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed in if not the best. Definitely highly recommended! Everything was great could use some more plates to eat on and some more pans and bigger ones as well it would have been nice to have a door to the the bigger bunk room Everything was very clean and up to expectations and bathrooms with glass door were gorgeous with that being said everything was chefs kiss !

great girls trip!
For a girls trip, this was an ideal location! Every room has a bathroom attached to it (which was amazing), besides the loft section upstairs. The pool was great for pool days and is fenced so it gave us privacy. We thought the extra section of the pool was a hot tub, but it’s the same temperature as the pool- wasn’t an issue because it was warm and a great place to sit and dip your feet in. We really enjoyed the stay here! Would definitely come back.

Take extra forks. We had 16 people and there were not enough forks for everyone when we sat down to eat. We purchased plastic forks to use for the remainder of the stay. The skillets need to be upgraded and replaced. Otherwise, we had a nice stay. It is in a great location.

blessings by the beach
Blessings by the Beach was a wonderful home for our group of 16 adults. The location is close to many restaurants ,shopping , and the beach. The 7 primary suites are a plus when traveling, allowing everyone to have their own private space. The home is a short walk to the Barracuda public beach access with several other access points close by. The pool and spa were amazing. A standard size refrigerator has been added outside by the pool compared to what I saw in the pictures. This is a Plus!! 2 suites on the main level, 4 suites on the second level, and the 3rd level has a suite. As a note, on the 3rd level there is a bedroom with bunk beds. There is another area with bunkbeds and a wet bar. I do not consider this room to be a bedroom because it does not have a door but would work perfectly for children as I am sure it was intended. I would not hesitate to rent this home again.

beautiful house/great location
This house was beautiful and about 3 blocks from the beach acres (10min walk). The pool was a nice touch! We did have issues with the Wifi for our entire stay and the pool wasn't heated the first 2 days. Both of these issues were disappointing but we would work with Newman Daily again.

business meeting at the beach
Although this was a quarterly business meeting, I held it here because I wanted it to be a very casual environment. Everyone loved it! In fact, the back yard and pool area was so nice, the team decided to stay there rather than going to the beach during our free time.

We had a great time at Blessings By The Sea. The house was beautiful and well maintain. It’s great for entertaining and a very short walk to the beach. The property was exactly as described. We were a party of 16 and had more than enough seating in the main room and we were able to have dinner together in the dining area. The pool and jacuzzi were a bonus as we enjoyed both during the day and at night. Property management was only a phone call away we needed assistance with a matter and they responded promptly.

Great, huge house. Plenty of space for the 22 of us. Only draw back was there was only 1 full size fridge. But it does have a big ice maker which was really nice to have. Also, the closest walkable public beach access was limited unless you rented chairs and the umbrella, be sure to budget for that too.

The house was perfect and while I used to think I had to be on the beach, a golf cart made getting to beach a piece of cake. The area streets not at all crowded and we were able to even go to dinner via golf cart…the pool was great…. This is not an area we’ve ever stayed at before but certainly happy to not be in the chaos of 30a!
