it is perfect!
I think what I love most about Beach Resort is the pool area. Newman Dailey has been so easy to work with. It was our second year and we have already booked for year three!

ocean view is amazing.
Pool is spotless, there is an elevator, great location w nearby restaurants. Nice kitchen layout.

We had an amazing stay in Destin! The resort was extremely clean and the location couldn’t have been better. Kids enjoyed the pool and the reserved parking space was so convenient and close to the elevators. The washer and dryer were a life saver! We had 2 adults and 5 small kids so the pull out couch and bunk beds worked great. My only complaint was that we were provided just 2 kitchen trash bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms for a week long trip (for 7 people)! It was a little tough in those final days. Overall, not a big deal. Will definitely be returning!

It was a nice unit, but for us it was way to far from the elevator
The owners need to understand when you come to Florida you do not need down blankets if you can’t turn the thermostat below 72 degrees. I didn’t have a good night sleep while I was there

Perfect accommodations with A+ cleanliness!
Everything was well arranged and a lovely view from our balcony. Quiet fatmosphere.and organized management for check-in and departure.
The location is convenient to several restaurants and beach fun daily. The pool are is superior. We look forward to returning.
